For the first time since signing up I checked out the links for one of my campaigns and I am surprised at how many of your accounts have been banned What's up with that? |

Well it's really not a support issue... I mean if the accounts are SUSPENDED, then they're SUSPENDED... Period. Surely you are aware of your suspended accounts examle: http://captivatingwritingstown.info http://greatwritingsarea.info http://importantwebpagelocation.info Anyway, I don't mean to ruffle any feathers, just wondering what's going on? |

If you see anything like this in the future please open a ticket. Daily Article Drips - Submit Ticket At times websites get temporarily suspended for using too many resources. I'm pretty confident that our new submission setup avoids this entirely moving forward. This will get ironed out.

Yes you are right I did say banned when I meant to say suspended, my appolgies I figured this might be a short route to a quck answer that many subscribers could benifit from all at once rather than tying up your support team individual concerns in this regard, this way your support team can focus on more important issues Honestly, I meant no harm... Take care |

Hi, Purchased this service 10 days ago. Now this service offers 100 backlinks a day? So this should mean i should have had 1000 backlinks created till now...right? So I just logged in and checked my submission history. I click my pen name and I see that Google has only indexed 7 backlinks from the 1000 backlinks created? hmmmm....index rate is very poor?? How many of these links actually get indexed?? Thanks, |

We're always waxing the resources of our blog hosts. When that happens the hosting needs to be reset and the sites pop back up. With the sheer amount of blogs we have we have someone on staff whose only job is to reset the blogs. Does that hurt your link juice? You've read our testimonials right? The only difference is that with this new system we give pen names out so you can see for yourselves when some of our blogs go down and then back up again. We offered the pen name feature so you can see that you're getting constant links every day.

If we want anchor text diversity, but still want an emphasis on a few keywords, can we just double or triple those entries in the system? I.e. repeat it?

Hi Matt. Marcus Passey referred me to you. I have a number of 'sites that I need SEO performed on - mostly off page. I've had a look at the comments etc, above and all look promising. However I'm a little confused: are these 2 threads - 1 for a blog, and another for links/ seo? How do I go about getting more detail/ costs on your SEO services? Thanks Peter |

Although, recently Google has updated it's algorithm and its causing all kinds of havoc. You can read about it here... Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Another step to reward high-quality sites Everything is in flux at the moment. For instance, google make money online and the number one site is a blank page. All sorts of low quality sites are showing up on the top of the serps as well. Stay tuned because I don't think the dust has settled.

I agree the dust hasn't settled. I'm just looking for the best course of action moving forward. I hear you guys are considering an all in one type SEO solution? I'm guessing this will be rolled out once G's stomach has settled down? If yes, I'm on board of course so I can focus on other things. In the meantime, I'm just trying to comb through my content and trim some over-optimized elements. |

I haven't noticed anything from the current algorithm change that is in process so far (knock on wood). I transferred 42 projects from the old system to the new system recently and now have about 50 projects running. Most of my projects are for local businesses and the keywords typically have a city modifier with them and I am still seeing great results. On a few of the more competitive words, I have noticed that the ranking are not moving up as fast as before, but I see this as just a simple math situation. On the old system, we had 5 keywords, 100 links a day, which is 20 links a day/keyword, so 600 links a month. And depending on the package, a bonus 3000 links divided by 5 keywords, so 1,200 links a month. Now, some people are putting 25 keywords in the system (and no bonus submissions) so there are only 4 links a day or 120 links/month per keyword. Just by simple math, people shouldn't expect the same results as before if they are spreading out the number of keywords and not increasing their submission packages. For a lot of my clients, the smaller amount of links are still plenty, for others I just added more projects for them. Just thought i would add my 2 cents, as I love this service and still see great results, especially at the this price and level of customer service! |

Yes, I am another victim. I have at least 5 Top10 rankings on Google, but now all dissappeared after using their daily drip feed for only 2 weeks. Now my site's daily IP visits drops almost to none. That was a site I earn $3-5k/month from. What a mess!!!

You're site dropped yesterday along with thousands of other sites. Google is making a huge mess of their SERPS right now. Saying that our service caused your site to tank ignores the fact that Google has just made a major algo update.

Matt, All the sites I used your link service for have recently been slapped by Google after the last algorithm change. Now I get only a small fraction of traffic that I used to. I'm not happy because these sites are very important to me. I want to clean up my link profiles (damage has already been done) and remove these links but support staff said there is no way to remove these links. Is that really true? You can submit articles but can't remove them? |

I am seeing the same thing here, massive drops in all properties tested. Luckily, I used "test" sites to see how things panned out. Here is google's official post about the 4/24 update: Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Another step to reward high-quality sites |

Also the dust hasn't settled in this latest algo change so jumping to conclusions at this point isn't warranted. Then again, they are your sites so you can do what you see fit. Personally? I wouldn't jump off the ship simply because somebody spilled a glass of water.

