Also posted a ticket on the support desk three days ago and have not received a response. Transaction ID: 87W310107C185193S dated 4/2. If you are taking in that many orders and can't support your current customers, maybe you should get rid of your backlog before accepting any more? Just a thought or observation.

I would hope this is not the case. 2 weeks not heard back from them yet. They do say order can take sometime depending on size HOWEVER they say you should have domains received to pick from in 72 hrs.

Did you get your domains to pick from OR are you waiting for the completed order after you've purchased domains? I assume you've checked your spam box for communication from them? Hope you get it worked out.

I placed large order yesterday to give them a test. They're system so far is professional and my 1 support question was answered in less than 25 hours. I'm happy thus far but the speed at which I get domains, and then get the sites and rankings will be what determines me ordering more sites.

Are you still taking orders for these sites because I bought 3 on April 2nd and have not received anything yet (including any communication from you).
