First Time EVER PLR! Help Us Finish Our House!
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Hello Warriors!

We have a super deal for you on one of my most "guarded" image packages. Never before have I offered Private Label Rights to this package, and never really planned to.

I'm going to offer them now, because we really want to move by Christmas. Long story - but we need a kitchen sink (literally) - the sink base, counter tops, a few more kitchen cabinets, and more. Once we get those last few items, we'll finally be able to get moved.

Otherwise I would probably never offer PLR to this pack. It sells very well, and made about 1500.00 last year in the 3-4 weeks before Christmas. This year I made my first sale in JUNE with this pack - just messing around with Adwords. Then it helped me win Ed Dale's 30 Day Challenge this year!

Yep, this is the very same package that made 3 sales IN AUGUST during the contest and helped me WIN the challenge!

It's been selling well ever since. The only way to resell up until NOW has been to join me as an affiliate. I just made another 27.00 sale while I was creating this WSO - no kidding - I can prove it. ;-)

First 25 Warriors can pick up PLR for just $47.00 (which is only 20 more than the original cost of the package) - then Warriors 25-50 will be $67.00.

This is a heck of a deal guys and gals - you can make your money back THIS WEEK with just 2-3 sales. I KNOW you can do that.

Comes complete with sales page, graphics, the entire pack of excellent Christmas images, and your PLR license.

Thought you also might enjoy this - because you'll be able to seriously see what we have been doing to this house for the past four years, and you'll also be able to see exactly WHERE my new kitchen sink will go!

As always - full money back, and help is always available.

Thanks for helping us finish our house!
Michelle

Hi Michelle,

Looks good, but I have a few questions.

What format are these images in?

What rights to I have in selling them?
Can I give them away?

How can I be assured that these images are not copyrighted by someone else?

Gary

Hi Gary,

Most of these image are scans that I bought last year from a lady who scanned them in. They are originally from physical public domain sources (as old Christmas cards, gift tags, etc)

The lady who did the original scans sold the scans to me copyright free. She still therefore holds copyright to the original scans, but my terms were such that I could take the images and create whatever I wanted with them. Plus most scans needed some cleaning up, which she did not want to do.

The "clipart" images that are included are also from public domain sources. You'll be able to tell the scans from the clipart, as the clipart is either animated, are smaller in size. Many of the gift tags are also smaller in size, but were originally scanned.

I then took her scans and cleaned the images in Photoshop. Some had creases, missing color, dirt marks, tears, bent corners - etc (old cards) - so each scanned image was cleaned up by me. I hold copyright to the actual package as a whole, and also to each of the images that I cleaned up in Photoshop. It took a while, but I went through EVERY IMAGE!

Images are in either .jpg or .png format, no .psd files are required. Once I cleaned up the original image - I saved it into the format it looked best. .psd is not required because the text on the images was there on the card for instance - and would not have caused a new layer. Plus the tools used to clean the images in most cases did not require a new layer.

No copyright issues with this pack. Except mine.

The rights are stated on the bottom of the WSO page and are also included below:

Private Label Rights License 1 out of 50 available.

Here are your rights for the 150 Meg Christmas Pack:

[YES] Can Be edited completely and Your Name Put on it
[YES] Can be used for a OTO (One Time Offer)
[YES] Can be added to paid membership sites
[YES] Can resell this product as is
[YES] Can sell Resale Rights ONLY, NO MRR or PLR!
[YES] Can break package up and create new smaller packages
[YES] Can be used for website design work, mini site templates, ecovers, headers, banners etc. - and your work using the images can be resold as templates.
[NO] Can be given away
[NO] Can be packaged with other products to be sold as a bundle
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus with an existing paid product
[NO] Can be offered through auction sites
[NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
[NO] Can Claim Original Copyright

They are stated in that way to protect the rest of us on reselling the package. If you have questions about rights, etc - I'll be happy to answer them.

IF YOU ARE A PREVIOUS PURCHASER - and would like to UPGRADE to PLR - I will do that, as long as you can find your original purchase ID through paypal (or at least your email address so I can check to make sure you have purchased the personal use package). You can add another $20.00 to your original purchase to gain PLR. Just PM me if you would like to do that.

Thanks!
Michelle

Hi Michelle, as you may recall I bought this pack years ago when you first brought it out, and I'm finally about to start using it ... the pictures are unbelievable! Just stunning - as always with anything you produce! This will be an extra motivator to get going on the christmas ideas.

I'm buying the MRR, but if you need my receipt I'll try to dig it up from back then.

- Helene Malmsio

ps the USD is killing us here in Oz, so I'm not buying ANYTHING USD for a while from now on, but as usual, Michelle is irresistable!

