@jan. Do you use a plugin such as Amazon affiliate link localizer on your sites? I ask because i heard someone on the forum mention it's more hassle than it's worth because you need to create an account for each countries Amazon associates. So im wondering if it makes any worthwhile difference to your revenue. Also, i installed the Amazon affiliate link localizer plugin on a couple of sites and i was getting an error in Internet Explorer with an exclamation mark in the bottom left corner of the browser. When i de-activated the plugin the error was no longer there. |

Remember that you do not have to just sell Amazon products with this system. It can be used to sell just about anything online and it's very powerful. ![]() Cheers, Jan

I believe this system work in such a way that we need to write a review? Or does it work with just other amazon affiliate website? Regarding the review, do we really give an honest review by comparing the price? Or do we pretend to be a user for the amazon item and recommend it? |

Hey Jan, Just out of interest...(about yahoo) No matter which website, my stats show that ALL traffic comes from google and additional articles that I've written. Although I'm ranking #1 for my best keywords on google and Yahoo for a few sites and I'm on many first and second pages for other keywords on both search engines, I have never had anyone, ever come from Yahoo - not one single visit. It isn't so important because the turnover is great with google ![]() Have you ever noticed this with any of your sites? I find it strange and I noticed this before with completely different websites and topics (not your amazon projects) TW |

Hi Jan Several other questions if you dont mind: 1. Do you have any example of sites to see how it looks like? 2. Will you provide any template? 3. How long does it take to complete each site (excluding the review article) 4. Do we need to target high searches niches with over 2000 searches per month? 5. Whats the commission amazon give for every sale? 6. Do we need to have some backlinks for this to work? 7. Normally how long does it take for a new built site to earn $200 per month? |

Hey Jan. In December of 2010 I was on the fence whether to take your course or Micheal Franklin's course. I took Micheal's one and I got 13 sites up and running now making good enough sales. I'm actually considered one of the successful students of Micheal's lol ![]() Now I am back here and I'm thinking, "maybe Jan covers some aspects that Micheal didn't?". So yeah I'm thinking that your course might help me enhance some aspects so that I can get better sites therefore better conversion. I'm really on the fence of getting your WSO. Just need some more thinking. Also sent you a pm Jan. Regards, Isac |

Your affiliate link is valid for 24 hours but if their computer gets re-cookied - you lose ![]() The last cookie counts You can see how this works in FireFox by deleting all cookies, then open 2 different affiliate sites (yours and john Doe's) now click on one of your product links to amazon.com and look at the cookie Time/name (a jungle of letters, just note the first 5 or so) and then close the cookie box without deleting them and click on John Doe's link to amazon...open the cookies again You will see that the old 24 hour period and cookie name has been overwritten with Doe's cookie TW

I bought Jan's course last December and started to implement it about 2 months ago. I repeatedly watched the videos until I got the method right. After setting up the sites via Jan's method I got the confidence to fiddle with the CSS until I got the site looking the way I wanted. Jan reveals a lot about his technique and his course is easily worth the money. He actually shows a site at position 1 in Google not many top guys do that. The key is taking action, if you get stuck simply ask a Jan a question, its as simple as that. I have a friend who does not use Amazon as a monetization method but assisted me greatly when I got stuck in my epic journey. Between Jan's top notch course and guidance from a fellow marketer I have made that jump off the fence and its been a great ride. Thanks for an excellent course Jan. Jason |

Did you do anything different like throwing BLs at your site or similar? It would be interesting for all of us (if you don't mind) Please keep us posted ![]() this happened to me too on a number of sites but 2 days later my pages started coming back. The linked pages were being completely reorganized by google, E.g. page "A" disapeared from position #3 and a completely different page was suddenly ranking for those words and at a much lower posiion. This happened when I opened a few more posts that didn't have anything to do with the actual reviews E.g. a "news" category. It did take about a month for google to sort that out. At the end of that month period, some of my previous top ranking keywords had been "resorted" and were positioned up to 3 pages lower than before and they stayed there! On my new sites I left out the extra categoies and the''ve gone to the top of google and stayed there! This suggests that certain keywords being used in the "news" categories were trumping the actual reviews and the "juice" for some of the main keywords were being shared between the posts, which makes sense...I was grabbing TOP/Latest news from Top blogs and posting them as additional content. Basically my reviews were not getting the clicks, rather the news posts and the CTR suffered badly which obviously missed the point Sometimes LESS is MORE! Thought that might interest you ![]() EDIT: I also tried Adsense on a few sites and I'LL DEFINITELY REMOVE THEM after the holidays!!! I got a lot of adsense but peanuts compared to the amazon commision and obviously lost those potential customers! TW

