Great! (Thank you.) But that still doesn't address why nothing much seems to have been happening for 2 months with the original 1,000 articles (84 indexed, no discernible movement of my site's ranking).

And I still haven't gotten a reply to my follow-up questions to my Support Ticket.

Again, in fairness to Matt & Company, A) I'm sure they're busy and B) I don't know that much about this kind of thing & I'm sure it's complicated with a lot of variables as to SEO/ranking that I don't understand, but can appreciate.

That said, I'd really appreciate some follow-up and clarification so that in another 2 months I don't find seemingly little discernible results.

I decided to post my question/concern here because, yes, I did address that in a Support Ticker earlier this week. I got a reasonably quick reply, but none of my several, specific questions were answered.

Nicely enough, she said she went ahead and did those additional 2,000 articles (although I don't know if they were on the same KW as the first 1,000 articles - I assume/hope so), but I have no idea whether that is what you refer to as the "upgrade" ... which I thought I had to wait *3* months to do (and it's only been about 2 months).

So, should I ask for the 'upgrade', if those 2,000 articles don't constitute the upgrade?

Go ahead and ask for the upgrade on your ticket and let them know I said it was okay. Any other Warrior with campaigns at least two months old can do the same.

Edit: But usually I do not cater to impatience. We're good at what we do and do not need our hand held. All you need to do is sit back and let us do our thing.

Understood about 'impatience' ... and I was in no way questioning whether you guys are good at what you do.

It's just that I had not heard anything since last week's response to my Support Ticket (indicating no real progress, it seemed). And that guy's post really blew me away (like, how fast you got him ranked for a far more competitive KW than any of mine) ... plus it got me to wondering if I shouldn't check in with you guys. That's all.

I made the post you replied to based on the last response I got from my Support Ticket, which was nearly a week ago. But shortly after your (generous) reply, I opened my Support Ticket to tell Danielle you OK'ed an 'upgrade') ... and found a response from her that she apparently did last night but that I just now saw. (Don't know why I didn't get or see the notice in my Inbox.)

Anyway, the progress is very good and I'm encouraged!

Thanks for the 'upgrade' offer, although I don't know whether I really need it now that Danielle's response indicates significantly better progress than that previous response from last week indicated.

Just to let you know, I've got a few campaigns running - this was the fastest one to date to get a page one.

Another one has been running for over 2 months (nothing in top 100) and Matt's team have taken action to do onsite optimization for one of the keywords, for free.

I know that Matt and the team are the good guys and you just need patience.

I've been running an ecommerce biz since 2003 and in that time have found out that 2, 4 or even 9 months is not that long a time period in terms of google recognizing stuff. And I've spent tens of 1000's dollars on seo in that time - $99 is not a big investment for this kind of service.

Your post kind of gave me the creeps for some reason. You're trying to hurt us by choosing tough keywords? You think we're afraid of tough keywords? You must of confused us with some other vendor. We're the ones who let's clients choose their own keywords.

But why would you choose keywords that you think we cannot rank? Doesn't make any sense at all.

hey, I have a .us domain in my campaign above that I ordered today. I think it would be easier for you guys to rank a .com domain amiright? I found a .com domain that I would prefer over the current domain name I am using.

What do you think? Is .us harder to rank than .com?

Also, say you did rank this .us domain, could I make it a 301 redirect to a different .com domain and have the backlinks count? Or is it a deal that if I don't change it right now, I will not be able to do it later?

1. Do I have to use all 5 campaigns immediately or can I use 2 now and 3 say in a months time?

2. I paid using an echeck which will only clear in 5-7 days, I need to start the campaigns now will you allow me to do this or alternatively can you refund the echeck and I will pay you with a credit card?

1)Do you offer any custom package to maintain the rankings after reaching page 1 after going for "guaranteed page 1 package" apart from 5000 article packages? What will be a custom quote for 2-3+ year contract for above term?

2)I target 3 main money-making keywords.So, to fill up the rest of the two; can I go for generic keyword like lawyer and legal problem.

3)Can I target some other keywords for same domain name (but different link ie www.mydomain.com/keyword) with your another "page1" campaign as well?Or is it one at a time?

My feedback on this service, I ordered a page one ranking for a competitive keyword around 8 months back and I am happy that couple of days back I got to the first page. I can't say for sure that it is entirely due to Matt's service as I had tonnes of backlinking campaigns running in the span of 8 months for this keyword.

But I am glad that Matt and his team stuck to the task and contributed to where I am today in the SERPS.

Got my E-Mail last night informing me that my site was on page one of Google for one of my chosen keywords

I placed my order on the 5th September, so that took Matt and his team less than 3 weeks. Here's the thing though - this site was way down in the hundreds for some keywords when I placed my order. Matt's service has got my site into the top 10 for not one, but two of my chosen keywords. In addition, it is very close for two of the other keywords. Not only this, but before I placed this order it was number 9 or 10 for the main keyword I targeted when I built the site and now sits solidly at number 2.

