Not sure I follow. There is no way we can pull appropriate keywords for you unless we know what your website is and where it is currently ranked.

Made the purchase on Oct. 18 2010 after reading page after page of positive reviews and thought to myself this is it the real deal! Only one negative out of hundreds of review, and that guy must not know what he is talking about!

Boy was I wrong!
After payment I post again on the forum and ask him for an update he told me he don't recognize me, and ask me to email him directly, which I totally understand since he have a lot of customers.
A couple of days later Cathy ask me to point to the name servers:

I find it odd since I already told Matt that I am hosting the website using my hosting account and if I point to their name servers it means they are hosting it on their account. I manage to clear up the confusion for Cathy so she understood I am hosting it on my account and not theirs.

After the site is finally created I have a couple of questions a few simple question about the design of the website and one important question I have is ask them to give an estimate of how long my website will have a page 1 ranking in google?
That is really the sole reason why I am purchasing the WSO in the first place, not buy a one page website with about 500 words written poorly.

Every time I ask any questions I am patient enough to wait for an answer. I know he and Cathy are busy people and really don't mind waiting for an answer as long as it gets answered.

This is what he wrote back:

You literally asked 18 questions spread out over 4 emails in the two days since we set your site up. We're an seo company not a training company. We immediately refunded your money and now you're here hoping to spoil our business thread. Which tells me I made the right decision refunding your money. But in reality what you did when you posted your "negative" thread was to serve a headsup up to our potential customers that we are an seo provider who provides page one rankings on Google. Our testimonials speak for themselves as in regards to our work. We just have a very firm belief in firing customers (i.e., refunding their money) who act as you acted.

So every time someone as yourself gets a refund unexpectedly from us and comes here on the thread to whine about how rude I was in refunding their money you just have no idea how much you're really helping our business.

#1 you bump the thread in the main forum when you post your rant. When other Warriors see it and read our extremely long list of testimonials they make purchases. In reality your bump brought in two sales. For that I thank you.

#2 you let our future customers know that we're not going to be able to accommodate unreasonable requests upon our time. Which saves us time in the long run that we can devote to taking care of our customers rankings.

Next time you sign up for a service for $35 you should be very mindful of the time of the person providing you the service. If you had acted differently I have no doubt your site would be at page one Google before the end of the month.

So take your money back. Keep the site we created for you and the extremely optimized content and go out and enjoy your life to the max.

Hey knucklehead...when you signed up for our service you didn't give us your warrior id. So when you posted on our thread asking about your campaign how in the world were we supposed to know who you were. So in the future when you order from another vendor keep that in mind when posting on their sales thread.

The keyword you chose for me is on page 4 in quotes, but on 14 without quotes. How do you measure the results? in or out of quotes?