I use this service but my rankings stayed the same, Maybe you are just backlinking the home page and no link to inner pages. That may be the cause. |

Nope, I am not bashing Matt's link service. Try again. 25 out of 25 of my sites got slapped after using it. I am a long time customer but things change as the old strategies start to fail. The articles that he submitted this year have nothing to do with my keyword. That could be the cause. Yea, I bought more from Matt than you so I know what I'm talking about. |

Also the site I checked was still ranked #5 and we've been linking to it since January. Doesn't seem to be too much of a penalty to me. The real simple conclusion is that if our links were now "bad" 100% of our clients would have been hit when that is no where near the situation.

I have 12 campaigns going on with Matts team. Some gained rankings and some tanked. But I aint going anywhere! Why? Cause this is SEO! Most of us here know that Big G is making changes all the time and some big ones like this current one. That's the nature of the SEO game. It IS a game. If we bail when our site goes down when Big G makes an update then we probably shouldn't be playing this game. I don't know Matt from a hole in the wall but it seems to me that he is making every effort he can to win the SEO game with Big G. He gave us a new platform. He gave us the ability to add 5x as many anchor links. He gives us free upgrades all the time. Sounds to me like he WANTS to still win at SEO. He added or is adding more non-private websites such as web 2.0 sites and others to the mix to give us a better chance at winning. Did I mention his very affordable price? If my clients bailed out on me whenever there was a big bump downward that would really suck for me. I'm sticking with Matts team for at least a few more months to see what happens. Why? Cause it's clear to me what his intentions are, and that is to win this game. |

I've been using this service for a while now, with 14 regular campaigns and a few guaranteed ranking campaigns, and generally I'm pleased with the results. After this latest Google update, all of my sites totally left the top 500, which was really disconcerting, but many of them have now come back to about where they were. I find even some of my sites that have been around a while might suddenly drop out of the ranking for a bit. I think I've been both over-optimizing and lacking link diversity. Could you guys please comment on the following: Over-optimization: I don't use keyword densities of over 2%, but I've been using SEObeast and for each of my posts, I put the particular keyword I'm targeting for that post everywhere, link text, H2 etc...everywhere! SEOmoz did recommend this a little while back, as long as your keyword density isn't too high. I target about 4-5 keywords per site, and roughly rotate targeting each article to one or two of them. Perhaps I should stop putting the keyword, once, in every place relevant to SEO on each article? Link diversity: For some of these sites I'm only using your linking service, and link diversity has been low, using your old system. I've switched over to the new system, but not changed keyword diversity yet, so for months, a few of my campaigns have had only 3-4 keywords targeted for SEO. I put all my 14 main campaigns on the new linking system, but I can only find invoice details at Daily Article Drips. If you sent me a 'manage campaigns' link I must have lost it, could you re-link me please? I understand that your new system, with 25 max keyword, is weighted. Given an example of a site targeting 5 main keywords, I'm not sure how many instances of the main keywords to include, of the 25 allowed, and how many others to incorporate. I know it's not an exact science, but could you please provide an example set of 25 keywords for some example project, targeting, say 5 keywords? Thanks for all your hard work! |

Let's say you have a dog training site. Each page is an article about a specific aspect of the main niche. So let's say you've got an article about training husky puppies. I wouldn't go into the the Keyword Tool and find the 5 best keywords for that topic. I'd just write naturally about it and not even think about your keywords. After this content is written I'd THEN go to the Google Keyword Tool and find related keywords. You'd come up with... husky puppy training siberian husky puppy training training a husky puppy training a siberian husky puppy potty training a husky puppy training husky puppy house training a husky puppy siberian husky puppy training tips husky puppy training tips training siberian husky puppy potty training a siberian husky puppy I'd use these anchor text for my drip feed campaign or any other backlinking. Right there you have 11 keywords. I'd then put a bunch of general anchor text like.... here domain.com/articletitle.html read here etc. etc. Another thing that I'd start getting into is not only backlinking http://www.domain.com but include the http://domain.com some times as well. Why? What we are trying to do is simulate people talking about your site. Do you really think that everybody would stick with the www version of your url if they were randomly linking to your site? No. Either one will redirect to your site passing link juice. Let's mix it up. Perhaps I should stop putting the keyword, once, in every place relevant to SEO on each article?

I've just experienced the dreaded penguin, only 2 of my 10+ keywords remain on page 1, most of them completely gone from the SERPs, I don't know if some of your private blogs have been deindexed or these type of links don't work any more...
