I've run two similar campaigns (same # of urls, kw, se, min max, etc...) with the same proxies and one campaign ran faster than the other. Not sure why.
But, in general, proxies with less than 700ms will make the program run more efficiently. I've used proxies up to 1000ms with little degradation in performance.

In basic setup it starting scanning my domain name and keywords which took like 2 hours and now that it finish it started doing it by itself again? What happen? Is this normal? I want to move on to the next step and i can't because it started scanning again?

You are probably just on your second loop, you can let it run unless you want to change your keywords or settings.

You can also just run another application of SEsniper, infact i've got up to 7 running at the same time with no problem, except i've got to filter out proxies by speed. Looking forward to a possible co-op with good fast proxies to use at will.

With software like this and other online security measures needed today, I see Proxies as a very good business model to be in right now and in the future.

Oh I get it now. So the first scan is my loop 1 and then it scans again and that would be loop 2 right? Is that what you guys are referring in here as L1 and L2? I am sorry I am new at this and I see alot of abbreviations.

Also, what is this that I hear about proxies. If I go to my sniper folder where all the files are at, there is a section that says "your proxies read"
I am given my proxies, which all i have to do is make changes to the date. Why do I need more proxies? what is a proxy? And why do I hear so many people in here talking about getting a whole bunch of proxies. Is that something separate from Se sniper that we are suppose to buy? Please share your wisdom...I am lost , lol :confused:

Not quite Clickbankreviewer; L1 and L2 in this thread is referring to level 1 and level 2 proxies which are sorted out thru EPS (elite proxy switcher)

You really do need to go over the short PDF manual that comes with this software.

slow down - educate yourself by reading the manual which is very short and you will feel more confident as you use SEsniper

I will give you half an hour of my time because I have some things on here I need to do so if you are still here I will walk you through everything on skype because I know how frustrating it is trying to learn all this stuff. I literally got burned out and so frustrated at times I wanted to smash my computer lol so I feel your pain.

I was having a proxy issue where the esp software was only recognising a handfull of level 1 and 2 and I was going out of my mind. Casey tried to help me but he was not sure himself why it was happening. After two days and getting totaly burned out I found the solution. The worse part was once I found out it was a patch I needed I then could not open the file lol because it was in a strange format. So I then had to work out how to open the file to use the software to reset my tcip. Apparently it is an issue with Windows xp, windows Vista and Windows 7 from what I was reading on the esp forum. I actually asked for help on that forum but it took two days for an answer and just before Terry answered me I worked out the solution myself lol.

Anyway enough of my waffling if you want me to help you email me

Ok Mupar you are right. I guess I will figure it out when I get to step 3 since my se sniper is still scanning. On page 8 under proxies it says get fresh proxies everyday. How do I do that? Where can I get this proxies from? Are they free or do you have to buy a package of them? It also says: Fire up your EPS 1-2 times daily and test them. As you see, he abbreviates that word so that's why I didn't know what it meant. I know I still haven't gotten to that step...but what step would be next, getting my proxies or doing the search engine step? Please advice Mupar..Thank you for your help by the way.

In your SEsniper Folder you will see a text file named Your_Proxies_read, explanation of how to get your proxies is in that file.

Go to eliteproxyswitcher.com and sign up for a free account and download EPS so you can filter thru the proxies sent to us all everyday.

and then read the manual again, then read the manual again - get the hint!

I Just found the post you were reffering to.

I can't see them breaking their terms of service unless there is some big money in it for them don't you think ?

Also if they are supplying you with private proxies as in proxy servers I presume then surely the reason why they don't want them ditributed is because if say 200 or more people were using the same proxies for se sniper then that would take up some serious bandwidth.

Not sure if you can get this but I would have thought the best option if at all possible would be to buy dedicated proxy hosting in various places all over the world with no bandwidth restrictions. Then get the entire membership to chip in and just the membership of SE sniper can get those proxies.

Forgive me if I am talking rubbish. I am not even sure how proxies are created lol. I understand their purpose but not where they come from and how they are created.

Maybe someone can educate me on that part.

My suggestion is just wikipedia proxies, basically they are a fingerprint/footprint of the destination in which a computer communicates from, send email from etc...

Like i mentioned - the proxy business is becoming a more popular, more needed, actually accepted and recommended for alot of bigger companies to use for online security. With that being said, good proxy companies will protect their resources from unscrupulous marketers etc.... therefore a co-op will have to be probably ok'd with a reputable proxy supplier before any of us can get a good price point for using with this software. my two sense

BTW - how much bandwidth does SES take?

On Proxies - I have an account for 68 private proxies that rotate once a month. Is this not a good idea? They seem to be quite fast.

I appreciate that you took the time to create these spreadsheets for us, but I'm unable to use them (because the instructions that are included don't make any sense). Is there any way you can make a youtube video that demonstrates how to use them. I've spent an honest hour and a half trying to make heads-or-tails out of this thing and I'm even more confused than when I started. The more sense I try to make out of it, the more questions that come up. The file I'm working with is the one made for OpenOffice. Thanks.

