so as I understand if I buy domain name,hosting ,put article and install the plugin and targeting for example to 50 cities. In each city keyword having about 200 searches(aproximatly) , so 50*200=10,000 searches ,and my site is in first google page for all 50 cities. I put adsense and having clicks right?

Your example would show the feed from the root domain (homepage)

If you want a feed for a page/post it would look like this:

domain.com/postname/feed

And if you use categories, I want to say it would appear like this:

domain.com/category name/postname/feed

It's very possible that there is a WordPress plugin, or a separate server side script that would take care of this for you though.

Can't think of any off the top of my head, but here's a good place to start:

You might also want to check the WSO section for something that would simplify the task of RSS submission. I'm pretty sure that I have one, a script that is, that creates the feeds for you. I purchased it here at WF. Now if I could just find it

And I'm also positive that I have Big Mike's RSS Bot, but I'm embarrassed to say that I have never used it, yet. If you're on Incansofts (Big Mike's) mailing list you should have received an email just this morning offering RSSBot for $7.77.

I seem to recall that Aunt Stacy (Tiger66466) mentioned that she is using a tool for RSS submission. Hopefully she'll chime in with her solution, that is if she has one.

P.S. At the top of the Floating FAQs (page 51?) under Misc. Resources i have a link for 'Xenu's Link Sleuth'. This program, after spidering your site will show all of the feed URLs that are on your site. It's overkill to use it every time, but it will give you an idea of what has a feed. You can 'Copy' & 'Paste' them (after cleaning up the formatting) into a bulk RSS submitter.

Can somebody help me to figure this out, "i saw both video and PDF" !!! Cause what i do now is:
1. Select State "A" and cities, i need to add, Build Page/Posts for "A" State with 10 cities, for ex.,
2. Select State "B" and cities, Add New Draft with SAME content, Build Page/Post...
If i need to add more city for State A, i delete the Draft for A and use same content with additional list of cities...

So, i need to spend all my time with 3 States and about 20 cities......

I really had to try and remember what I'd said! lol I use an indexer plug in thing (paid). Not sure how much it really helps with the indexing. I can dig up a link to it if anyone is interested. You basically take your RSS feed and use the plug in on a wordpress site OTHER than the one you are trying to get indexed - preferrably one that is already indexed easily.

I also realized I have RSSbot too - and had that AHA/DUH moment today that I should be using it as well!

I've been around a long time Steve and have spent 1000s on WSOs. In my opinion this is the most valuable WSO that I have ever seen. You made a great choice with LPN...... Seriously!

Make the time and spend the energy to follow the rest of us to the other side. I think it will be well worth the investment.

If I'm using Core Conversions, should I be putting in as many post tags as I can...or not, since I've read earlier that using with CC, post tags won't convert to the redirected page....

I don't think it would have any influence at all Steve. CC is simply an 'Overlay' on whatever URL you choose to use it on. From what I know of it, I don't believe it does any redirecting.

As long as there's a URL for a page, no matter what it is, CC should work.

With that being said, it would only be fair for me to say that I haven't used CC yet..........Though I do believe that it is a must have plugin for LPN users. It opens up so many more avenues for revenue.

Personally I would keep it as simple as possible, less may be more.

Now to contradict myself, sort of. My 'tag' pages were indexed almost immediately, 2-3 days, and they're all ranking in the top 5 of the SERPs. So for me my tags worked great for introducing new keywords that I wasn't originally targeting. How many tags am I using? 6 or so.

Yes, definitely use shortcodes if possible. Shame on me for not knowing if this is an option :-(

I really need to start building more pages so that I can keep up with all of you ;-)

Forgive me if I've missed this in a previous posting somewhere...but a search didn't turn up anything.....Is it possible, when using Core Conversions, to have your TLD also redirect to the URL we put in CC. It seems that all the posts will redirect, but the main local page will just show what I filled it up with...which is just a KW rich, highly optimized page, that looks like crap..:rolleyes:...but I sure don't want anyone to see that....just want them to get to the CC page...