Hey there Helene!

Of course I remember you! Won't be needing you to look up your info. You can shoot 20 bucks over to my email address, the gmail or the brightdsl.net will work - and I'll shoot you the DL link in PM!

That will bring us down to 23 out of 25 Warriors left at this price.

Thanks so much for your input Helene, always a pleasure.

Thanks Gary!

So far both people who have picked up rights have just sent cash through paypal cause they upgraded - so YEP! I'm wondering why the heck you're getting billed for shipping too. Going in now to check it out - hey - maybe cause I added that new fangled "ADD TO CART" instead of a "BUY NOW" ???

LOL - who knows - but I'll go fix it an update the page now.

Thanks for catching that Gary!

Yes, the newfangled PayPal set up is a headache.....

I cant believe its taken me an hour to complete this transaction!
There is something horribly wrong with my life if I have so many interruptions in a one hour period!
... now I'll put aside the rest of my "to do" list and start doing something with this FANTASTIC PACK.... thanks again Michelle.

You got it Helene,

Anytime, and if you need help you know where to get ahold of me. You should do well with it, you have a good market to start with - so start there to make your initial money back. Then get a few articles written (I'm thinking you write pretty well, no?) - to put through ezinearticles, that relates a cool Christmas story, and leads into homemade gifts for example.

My boys and I spent a LOT OF HOURS last year creating homemade gifts, so your markets would be "stay at home moms" "homeschoolers" "work at home moms" "crafters" "website designers" etc.

I'm sure you'll find more markets - cause you're "crafty" like that.

BTW - Gary, got the link fixed and marked you off as a buyer - so we're now down to 22 out of 25 for the cheapest price so far.

Guys, so far - I'm surprised. Many people buy things and don't use them like they should (Uh, yeah - me included.)

The first buyer already has his site set up, with falling snow even! Helene I KNOW can do well. So Gary - don't be the third wheel - and put your site up. Use it. It will make sales. If you don't make a sale from now till about the second week in Dec. let me know and I'll refund you!

Thanks!

Uh... well - I didn't mean it THAT way!!! Let us all know what you think of the package Gary, and you're not REALLY a THIRD WHEEL anymore! Cause 2 more folks are in after you.

Matter of fact, I'm getting a lot of "upgraders" so I have created a new paylink for folks that just want to upgrade...

***edit*** - we have a new download link that heads to just the sales page and license for my previous customers/clients - because that is the file they will need when upgrading. This will stop others from taking advantage of the "upgrade" option - because they will not get the images in the package, only the sales page. This will leave any "jokers" in the dust.

All previous clients who upgrade will already have the 150 meg pack - and will just need the sales material and the license. Whooo - "Michelle presses easy button!" Just watching everyone's back!

Thanks to all - I'm looking to get that dang kitchen sink as soon as possible. Of all things to be waiting on. LOL!

Hey there everyone,

I've had a couple questions on the rights on this package, and we got it all fixed! A couple people wanted to have the Resell Rights doc spelled out better, (which was originally included on the PLR file) and also to have a personal usage rights doc added too.

That's been done, and here is a copy of the complete rights all the way down. I have a new .zip file that I'll be sending to all previous clients here, I'll just go through paypal for the emails - so expect a note shortly if you already purchased. The rights docs are separated for you to use, and are also on the original PLR as follows:

Private Label Rights License 1 out of 50 available.

As a PLR Rights holder, you can sell YOUR CUSTOMERS Resell Rights to the 150 meg pack, including the documentation (their resell rights doc) which is included here. This allows your customer to resell the package from their own websites, but does not allow them to sell resell rights to other customers.

This should hold the value of the package for all PLR holders.

Here are your Private Label Rights for the 150 Meg Christmas Pack:

[YES] Can Be edited completely and Your Name Put on it
[YES] Can be used for a OTO (One Time Offer)
[YES] Can be added to paid membership sites
[YES] Can resell this product as is
[YES] Can sell Resale Rights ONLY, NO MRR or PLR!
[YES] Can break package up and create new smaller packages
[YES] Can be used for website design work, mini site templates, ecovers, headers, banners etc. - and your work using the images can be resold as templates.
[YES] Can use images for art projects, craft projects, within ebooks, on documents, calendars, mugs, mousepads and other physical products. Your physical products can be sold with no other associated fees on the images.
[NO] Can be given away
[NO] Can be packaged with other products to be sold as a bundle
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus with an existing paid product
[NO] Can be offered through auction sites
[NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
[NO] Can Claim Original Copyright

If you are passing on Resell Rights to your customers, make sure you include this License file:

RESELL RIGHTS for 150 Meg Christmas Pack:

[YES] Can resell this package from your own website
[YES] Can be used for a OTO (One Time Offer)
[YES] Can be added to paid membership sites
[YES] Can be used for website design work, mini site templates, ecovers, headers, banners etc. - and your work using the images can be resold as templates.
[YES] Can use images for art projects, craft projects, within ebooks, on documents, calendars, mugs, mousepads and other physical products. Your physical products can be sold with no other associated fees on the images.
[NO] Can break package up and create new smaller packages
[NO] Can Be edited completely and Your Name Put on it
[NO] Can be given away
[NO] Can be packaged with other products to be sold as a bundle
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus with an existing paid product
[NO] Can be offered through auction sites
[NO] Can sell Resell Rights
[NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
[NO] Can Claim Original Copyright

I have included a Resell Rights Document, and also a Personal Usage Rights Document in this folder. Personal Usage Rights are described below:

[YES] Can be used for website design work, mini site templates, ecovers, headers, banners etc. - and your work using the images can be resold as templates.
[YES] Can use images for art projects, craft projects, within ebooks, on documents, calendars, mugs, mousepads and other physical products. Your physical products can be sold with no other associated fees on the images.
[NO] Can resell the images as a package online, you must significantly work with the images as in creating physical products or website templates before reselling the images.
[NO] Can break package up and create new smaller packages
[NO] Can Be edited completely and Your Name Put on it
[NO] Can be given away
[NO] Can be packaged with other products to be sold as a bundle
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus with an existing paid product
[NO] Can be offered through auction sites
[NO] Can sell Resell Rights
[NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
[NO] Can Claim Original Copyright

Thank you in advance for respecting these terms. Use the graphics. Make some money.

To Your Success,
Michelle K. Brouse

Please keep in mind, the rights above are to protect my clients and myself, and I've also been asked about MRR. IF I would give PLR with MRR - the product would be devalued so quickly, that the people who purchase the Christmas image pack would NOT be happy. Nor would I. So I have done the best I can to keep the wording correct, so that everyone can make some cash, and still get an excellent deal on creating their own product.

Hey, and I'm getting closer to that kitchen sink! If you haven't seen what I mean yet, check it out at: our house

Thanks!
And BUMP!
Michelle

PS - ALL emails with new rights file have been sent out, so if you missed it please let me know - or copy the rights from this post. Some SPAM filters may keep your email (with rights .zip file) from getting through, but I have updated everyone. :-)

Thanks for the link Jay!

Always glad to see you Edna!

Welcome to the Warrior Forum Kaylie!

Guess I better get back to it, gotta run the boys to see out of state cousins, Anth is workin at the other house, and I have a lot of PC work to do when I get home. If I'm a bit slow on emails, PM's etc - it's because we're out running.

Thanks a bunch!

Hi Veena,

I would be happy to do the best I can to help you. If you need particular questions answered you can PM me here in the forum. If you're looking for a good way to start a REAL business that makes RECURRING income, instead of creating products all the time - and promoting those products - I highly suggest a course from another Warrior here.

Her name is Amy Bass, and you can find her WSO here:
http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...tml#post288104

(No affiliate link, I am a member of The Niche Blogger - and I love it.)

Amy is there in the membership area every day to answer questions, usually MORE than once per day. There is a forum full of great people to talk with, and Amy's system is wonderful. If I would have started with that same exact system when I "got into" Internet Marketing, I would already be moved into our other house, Anthony would be able to stay home, play with the boys and work on stuff he likes to build.

Her system is totally step-by-step, and can be followed by anyone. It will get difficult sometimes, but that's because it's WORK. To make the income later, it always takes work NOW. Some things may get confusing, but with the other members and Amy - you won't be stuck for long.

If, you are a designer - and want to work with images, have Photoshop - etc. - I can help you there, but it will still take a lot of work. It all depends on which way you want to go, and what you enjoy doing the most. If you like to write - start there. If you like graphics, start there.

This particular package is for the bit more experienced folks, and it will not carry you much past Christmas unless you get VERY creative with it. I'm sure a few sales will be made in mid year, depending on the market you're targeting, but you would have to be a bit more "advanced" to sell it off season.

You can also check out my blog at michellebrouse.com - I've talked about much of what I'm doing there, and will continue to add things as I can. Right now I'm still about 3 designs behind in the graphic mines - so haven't been able to blog much. Once the graphic work is done, I'll be going back to all the blogs. You'll want to hit the first post on the blog - because there is a good report linked there from Alex Jeffreys that you may want to read. (It's Free.)

I would also suggest not spending any more money, until you figure out which direction you want to go, create yourself a business plan - THEN you'll know what you NEED to spend money on. Stuff like hosting, website creation, Amy's course if it fits, maybe hire out some articles, graphics etc.