@linklover, If you're using EPS, after testing, hit Save, and it'll give you some options to filter the proxies, the time that proxy takes is called Delay.

I also want to mention that the new settings "Sit" time should Never be blank. If anything put Min: 1 Max: 1

The next version will have an option to use the Sit time or not.

What is "Sit" time? I'm using v1.3 and there is not a setting for that.

after so many test, the key to utilizing this software is a good supply of working proxies. The daily supplied ones are killed within an hour!

any one know a good source?

Without good proxies the bars will not move quickly and your result will be affected!

Perhaps that's one of the reason why the spreadsheet is making no sense to me. It's saying that SES should be competing a loop in 30 minutes, but in reality, SES is taking between 18-24 hours to complete a single loop.

I created the sheets but afraid a video is out of the question. I'm deployed to the Middle East right now and between my primary job and my internet business, not to mention my internet connection lol, I can barely even get to Youtube, much less make a video. I included an example Excel file that spells out each column. There's honestly only two parts - a left side and a right side - and all the columns tell you exactly what to put in them. What exactly are you having trouble understanding?

Yeah I'd really like to help you guys figure out the proxy issue. I'm trying to find something for you... I don't want to set one up myself, as that's a big headache in itself, that i'm not willing to take on. =)

But if anyone wants to start a service (some are talking about a co-op), or if you know of a service to recommend , PM me, and I'll contact the owners and try to work out a deal for you guys.

I have everything loaded ( and clicked Sniper Mode) but after 30 minutes I still do not have a green bar. Says it's working on the first keyword and search engine though.

A. There's different types of JIT errors.

One of the more common JIT errors, is the connection issue. The most common reason for this is your firewall or antivirus program. If you can, allow sesniper within your firewall/antivirus, to make sure it's able to get through.

Are you using the right side of the formula? Did you enter a value in every column (monthly search volume, min/max stay, keywords, threads, and search engines).

The left side of the formula lets you put in all the details and tells you how many loops per hour and day you should be getting. The right side lets you put the monthly search volume from Google's Keyword Tool, pick how much percentage of that search volume you want Sniper to emulate and gives you min/max times to achieve that goal.

Also, a lot of people are saying that the times are slower than what the sheet says. That's most likely bc you are using public proxies and they die quickly. If that happens what I usually do is simply increase my threads by 1 and see if that gets me around my target...and it usually does. In rare instances, I will have to increase my threads by 2, but that doesn't happen very often.

I just helped this guy out get up and running.

He understands everything now but we could not get his spreadsheet to work.

When he types the info in the boxes under keyword data it is not giving him Min & Max times for some reason he clicks on the cells and it is not calculating it for him.

Should he be using a different one for windows 7 or a patch or something to make the spreadsheet work ?

I put his figures in my spreadsheet and he is using them for now but he would like to be able to do it himself if possible please.

There are no macros so the security settings shouldn't prevent the formulas from working. Tell him to try redownloading it and if that doesn't work I'll send him an unlocked one to see if that helps.

I am having the same problem of slow running SES program. I am in Brooklyn, New York and my internet speed is excellent.
Could you tell us how does your SES copy perform? What are your settings and how long does it take for a program to complete a loop? And how many loops a day thus this run?
Although I realized that the program doesn't always show correct loop number. For example, one of the campaigns was showing me 25 loops, but I knew for sure that it was much less: 1 or 2 a day. Please, give us an example of one of your campaigns. And, please, let us know how many instances of the program you have running at a time?
Do not understand me wrong, as I just want to find out how to make this program work the best way possible. I believe it can help me to get to first pages of the search engines, but I need to run it properly, to make the best out of it.

If one keyword gets a page 9 entry then use Sniper Mode,
though I'd be more conservative and wait until it's page 5.

Use two SES so that a) you can use a different search rate
b) you can change one to SM whenever you like.


Echo what Casey said. Slow running SES is down to Proxies.
Sort out the quickest in EPS.

Proxies dying within the hour? Never seen that, I test all again
halfway through the day and find plenty still fine.

ThisisMyHealth I got the seSniper formula to work now. But what I don't understand is I only know the information about how many keywords, search engines, to put in the fields. In order for that to work you have to put the min and max time and the number of threads and the number of searches. How do I figure that out to get the right information. I am very confused about all of this settings.

Just do it on a pad manually.

(url x se x kw)/thread x max time = total time for loop.

No need for calculation for min time just set that at about half of the max.

Here's a question about the website (project) and keywords setup.

Is it best to or can you create one 'website' (project) per web page of that domain and then apply the keyword to that individual webpage, or is it necessary to put in the top level domain name and associate all the keywords that you have for the different pages to that website, thus allowing Sniper to do its work...

For example

If my website is about a category of products and each page within my website is an actual product would it be better to create a new project as follows...



Project1
www.category_name.com, key word category name

Project2
www.category_name.com/product1, key word(s) category name, product1

Project3
www.category_name.com/product2, keyword(s) category name, product2

Has anyone tried this, or must we rely on Sniper to find the keyword associated with the page by letting it trawl the site for that page with the keyword ?