I wouldn't redirect your main domain name if i were you. Could mess up your SEO game and not rank any pages.
Also, i wanted add that i don't think that CC works with tags. When i go to my home page, i can be redirected with the posts, but not with the tags. Check it out.

If you take the time to really nail one install then you can use this plugin to clone it and upload to multiple sites. If you plan on rolling out LPN on lots and lots of sites like me, then this is a god-send and will save hours, if not days, of work.

I know Aunt Stacey and a few others use WPTwin and as far as I can see this is exactly the same, only free

Now, lets go private so we can share some more nuggets behind closed doors. Too many eyes getting sh*t for free here.

Yep - it's Rankerizer!

Every site I own or look after (not too many) has - according to Rankerizer - 30 links :confused:. Absolutely not so - so I should use something else for assessing how many links you actually have.

If it's any use to anybody I use this toolbar which gives a pretty accurate reading of how many backlinks any page you visit actually has. Downside is, you actually have to visit that page to get the toolbar to analyse it. Pluses are - it's practically instantaneous and gives you loads of other stuff aswell.

Oh yeah - it's free!

Hi guys / Jeremy,

I hope someone can shed some light on what I have done wrong or doing wrong and a solution.

I have just set up my first campaign as follows.
1)Uploaded LNP
2)created one {city} short code and added my cities into the short code data.
3)Created a page not a post with the relevant info
4)Published the page and received my message that all pages have been published.

However the only pages that are showing under the dashboard pages tab are the ones I created before I installed LNP.
Why do the pages for all the cities I created not show? I have the delete pages tab showing on the draft page but no pages!

When viewing the draft post in 'Local Pages' tab inthe dashboard I have my title as draft, my categories listed, my tags showing, date last modified showing but under 'Local page generated' it says No.

Can anyone suggest what I should do or a solution?

Yes, the builds are showing. After a week I have 75% pages indexed (600 and something out of 880).

50% of posts in top 100 results for their keyterms, 5% on the first page.

I've been doing some light linkbuilding, mainly for indexing and not for link juice.

I haven't set up internal linking (this will make a huge difference) because YARP is so crap, and I'm building my own bot to handle internal linking for me.

It's a brand new site, so although my numbers do not look very good, I feel confident I can achieve much much more very quickly.

I am not sure if anyone has tried this. I have insurance quote site with LPN on it. I also have a sex offender site that is not made with WP. Could I make up a page under my insurance site for my sex offender site? Make maga articles like yourcity sex offender listings. Would the lack of relevancy in the URL of my insurance site make it tough to get listed?

make sure you don ot use the { } when you name the cities....just use the names without brackets when inputting your city and state names into the shortcode

I would really like to have some basic questions answered so I can proceed with my 2nd article post with LPN and get a handle on LPN.

First time 'viewing' after I build 1st post- saw a list of same article with different cities.

Thereafter, 'viewing' with a new setup websites, further domains, only 1 article shows up, NO city, no {city}. Is this how it should be or is the first setup how it should be?Can't find the other posts with different cities after the first one.

I use plugins- WP-CMS Post Control, WP Core Conversion,WP Core Conversion,BWP Google XML Sitemaps, yarrp-but don't know correct settings they should be at.

I don't know where to put legal pages (disclaimer, etc) or where to put 'contact', 'about', etc. Don't know where to write 2nd post.

I really want to learn LPN, but missing a few details.

I don't have 50 pm to reply to your messages... but I think i'm almost there.

Mike, no it shouldn't have any effect on your rankings. But the lack of relevancy in the URL would probably have an effect on actual clicks or visitors to your site.

Think about this from a user/visitor standpoint. How much credibility would you give a sex offender listing that's on an insurance quote site?

It's better to use a more generic domain (something that can be used on virtually any topic) and create subdomains/supbpages on it OR you can just use a relevant domain for each niche.

I do have great relevant domain havent done much with it but using LPN should get some great targeted traffic, then just lead them to my criminal record site and charge them.

