Persevere, build backlinks (ping and index). Join the Warroom, just for ****s and giggles, and a lot of free & great info, and programs, and a few free WSO's from time to time. And most of all don't let a one-off post deter you from your dream........... And mostly, always keep in mind that IM is a job, it's not a get rich quick scheme!

I truly believe that we have made the correct decision in purchasing LPN. As I've said previously, and with all my heart, this is by far the best WSO I have ever purchased...... And I've been around a long time and have spent a buttload of money on useless WSO's. This is the ONLY ONE that has ever delivered on the promise so fast.

Also, keep in mind that IM is a numbers game. You gotta get out there with as much as you can to see any useful return on your investment.

What we're doing with LPN is smaller than a minnow to Google, We will not even appear on their radar............ Especially if Jeremy, Andres, and Don go private with this piece of GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I gotta say....I'm not speaking ill of anyone or negatively but I've gotta go with Jeremy, Andres and Don and say it's something else. These guys were using this months before we got our hands on it and didn't have any issues. Hope I'm right and make bank with it as they are/have.

The host sent a message about it being reported to spamhaus... asked about illegal email activity heh.

Which never was an email sent from the damn thing so don't even know why they couldn't tell that themselves.

there was a thread on another "forum" where a bunch of people said that they were doing it....then we got verification from spamhaus.

Which one you talking about the dentist one? Heh had a spamhaus complaint on one of them.

Although a spamhaus complaint normally won't effect Google... but one site about a year ago I showed to a bunch of people as an example was deindexed... never had a site deindexed before. Google actually replied to e and I put the reply in a thread... They tried to deindex it for a friggin email spam complaint. I sent them proof blah blah few days later site was back. Only time I ever had a site deindexed and actually Google should never do anything to a site for email complaints but they did at that time.

And with some of the crap I test out you would think if Google was so deindex happy I would have a list 4 miles long of deindexed sites LOL

One of the things that I mentioned as a possible reason was poorly spun text....which you said you used on the site (spun text) - Not saying that your text was poorly spun, just saying that spun text has been known to get a person slapped once or twice.

Do you have any advice at all for the spinning? I mean, I try to use as many synonyms as I can...and I am constantly reading 4 or 5 words BACK and FORWARDS to make sure it sounds good.

I honestly don't know why you would spin...If you didn't have to. If spun text was required to get the results we showed, trust me, the spinner would have been there from the beginning

The proof we showed was all duplicate content - mine, Dons, Andres...all of it.

If you are going to spin, just make sure that it is done properly, and that it reads smoothly.

We used to throw cannon fodder out like crazy even did a bunch of it on the insurance site. But in reality the better we spin them (when we do spin) so they read well, the better they rank anymore. Unless the terms are just ridiculously easy.

Best thing is don't just only do synonym replacement on single words. Do phrase replacements and then throw in some single synonym replacements.

Make sure you do most of your best work in the first paragraph... Some people say the last paragraph to...

Link to authority sites from inside your content with related anchor text. Since the spinning has been added you can actually link to a bunch of different sites with different anchor text randomly.

Use a related post plugin and xml site map so you get good deep crawls and your posts are found easily.

EDIT: I am actually starting to think that Google is working on using lexical databases like a wordnet type. That is why (in my thinking from so much data looked at and evaluated over years) sometimes it takes so long when sites disappear to come back.

I emailed Jeremy and logged a support ticket, thanks-- I will be eager to see what you have to say about my problem.

I did spin all of my content, just FYI, and limited my posts to maximum 75 at a time, original tags, no stuffing. I usually do everything super white hat, so I tried to apply absolutely everything I knew to this. The only thing I can think is that Google saw all of the posts at the same time / same day/ same site and banned them for "violating quality guidelines."

Thanks, zerofill! Yes, it seems that my sites are in fact, being slapped around by the SERPS and not missing after all. I am pretty sure that one hour ago I couldn't find them at all, but I logged a ticket and he found them for me.

I am still a little scared that I lost my # 1 ranking on every site in my network, but I am hopeful that soon the sites will be all over page 1.

Thanks guys-- yeah, I actually have a great partnership going with a person who does that service. Even with just a Wordpress install and a phone number he was already getting calls, so you can imagine my surprise when my page 1 was gone. Now at least I know they're not totally gone.

By the way, you guys have now "outed" me as a woman. Not sure how I feel about that-- I was trying to be on the DL!

Well in their case... I think what they will find is they got a quick jump up on the new site but will require some diverse backlinks to get and stay where they want to be. Obviously can't talk about their keywords etc... I just know from first hand experience they aren't exactly fun to rank for. But I also know from first hand experience that ranking a couple of them is VERY profitable.

This solved my problem with the timing out issue on hostgator, you can change the amount of seconds, but 120 was enough for me... i have no idea how far you can push it with this fix.

Just another observation............ How does Google, or any of the SE's know what is duplicate content........ Autobloggers don't worry about it, is there any reason why we should worry about it?

And who's to say that our article, even if it was duplicated was not the original source. Until Google indexes it, it is original, and even if it was indexed first by another site, and ours second I find it hard to believe that Google or any of the other Search Engines would discount the content. If it's relevant to the site then any content, first, second or third should be treated as original or close to it.

I believe that Google is only concerned with relevant content, delivering these relevant sites to it's users is what makes Google King. Now, if your spinning to the point that the content is hard to read or understand then you deserve to be knocked back, and the algo. will take care of you thusly.

Autobloggers and B'hatters are the biggest culprit when it comes to duplication. yet Google continues to rank enough of them higher then legit sites to make the practice a viable method of marketing.

This is my opinion only, but, I see no reason whatsoever of why we should worry about duplicated content.

Do I duplicate? Not if I feel I can write a halfway decent article. If I don't feel that I can then by all means I'm going to search for something that provides value to the visitor. I want my visitor to stick around for longer than 17 seconds. Good content, even if it appears to be a duplicate, is in everybody's best interest, including Google's.

Edit: Case in point.... I have a nephew that works for Bodog, He is routinely hired to write articles for all the major sports magazines..... He is paid by the word (several dollars each), but has written into his contract that after a certain amount of time the written content and ownership is transfered back to him. Occassionaly he will post this duplicate content on his blog..... He always ends up higher in the SERPs than the originally published web content. Always.

I created a WP site for a local business client of mine and I've gotten him some good rankings in Google Places. Now I'm thinking of creating a seperate LPN site to get a bunch of top local rankings then purcahsing and using the Core Conversions plug-in on the LPN site to iframe my clients WP site.

The thing is I not only built his WP business site, I also host it. So I'm wondering, could I cause my clients main business site any harm (ranking wise) if I also host the LPN site on the same VPS I host his main site on?

Heck I also have another WP blog I use to promote an affiliate program on and again I was thinking of doing this same thing where my own affiliate blog is on the same VPS server and thus same IP address (and my domains are not set as private) as the LPN site using Core Conversions would be on. Could this be a problem for me?

Obviously I don't want to cause ranking issues for my affiliate blog or my clients business blog if putting everything on the same server and IP address could cause such a problem and should instead put the LPN sites on another host altogether.

Technically... Most shared hosting companies that host multiple sites from multiple users won't normally take hits IP wide. Because they can have multiple customers on the same IP. Your VPN I am guessing is from a hosting company and the IP isn't a privately held IP address. So... it shouldn't have any effect on them because Google penalizes domains not IPs because of this.

Obviously Google can do whatever they want when they want lol... But I don't think you will have to worry about that.
