One quick question: I'm filling out the tickets and I have the "Transaction ID" but couldn't find the "invoice ID". Are they both needed, and if so, where do I find the "invoice ID"?

EDIT: I saw someone else in this thread couldn't find the invoice ID either and just put N/A, so I will do the same.

Hi Matt, I have used your $47 service and probably midway through it, my website jumped to places 8 and 10 respectively for my main two keywords. Which is good
Quick question: the rank 8 keyword now oscillates between places 8 and 10. Given that the current rankings happened when your campaign was just halfway, what's your hunch: will the rest of the campaign help grow the rankings further?

What makes you think your campaign is only half way completed? Please ask your specific questions on the tickets themselves. That way the person handling your campaign can give you specific answers.