Well google is weird. I got 3 amazon review sites ranked on 1st page, all of them made at least 1 sale (1 made 118$+ in 9 days before disappearing) but all of them are sandboxed or in google dance now. Its frustrating ![]() 1st one was stable on page 1 and moving up to 2nd place. Was white hat link building, some high PR forum profiles, 4-5 web 2.0 sites, some high PR blog comments. Ofc i wanted more money from it, so I ordered small xrumer blast, 250 backlinks and next day site gone from ranking for all keywords. 2 Weeks later it came back for my main keyword on #1. But just for my country which is useless. For US results its dancing on page 2, so i get 1-2 visitors daily. All other keywords and inner pages are still nowhere to be found. 2nd one disappeared few days after 1st one. It was also #2. Links were completely white hat, i was consistent with building links, but site disappeared anyway for all keywords. Still gone till now. 3rd one white hat links, only 8 links indexed, was stable number 9 on 1st page, i probably didnt make any link building for 3 weeks. But around 2 weeks ago it disappeared anyway. I updated them with fresh unique content, tried deleting affiliate links, took senuke x trial and blasted them with links, changed keyword density, and still no movements. Well maybe is just google dance and someday they will be back higher  |

I would'ld worry about that if I were you ![]() As you are not "blasting" you site, this is absolutely normal, google checks your site and initially gives the you the benefit of the doubt - after a few weeks od crawling the site they are able to categorize it and set the positions. This is why the on and off page optimization is so important and the continuity of unique posts. This gives you a "trust bonus" and your site will be promoted. Your site will come back, just DON'T make the mistake of BLASTING it with backlinks out of frustration - that will kill your rankings if it is a new site! Have patience, don't concentrate too much on that site and DO THE NEXT - If you post one article per week to the "DANCING SITES", they WILL COME BACK ![]() TW

STOP blasting or google will see your site as a spammer due to the backlinks, the site will have to regain the "trust factor" I have done this myself on test sites, so I hope you believe me - I am seriously trying to help you avoid the "typical reaction" of trying to contra the present results! ![]() TW

TW All white hat and deliberately slow link building. Still same rank in Bing and Yahoo. If anything I thought I was going too slow. Was about to build EDU BLs and will still do. I'm sure I'll snap back but it still is annoying as hell especially since I was ranking just as well naturally in the early going W/O any backlinks. Must be going thru human review by the Google employee "you can't do that" drones. lol |

Well it wasnt that bad, 100-200 links maybe, most are not indexed anyway. So what do you suggest? Do nothing? Build some links? Dont really wanna start new sites until those come back. If they come back. Might be waste of time and money if the same will happen too all sites new i build.

![]() The problem I often notice in this thread is that many people are tasting success from the beginning and some only months later(as intended in Jan's system), depending upon the niche etc... It appears to me that many are confused as to why that happens and those that don't turn over as fast as others do, then invest in other misleading concepts instead of abiding by Jan's tutorials, rinsing and repeating. It is great to read some of the success stories that happen in 2 weeks, but I think many become disappointed, even frustrated when their site doesn't produce as quickly and start looking for alternative boosting methods which in 90% of the cases, have a negative effect on the overall turnout. Might be a good idea if Jan enhances on this topic in a short video. That just my 2cts for today ![]() TW

Sounds like people are having trouble sticking these sites onto Page 1 of Google. Is this going to work properly? Is it going to require many articles a week or month and continuous backlinking to make work? If so it is likely not worth all that effort for one affiliate site and doesn't sound very hands off after initial application. Seems to be stretching into a continual ongoing effort to just get to Page 1, recover from weeks/months in the Google sandbox from Page 100 etc and then maybe not come back to the point where it is viewed enough to make any reasonable sales. The comments seem to indicate this pursuit is quite difficult to complete; as are the adsense sites people are trying to peg onto Page 1 also. Ideas/comments or direction on this please. Thanks! PS: I purchased this program but need clarification on how much time and effort all of this is going to take; otherwise I will just focus those same energies onto Video Marketing instead. |

I did this in the beginning as well. Build a site get some early results then go and buy link packages that puts your new domain in the sandbox. The key is to go slow and I said many times in this thread and in my course that it will take around 3-4 months to get real good rankings. That's just the facts. Everyone that's making great money and full time incomes from this course built their back links slowly over time to make it look natural to Google. This works well. Once the sites are o page one for a while it does not take a lot to keep it there. I build a small amount of links to my sites every week or two and they keep their number one positions great. There is something called the Google dance and it happens to all sites when you first start to rank. You will see that sometimes your site will dissapear for a few days and then come back stronger. This is normal and is supposed to happen but people get freaked out when it does because of lack of experience. Cheers

[QUOTE=jan roos;3759427]Here's what happens always when people are trying to do SEO. I did this in the beginning as well. This is normal and is supposed to happen but people get freaked out when it does because of lack of experience. Hi Jan: Thanks for the reply. Sounds reasonable... I just don't want to be applying all my time into a maybe. Obviously we all want it done asap but waiting that long to see any real rankings seems a bit long and undesirable; all be it par for the course for these or any other website businesses. I will pursue both your plan and my hybrid Video Marketing idea at the same time- ideally using the info from your course as the foundation for the video approach. |

I agree with Jan here. I know for a fact people are falling for those xrumer blasts and garbage like that. This business does take awhile to succeed but persistence and patience will reward you in the end. I suggest building as many traffic streams as you possibly can. I like to think of my articles and such as my "salesforce" if you will. The more I have out there, the higher my traffic and sales. For example, for my first site I have 3 articles on the bottom of page 1 (Not from my site) Slowly build backlinks to these properties as well. The more you put into this business, the more you get out of it. |