So, to summarize - Matt's service has shot my site back up the rankings for a number of keywords, improved its ranking for keywords that weren't part of my order and has mostly put to an end what was a long and frustrating 'Google dance'.

I couldn't have asked for better service - Matt's team kept my ticket updated with their progress and went above and beyond.

If I was to give this service marks out of 10, I'd give it a 12. I'll certainly be back to order more of this service, and the other services offered by Matt and his team

Thought I would update on site that SEO traffic have worked for me - only six weeks so still early. One of the criticisms aimed at this service was communication - simple have not found that to be the case - 3/4 emails at start...nothing since...but what's to say.

In terms of results - think working on a site now for around seven weeks - gone backwards pretty dramatically page 3 prior and around page 10 +, for relevant terms - early days and this is not the only service of this type I am looking at - so be interesting to see how things develop in next few weeks..very early in prcess and never an exact science.

Hoping to but a thread together showing results from services like this - using a few similar sites and running a regular update -
Hopefully have something set up in next week or so and that SEO traffic will be happy to part of it for the usual fee of course :-).

We do not link to sites that are redirecting traffic. Top level domains rank faster than non tld's though.

There is no such thing as the GS so no I do not think your site is sandboxed.

Sorry you need to enter all your campaigns in right after you sign up. I do not like weaiting on campaigns.l Creates a huge mess inside our system.

We have a very large staff working the tickets system. What kind of updates are you looking for that we haven't already given you. We communicate when we need to. Unless you're looking for the joke of the day or weather updates for East Lansing. Which is currently cloudy with a 20% chance of showers for the game today.

Hey Matt, I just put in an order and am looking forwards to working with you. I guess the term "Competitive" keywords is subjective in a sense, so I really have no clue on how hard or how much time these 5 will take. I kinda of did a linear scale on them with a couple that I knew would never get ranked in years of seo just to see if i'd break into the top 100 and some that I think are achievable. Btw, when you say 1 url do you mean as in ttp:/mysite or can we do subdomains as well like ttp:/mysite and ttp:/mysite/subdirrectory? Looking forwards to seeing the results

if it works good, I have a few other sites i'd like to try.

I ordered 5 campaigns end of july for 1 page google ranking. I received my first email that you have given me 1,000 back links, but after that I havent heard from you nor seen any changes in any ranking. That's alomost 2 months and that's for 5 links! May I know whats going on with my campaigns?

When I say one url it means one url not one domain. So if you want ti use multiple interior links you'll need to purchase a separate campaign for each of them.

Nope. We do not offer refunds once we have started backlinking on a campaign. But you can send me your ticket id so I can check on your campaign. Did you ask for the upgrade from us when your campaign hit the three month mark? I included details how to do that near the bottom of the first post of this thread.

You're asking me specific questions while not giving me your ticket ids? How do you expect me to answer your question? If I recall we have grabbed several page one rankings for you in the past. I also recall you complained about each one of them before they reached page one. My memory is so great I even recall telling you to refrain from purchasing anything else from us because of your complaining. But here you are again.

Hi, an update.
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago for my ecommerce site.
Whilst i'm not on page 1 for my keywords on google.com, all 5 keywords are flying up the rankings on google co.uk. I'm loving this service.
Also, i am having great correspondance from Matts team THROUGH MY TICKET. i urge all to use their ticket as this is what it is for.

I think your memory is so bad because you dont even remember I asked about my first site that why it lost rankings and what can I do to achieve it. but you are taking that as a complaint.

Here's the thing though - this site was way down in the hundreds for some keywords when I placed my order. Matt's service has got my site into the top 10 for not one, but two of my chosen keywords. In addition, it is very close for two of the other keywords. Not only this, but before I placed this order it was number 9 or 10 for the main keyword I targeted when I built the site and now sits solidly at number 2. So, to summarize - Matt's service has shot my site back up the rankings for a number of keywords, improved its ranking for keywords that weren't part of my order and has mostly put to an end what was a long and frustrating 'Google dance'. I couldn't have asked for better service - Matt's team kept my ticket updated with their progress and went above and beyond. If I was to give this service marks out of 10, I'd give it a 12. I'll certainly be back to order more of this service, and the other services offered by Matt and his team

One of the criticisms aimed at this service was communication - simple have not found that to be the case - 3/4 emails at start...nothing since...but what's to say. In terms of results - think working on a site now for around seven weeks - gone backwards pretty dramatically page 3 prior and around page 10 +, for relevant terms - early days and this is not the only service of this type I am looking at - so be interesting to see how things develop in next few weeks..very early in prcess and never an exact science. Hoping to but a thread together showing results from services like this - using a few similar sites and running a regular update - Hopefully have something set up in next week or so and that SEO traffic will be happy to part of it for the usual fee of course :-).