Ah.... not even sure where to start with this other than you are kind of asking how many shades of green can be found in nature and why aren't they orange.

When or if your pages rank depend on about as many variables as our current deficiet ceiling - this is a tool, not a magic bullet.

Performance will vary depending upon your individual SEO skills, those of your competition, and market you are targeting.

Again this is not a magic bullet... maybe fertilizer for your beans, that you can grow into a mighty stalk if you know what you are doing.

For some low competition (long tail keywords or small cities with little or no competition for said term) your pages will probably rank as soon as they are indexed.

How long they will stay is anyone's guess:

1) How well did you SEO your initial page/post
2) The world is dynamic - they could disappear within an hour of being up if someone gets a "better" page indexed. If you are trying to get lucrative terms, chances are pretty good someone else knows they are money-makers too and is working on monetizing them.

Not trying to be a hard-*** here, but as Jeremy and others have said, this is not magic, but a tool that must be implemented with skill and knowledge.

I can buy you the finest golf club in the world, but if you don't know how to implement it, you might as well go whacking using a kangaroo.

from a ranking perspective, all things being equal, wouldn't the more target domain name www.plumbers-local-city.info/Plumber Houston TX/ rank better than
www.mylocalservices.com/Plumber Houston TX.....the reason I ask is that I'm considering buying more domains with the trade name in the title then doing local pages under those specific trades. I know it costs more but it might be worth it to really ensure the first page rankings. So going to purchase 2 with trade name in URL to see if I get ranking difference from all of the THOUSANDS of posts I am doing today thanks to CD....duplicating posts using the duplicating plugin and I feel like a factory churning out rental properties on expensive real estate everywhere....awesome, awesome great thread and plug-in works soooooo as advertised!!!!!

The term "Dentist In New York" has around 1000 local monthly searches. But that has very little relevance as if you construct your campaign correctly you will also be ranking for all the other related long tails. Let's face it dental sites are only good for rental to local dentists who are keen to have first page rankings. Ranking number 1 on Page 1 for loacal searches will attract 70%+ of the organic traffic providing your title tag is correctly written. To a local dentist this is a huge boost in enquiries, so you can rent Pages for $300 monthly. Adsense etc will bring little revenue in comparison due to the CPC for those terms.

Get ranked for the KW's you use, those on Page 1 put in a spreadsheet to keep a record. Look up all relevant dentists in the area who have an email address. Put the details of them on the pages/posts with contact number etc, then email the dentists concerned stating they are already on Page 1 because you put them there! If they wish to stay there it's $300 a month or they will be removed and the page leased to a competitor. They can sign up for 12 months at $250 a month. Tell them they must contact and pay you for the first month within 7 days. Out of 100 dentists 25 will take you up on your offer if you word the email correctly.

I've noticed other posts asking questions, I'll be back to answer later I'm busy at this time with local clients.

Vince, if what you listed was exactly what you did, then I believe your problem was caused by 'Publishing' instead of 'Building/Creating' your posts.
We never publish with LPN, we use the 'Build' radio button.

Not sure that there is a second or third video. When I viewed the video after he first dropped the link here I wanted to say that there were more of them. I don't believe that now.

When I included Nellco's video in the Floating FAQs I was trying to coax him into completing the set. Hopefully he'll read this post and be pressured into finishing them. It never hurts to have an alternative rundown on using LPN.

did you ensure you did not put the {state} like this in the shortcode section where you input and name the shortcodes...it just needs to be state ...after I took off the { } around the state or city name, I could see all the pages

Vince, try, or check what Scottiejack said. Beyond this, and without having access your Admin Dashboard I cannot be of any help.

As far as deleting everything and starting over, you would have to make this choice on your own. Personally, it scares the Bajeebus out of me to delete anything that might create a 404 or a loss of a ranking page or post.

And keep in mind, the only place we use the {Curly Brackets} is in the actual article and title in the text editor. Also, try to only use the HTML portion of the editor as per Don's suggestion.
