Also, once you are in that lofty of places, number 1 on google, how traceable is this to those who want to backwards engineer?

@white-knight, Yes you have to leave it on, but the screen doesn't have to be on.

@gotti, You can use as many threads as you want. You'll know you have too many threads/windows open when your other computer activity slows down, or your browsing activity slows down.

I am running "Get Popular" mode now. I into 2 domains in 1 champion and each domain contains 3 keywords. Please spend some time to answer my questions below:
1) estimate how long it would complete with 3 selected search engine and Thread num=2?
2) is it ok to run "Sniper Mode" just after "Get Popular" completed?
3) how many domains is recommend to add into 1 champion?
4) in your note, you recommend alternating modes throughout the week. Do you mean that we have to run "Get Popular" & "Sniper Mode" every week? It would be much appreciate if you would share your best practice on how to utilize this software to maximize the benefits.
5) can I continue to add domains while running "Get Popular" mode?

@warrior mac, Yes it will work for any url, as long as that url is indexed. If it's not indexed, run the "Get Popular" mode to get it indexed and associated with your keyword.

@kevin , Let me know if you have any questions.

@chestmary, Yes the computer will need to be on, but not your screen. My screen auto goes off after 15 mins, and the app still runs.

@trump, hmm, perhaps its the proxies? Let me dig into that.

I've never tested this as a way to increase views, but it should do it, because it's actually making a visit.

Have you had success in getting new sites indexed quickly with popular mode?

How quick do they ususally get indexed?

@winson,
1)That's 18 different searches, divided by 2 threads, so 9 searches per thread. What is your Min/Max time frame? And do you have the random selected? 9 searches per thread will go in your Min/Max time frame. If you have Min:5 Max:8 , then your app will complete the searches 1 every approximately 7 minutes. So thenit would take approximately 63 minutes... to complete that campaign. Then it will automatically start again after those 63 minutes.

2) Yes

3) You can add as many as you want. Depending on your threads, it shouldn't take long to complete.

4) I've included a vague best practice list. Mostly because the best practices depends on many different factors, such as where your url is already ranked (if its high you wont need to run sesniper much, maybe 2-3 days a week), and depending on the thread # you want to use, your timeout settings you prefer (if you have alot of images/content on your site, set a higher timout), etc.

5) When I tried, it didn't save my domains/keywords when I opened the app back up. I recommend hitting stop if you want to continue adding domains/keywords.

@trump, I tried with 2 brand new domains, not indexed, ran Get Popular, one was indexed within 1 day or less (dont know the exact time), and the other took around 1.5-2 days.

And I don't know how cold fusion works, but it does.

All you need to know is that this software simulates large amounts of search activity for your domains using anonymous proxy servers. And the more search activity, then the more the search engines think your site is valuable and so your rank rises.

That's it, so why complicate it. Just use it ;-)

In your previous tread, you are recommend running the Get Popular mode first, to make sure the url is indexed. Then hit it with the Sniper mode.

So, can we hit "Get Popular mode" everyday before hit "Sniper mode" for the same keyword list?

Is it NOT advisable to hit "Sniper mode" if the keywords NOT been indexed?

Below are some questions about setting term:
a) Thread num - the software will virtually open browser tabs at our computer?
b) Timout(Send) - if Timout(Send)=15; is this means that the software will clicks, loads all content, then stays for a site for about 15 seconds?
c) what is Timout(Recv) means? The value have to be set as Timout(Send) value?

@kevintg1, Yes, no matter what domains/keywords you have in at the time, or add later the proxies work for all of them.

Thread means browser tab/window. For example, if you go to www.warriorforum.com , and you open 10 threads, you have 10 warriorforum.com windows open.

If you have a slow computer/connection I don't recommend setting it higher than 10. If you have a high speed connection & rather fast computer, you can easily choose up to 20-30 threads.

@winsonong, You're quite welcome! I'm here for the long haul, even if there are bad experiences, I won't run off lol, I'll try to help. Only time will tell, but I'm here for as long as the warriorforum can put up with me.

I was requested by a few members to do a screenshot pdf, with more explanation on everything, and the workings. I'm doing that now.

I'm currently working on a formula so you guys can figure out your best practices/settings for your unique situations.

I don't believe this can be backwards engineered at all. Your high rankings would more than likely be a puzzle to them, if you don't have backlinks or age. =) Let them drive theirselves crazy lol

@woggy .. what he said! It simulates alot of activity, good activity for your desired keywords, and google's algorithm 'thinks' your site must be the holy grail for your keyword.

Also, I wanted to tell you guys... You can start out slow with the software (Min: 60 Max:360) , but to be honest you can also go in with full power, as alot of sites get popular very quickly anyway, due to a commercial, word of mouth, banner ads, social sites, etc.

I've used it slow, and quick on new and aged domains. Works the same. If google ever catches on, I'll just update the software to correspond to the change. Don't mess with me google. lol

@winsonong again , After your site is indexed, you can use Get Popular maybe once a week or two, for a few hours here and there. Or you don't have to use it at all, but it does help.

