If so, you'll need to re-upload the plugin so the directory structure looks like this...

/wp-content/plugins/easywpseo/

Please, let me know if this solves your problem. Also, I am willing to log-in to your site and correct the issue for you personally (if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself). Let me know. And thanks again!

That fixed it, for some reason when uploading the plguin via the upload part of the dashboard it uploaded to:
/wp-content/plugins/easywpseo/easywpseo

Fixed.

Question, Decoration Type: Turned Off, Client Side, Admin Side. Which one is recommended?

I'm glad it worked for you!

Personally, I turn the feature off on my sites because I want to control exactly which keyword in my post or page gets the decoration. However, if you would rather the plugin take care of it for you, I would probably recommend "Admin Side" instead of "Client-Side" because it doesn't slow your site down when someone visits. If you select "Client-Side," the plugin decorates your keywords before the content displays to the visitor. And if you select "Admin-Side," the plugin decorates your keywords as you update your post or page content in the Wordpress Dashboard (so it doesn't slow your site down at all).

I hope that answers your question. Please, don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions, comments, or suggestions.

Thanks again!

Ok..I purchased this...tested it on a page which SEO-PRESSOR rated 100%

Then i deactivated that and then tried to add this plugin to see what the score was..

The score was surprisingly 73%

I really think that SEO-Pressor is the more authoritative plugin when it comes to Onsite SEO.

And This plugin is also missing the One single Factor which Seopressor is also missing.

So..my honest opinion is that this plugin is exaggerating some factors which are really not necessary for achieving 100% onsite optimization.

Thank you for investing in Easy WP SEO and for giving it a review.

Yes, your on-page SEO score is probably lower in Easy WP SEO compared to SEOPressor because Easy WP SEO analyzes your post or page for 23 on-page SEO factors, while SEOPressor analyzes your post or page for a lot less factors.

Also, I am curious, what is the "one single factor" that is missing? I would love to add it to the plugin.

Thanks again, and let me know if you have any additional questions, comments, or suggestions. I'm here to assist you in any way I can.

Chris,

When using your plugin is it still necessary to use something like All in One Seo or Yoast's seo plugin?

Thanks!

Hi, Micki, thanks for your question.

Yes, Easy WP SEO "compliments" other plugins like All In One SEO and Yoast's SEO plugin. So, I would highly recommend you use either one of those plugins, in addition to Easy WP SEO. Also, take a look at "Greg's High Performance SEO" plugin.

Thanks again, and let me know if I can assist you in any way.

Thanks for the question!

Yes, to update the scores, you need to click "Publish" or "Draft" for new posts/pages and "Update" for existing posts/pages. This will update the scores for all of your primary and secondary keywords.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

And thanks again!

Thanks for the question!

Easy WP SEO imports keywords from SEOPressor and ClickBump SEO!.

Also, on the "Manage Keywords" screen, you can add the "primary keyword" to multiple posts or pages at once and calculate the on-page SEO scores instantly.

Here is a screenshot of the Manage Keywords screen

Thanks again, and let me know if I help you in any other way.

You mentioned in your sales statement, your Easy SEO plugin analyze more area than covered by SEOpressor.
Would you elaborate the difference of underlying methodology of SEO scoring betwee those two plugin?
That is the main point, if the two plugins use two diffrent proprietary methodology, then there is no way to compare the quality of the two plugins, except the real results in their Google SERPs, which can serve as a proof.

Easy WP SEO and SEOPressor both analyze your post or page for on-page SEO factors. SEOPressor only analyzes the post or page title and content, while Easy WP SEO analyzes the entire (X)HTML document. If, for example, a theme has your keyword in an H1 tag, but it is outside of the post/page title and content area, SEOPressor can't detect it and decreases your on-page SEO score because of it (even though you DO have your keyword in an H1 tag). Easy WP SEO can detect your keyword in the H1 tag whether it is in the post/page title and content or somewhere else in the content. In other words, Easy WP SEO gives you an accurate SEO score based on 23 on-page SEO factors, whether your keyword is in the post/page title and content or not.

Thanks again, and let me know if I can help you in any way.

Thanks for your question.

No, I have tested Easy WP SEO in multiple languages with no problems. Also, it displays semantically related keywords in 25 different languages (from 41 regions around the world). However, the readability formulas were originally created for English (so you may receive some "different" readings from the feature). Otherwise, it should perform the same in English as any other language.

Give Easy WP SEO a try, risk free for 60 days. If you don't feel like you got at least 10 times your money's worth, I'll refund your money immediately... Plus, I'll give you a "single-site" license (so you can use Easy WP SEO on one of your sites) absolutely FREE as my way of saying, "Thanks for giving it a try!"... and just for wasting your time.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks again!
