I'm really not sure at the moment. We are selling so many of the 5k link campaigns that we have to focus our attention on them as well as the campaigns we still are cooking up.

I do not work on the ticket system all that often. If you post your request on your ticket one of our staff members will help you. Plus you need to edit your post and delete your ticket id. Otherwise trolls can log in and alter your campaign.

I have been asked that question more than any other over te last couple of years. Yes, our links are completely safe to use on new sites. Thanks.

Can you PM them to me. I'm very sure your tickets are still alive. I have had five other people state the same thing but I was able to locate their tickets. For some reason the hosting keeps dipping. Our ticket staff is having issues logging in from time to time as well. I have a support ticket with our hosting provider. Until then all I can suggest is to comeback and try again in a couple of hours or in the morning.

I have to admit, you have an amazing customer service, but I still believe in poor execution on your part. It's now been almost 5 months and not one keyword made the top 200. It's frustrating to pay for something and not get it and even more frustrating when your comments say just wait. What's interesting is my site was ranking very well as it was an exact match domain and since your services started that ranking dropped as well. I'm wondering if what you did actually negatively affected my site.

Would you continue to work if you haven't achieved success on my site? Let me know because it would be really appreciative if you could at least follow through with your commitments.

For sure we will continue with your campaign. We never abandon a campaign.

Do we follow through on our commitments? Read through our testimonials you'll see some of them took quite some time to grab the ranking.

But we do have a new policy in place now.

When a campaign is over six months old we will offer one of the following options if we have not grabbed a page one ranking yet.

Here are your options:

Option #1 -- You simply have us continue trickling links like we have been to your site until your site reaches page one.

Option #2 -- We also realize that after six months you may have another site you would like to promote now instead. So we are giving you the option to trade in this campaign for five new 5,000 link service campaigns.

The way it works for clients who go this route is simple. We'll close their campaign and then you can open five new ones with one url and up to five keywords each. Then we will continue submitting links out until you have 5,000 links indexed by Google for each of the tickets.

Option #3 --For those who prefer to stick with their campaign but want a more robust linking attack implemented we will transfer their campaign over to our customized SEO service department in which I personally begin working on their campaign using a variety of different linking tactics different than what we already have been using.

Basically I'll use original articles, very well spun articles (that I spin myself), web 2.0 links, press releases, profile links (up to you if I use these links on your campaign), and even blog commenting (done personally by myself on high PR sites.

Also if your site is not well optimized for your keyword I will have my html department actually log in to your site and optimize your site for you. They will not make any changes that effect the look of your site. But trust me your site will be optimized once they get through with it.

Some SEO campaigns take a bit. I hate waiting for rankings as much as the next guy. Which is why we're implementing these new options.

I just submitted a ticket for one of my older campaigns for option 3. I think it is a no-brainer. I'll also be happy to update this thread with the results as time goes by.

We figured out why so many people are getting 404 errors when they try to access their tickets. AT first I thought I had inadvertently deleted tickets!

All tickets can be accessed at SEO Traffic Service Customer Support System.

We had a redirect from the old hosted site where we had the tickets over to the new one above. Our webmaster inadvertently deleted it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I wondered of your service works for .com.br sites and for keywords that are brazilian portuguese or other non english sites and keywords. I also wondered if it may actually work faster due to less competition.

Order placed on Wednesday... today (monday), both main keywords are #1 for phrase match, one with 312,000 results, and on broad match at #4-7 depending on country for 77,000,000 results.

I'm a paid traffic guy, but damn I was impressed by the speed of this. I'm definitely ordering again for other projects, I dunno how the hell you did this but I hope the positions stick.

Just wanted to stop by with my review. My site is finally on page 1 for a couple of my keyword phrases. In some cases you have to be patient. I think my case took about 3 months.. But they stuck with it and I finally saw results.

I have 15 campaigns (nine "page one" and six "5K link") running with you right now and they've all lost 50 - 80% of their links. I read a comment you made recently that this has to do with updating your blog network, and that the lost links would be made up for with new submissions. How does this pertain to campaigns that have already been completed?

I reached page one for one of my keywords in September. Within two weeks of reaching page one, my links started to consistently decrease. Now more than 50% of the links that were built are gone and I seem to lose another 20 to 30 links every day. I assume this is also related to the work you guys are doing on your blog network. I asked for some extra links on my support ticket to make up for the 1,500 links I've lost over the past month, but I was told you will not replace links after a campaign has been completed. I'd appreciate some feedback on this.

You didn't get your links replaced because your site is on page one for two of your five keywords. The fact you asked them to be replaced is a bit of a stretch. We do not guarantee indexed links as part of this service. Only page one rankings.

Now you are eligible to receive a free 5k worth of maintenance links though. Did you get those once your site reached page one?

Hey Matt,

First, I love your service.

I waited 3 months exactly to receive the email "I got a keyword on page1". Also that I will get an additional 5k link juice for maintenance.

But here is what happened.

When I checked my email, the screen shot said the KW is #7.

However, when I checked the ranking this morning through seoserp.com it was #12. I wanted to know if my campaign is officially over because the KW reached #7 even though it was for a couple of hours? Or will you continue with the package to have the KW stick on the first page for more than a couple of hours?

I was told I'd be receiving 14 days of maintenance, but considering I only have 1,410 links total as of today, I must not have received it. Sorry if it sounds like I'm trying to squeeze you for extra links, but I'm really not. I'm only going off of comments you made on another thread.

If it's your policy not to replace links on the Page One campaigns, then so be it. But is it normal for your campaigns to lose 50% of the links in such a short period of time?

Looks like you have been working with the wrong people then.

Sorry we only allow English keywords.

Links drop all the time. Google changes what links they report and which they do not all the time as well. What matters is the serps. If you want guaranteed links our other service is the one you should have gone with. But like I mentioned above you do get a free maintenance link campaign if you want them.

Your campaign did rank very fast. I'd be a zillionaire if they all ranked that fast! Thanks for the review!

Well, what can I say? It is very hard to describe this in words! I have been dealing with my marketing friend- Matt for about 17 months now, and my keywords belong to an extremely tough competitive market. Last month, I had a lot of fears in my mind- thinking constantly that can my keywords ever go to page one? Can I be successful? Hey Matt, couple questions. 1-are the articles spun? and 2- if I give you 5 keywords and only one url( can I give you say: www.thissite.com, and www.thissite.com/page? I mean some of my sites are not even designed to rank for 5 kws for one page. Also, isnt it not a good idea to have all your links going to one page on your site?