Once you figure out what you want to to, and how you're going to go about getting it done - you'll begin to see where you should and should not spend your money. I've always put much of my profits back into my business (or into that money pit of a house) - so don't be worried about money used to grow your business. It's the "spur of the moment" purchases that you need to watch out for!

Hope that helps, and contact me here in the forum is you need to.

Thanks!
Michelle

So what ya sayin' JayKay - that we'll all be blown to smithereens by 2012?

Well, hope we stick around for a while after that! Thanks a bunch JayKay!

I bought this package, and I have to say I'm disappointed. Not with the package, but with the fact some of those who did buy it have already devalued it.

Digging around the net today I found someone selling this with RR - and at least four other Christmas packages combined (which is against the license) - for just $9-95.

Please, please, do not do this. Selling this package for such a low price is going to devalue it very quickly.

Hi Cheryl,

This is what I had hoped to avoid by stating the rights in a manner that would protect us all on this nice Christmas pack.

Heh. Merry Christmas to us, right? Some people have no morals, and that's where you have to bookmark their names, and make sure you keep in mind what they have done in the past.

Everyone makes mistakes, me included, but I follow rights to the best of my ability always. If I have a question, I ask the originator of the product to make sure I know what I'm doing with the purchased product.

Therefore, I'm stopping at 25 - and will sell no more rights. Not that it matters at this point, because a few who have rights - have chosen to spoil things for others, and totally devalue a great product. I am not allowed by LAW to "PRICE FIX" but I DID say NOT TO BUNDLE - which I CAN do.

People ARE BUNDLING the pack with other products. People are also DIMESALING. Stupid me, for not putting "NO DIMESALES" in the rights - heck - I just didn't think of that. Next time I will.

Anything to get around the rights though - know what I mean? I have seen a couple really great sales pages from reputable buyers, who put some time and effort into what they do. That's the whole KEY of PLR materials.

You take what has already been created and make something BETTER - put your NAME on it - NOT MINE - and you add to it, change it - SOMETHING.

But nope. People stick it out there WITH MY NAME ON IT - barely a change on the sales page - and devalue the heck out of it.

You know what I can say about that? They are not very good marketers. Just looking for the quick buck. (which would stand to reason on a Christmas product at this time of year) but this happens to many other products too.

This is exactly why I did NOT want to give out rights - and I was very specific on what was allowed and what was not. Most of the folks who have bought the pack have been spot on, have asked questions, and even helped me create the RR and Personal Use docs to go with PLR. Thank you JayKay.

I still sell the 98 meg pack for the same price I always did, and I'll continue to sell this Christmas pack for the same price till the end of this year. And next year too.

The 98 meg pack was all over the sharing sites, etc. It was devalued like hell. But I know where to hit the right market for it, so it's still valuable to me - because there are HONEST people out there who haven't seen it yet. There are thousands of people starting to build websites, so that's my market.

Not the goofballs who are selling these things for way less than they are worth. They'll work a lot harder for their sales than I will.

You make 8 sales at 8 bucks, and you got 80 bucks. You make 8 sales at 27 bucks and you have 216.

Same basic effort for the same amount of sales.

Nevermind the stupid - look to a better market - and be the better marketer! Sorry it had to happen, but I can't control who does what with rights, unless I go get a lawyer.

Hmmm ... Don't put it past me. Might be able to make a few more bucks on a lawsuit! Heheheh.

Yes, this does make me sad because certain people are so "lazy" or so "un-innovative" that they can think of nothing other than a dimesale - and I really DID expect much MORE from WF members. Bundling is certainly against the rights, but "dimesales" should have been a common sense GIVEN NO - but folks are like - HMMM - doesn't SAY no dimesale - so that must be acceptable.

Two years with this product. 25 sets of rights - and this is what happens. This is why nobody gives rights to good stuff anymore - because others can't seem to find it in their brains to do something GOOD with what's offered.

Hell, I should have given a PLR course with the Christmas pack. But I have a sneaking suspicion that MOST KNOW what they are doing. They just choose to DISREGARD the rights.

With all that said, I'll go kill the page now - but will leave the thread up so folks know why.

Thanks Cheryl.

I'll probably get flogged for this, but the bottom line is you can't help 'stupid'.

Because of this, the product will be devalued, which is a great shame. I will probably now repackage it since I have the PLR rights. I wasn't going to do that because I believe it can stand on its own as it is -- as we already know.

Don't talk to me about Dimesales. I hate them. As far as I'm concerned, they devalue a product quicker than anything.

Yes, I'd expected more of Warriors too. This is a neat community, and it's a shame to have this happen.