No, you shouldn't run sniper mode if your url/domain isn't indexed for the keyword, because it is won't be able to find your domain to click on it. So it's a waste of time.

a) Yes it'll open however many threads/browser tabs that you enter. See my message @kevintg1 at the top of this post.

b) The app will stay on your site about 15 seconds anyway. That isn't factored into the timout send/recv. If you have a slow connection, I'd leave the timeouts at 20+ . I change my depending on my slowest loading site. If my slowest loading site in my campaign takes 8 seconds to load. To be sure I set it at 11, 12 or so.

c) No it can be two different things. Usually I put around the same number.

Timeout Send means if the app is sending a request to google with keyword seo, it'll wait that amount of time for a reponse. Plus allow time to load your site.

Timeout Recv means when the app is receiving info, it'll wait that amount of time and if all info isn't recieved by the Timeout(recv) you specify, it'll move on. Same as above.

If either response isn't received within that amount of time, it'll skip to the next keyword, etc.

Also, I got 1 domain out of the google sandbox with Get Popular. I don't know if it was a fluke because that was my only domain that's not indexed.

So if you guys have any sandboxed domains let us know your results.

So Get popular is good all the way around, for getting indexed, getting out of the sandbox, and for getting higher rankings.

@White-Knight , good question! I use the seobook firefox plugin, it has a rank checker in it. If you install it, the rank checker is the little icon that looks like a world on fire. lol

If you don't use firefox, I added this just now for you guys:

It uses a script through seocentro.com , and I just found it by googling just now. I've never used any of their services, or products. So I neither encourage nor disencourage using their services, as I'm not affiliated with them in any way. So I can only recommend using the rank check.

No cookies are stored. =)

It's whats called an HttpWebRequest, and it's dicarded.

So, you won't leave cookie trails all in google's house.

I have increased the number of threads to 20 and have 2 of the program running at the same time Seems to be running well and it runs a lot faster with 20 threads!

I have already noticed an increase in my rankings for the 10 domains I am using Very impressed so far.

One of my domains that was not even indexed is now on Google page #1, position #6 There are 726,000 competing pages for the keyword.

I will let this run with my 10 domains for about a week and then post results.

Another one went from not being indexed to #13 on Bing with 8,160,000 competing pages

@brandasaur, From my experience, there are no dropped rankings. But again, I haven't stopped running it for longer than 2-3 days, and that was because I went away for a weekend. Otherwise I try to run at Least all day on all my sites.

You will need to change the settings based on how many domains and how many keywords you are running with though. I am using 10 domains and about 30 keywords with those settings.

It will be best to check your settings with Casey.

A little tip, if you'll want to run this only a little while each day. Set your timer real high, like Min: 120 Max: 480 . If you have multiple domains/keywords/search engines, a high setting would be around Min: 30 Max: 120.

Ok for the guys wondering if this increases youtube video plays.. No it doesn't.

I tested with a brand new account, and brand new video:
I ran se sniper for 1 hour on it, and 3-4 hours later, it only has 8 views, which I think are natural views. So from this experiment, it doesn't increase views.

This may be perhaps due to the visit time, which will be fixed in the next update. =)

Before we get the "idiots guide", can you give me an indication of what settings you would use for one domain with say 6 keywords on a modern machine with good connection?

Also, can you confirm my earlier comment that other search engines can be easily added by opening "searchengine.lst" in notepad, and then adding the new search engine details in there? (i.e. search engine name followed by a | and then the search url needed for that particular engine)

1) I see that it doesn't increase youtube views but can it work to rank videos in the SERPS for selected keywords?

2) When your software gets the rankings does the site "dance"/bounce around in google or does the ranking stick

3) Does the site content/relevancy matter at all for the ranking?

I just check ranking for one of keywords after I let the software run "Get Popular" mode almost 24 hours. Unfortunately, the ranking position drop from 80 to 561. I don't sure is it due to "google dance" or because I run the software non-stop?

Is it not advisable to run the software with "Get Popular" mode for the same set of domains and keywords everyday?

Is it a feature which we can run "Get Popular" mode for domains set A while run "Sniper" mode for domains set B?

@imageworx, Absolutely. I've been running on my videos for their keywords. It works wonders.

I've had the google dance with a few of my sites/keywords, but most of them ranked and stuck or increased.

But yes a few went down for a few days, and scared the hell out of me lol, then went back up.

I'm on the fence about "Content is King". But I don't want to debate that here. I've ranked #1 for semi-competitive keywords with a brand new page or blog, with no content. Only by using SE sniper or building backlinks, or both.

I'd say though, don't go after gardening keywords, if your site is about matchbox cars. =) But that goes without saying. lol

@winsonong, I'd say it's the google dance. At least I hope. Are you doing any other seo tactics for the domain?

Yes you can run Get Popular all day. I've ran it all day before. What I like to do is alternate the modes.

Which is a good feature to add in a future update.

Your idea is also a good feature to add. Being able to run both modes at once, 1 on 1 campaign, and the other on another campaign. I'm sure it can be done. Will ask my coder. =)

@kevintg1, The app will search/click in the increment you have set in the Min/Max. Also allow in time for your timeout settings, and the amount of domains/keywords/search engines.

If you have 1 domain, 1 keyword, and have selected 1 search engine and 1 thread. And your increment is Min: 5 , Max: 7 , you will get 1 search/click approximately every 6 minutes.

Another one of my new websites (only created about month ago) has gone from hardly being indexed to being #3 on Google with 5,680,000 competing pages

Another webpage is now #1 on Google with 269,000 competing pages

Best $50 I have ever spent I think.
