Thanks for your question. Before the product launch, I expected this question was going to be asked many times. My honest answer is that I was able to figure out a system to make this work. Although I can't just disclose exactly how I do this (because this is almost like a small loophole and I don't want to offend guys working for affiliate networks), I can tell you that the following:

1. There are many affiliate networks out there and for most products identified by the EZ TV Money system, I can usually find at least one affiliate network (especially newer ones) that would make this strategy work.

2. There is a strategy that our members can use to minimize the chance that their campaigns will ever run into trouble. The reality is that we don't need to run 100 campaigns to make $100 per day in profit. All we need is two to three campaigns. When we run these 2 to 3 campaigns, we would have a much lower chance of running into problems with affiliate networks.

3. There are still many independent affiliate networks that are very relaxed about keyword bidding. One of my best campaigns I used to run was a real estate product and I was making more than $3,500+ per month with it. There are many similar in-house affiliate programs like it.

4. I will teach members a strategy to negotiate with affiliate networks if they ever run into trouble. So far I have worked with over 300 affiliate networks (including independent affiliate programs) and I have never been refused to get paid.

All the strategies mentioned above are spread out in the manual and video tutorials. But I will make a few videos to introduce those strategies in the next few days so you don't have to dig hard to find them.

Thanks for the question. Please see my answer above. There are actually many product names that are not trademarked. For example, you can bid on almost 100% of the products on ClickBank. Many Internet marketing products are not trademarked. Many independent affiliate programs are not trademarked.

In addition, as I obscurely explained above, even if a product is trademarked, my members will still have a way to beat the odds against them and make it work.

Now I understand that this strategy might not be for everyone. But after seeing so many people failed to make money (I was one of them years ago) because they were following the wrong people, I felt like sharing what works for me with them so that they would have a proven and easy-to-follow system to actually make some money.

During my pre-launch, I have students who never made a dime online were able to make several hundred dollars within their first month. Many were able to grow their monthly earnings. For me, that is a success.

As I mentioned in my reply above, I will explain my strategy in a few videos and post them in the members area. I am sorry I simply can't disclose them here because honestly the "secret" is really simple yet powerful and I want to make them available to only paid members.

Hi, uwa223, you don't need any money to open an account with affiliate networks. However you do need to invest around $70 per year for a domain name and a web hosting account. In addition, because you will be advertising on Yahoo! and Bing search engines, you will need some money to advertise as well.

I would suggest that members start with at least around $300 to $400 with their EZ TV Money.

Thx for the fix Nick, just downloaded the CB list, but just wondering where are the kws, ads, etc for this CB list? These are just CB campaign name info in the file.

Currently in the Platinum section, there are not over 200+ C&P campaigns yet as promised in the OTO and I thought this CB list was the one, but it turns out there are no kws or ads.

Can you please clarify where the OTO 200+ campaigns are for download with KWS and ADS? Thanks!

No one has been able to access the OTO or try any of the campaigns because they have issues with the download!!

They say they have fixed it now but no one has been able to get it still!!

They probably don't even know what the problem is since they reallys screwed this up and no one is getting log in details sent to them or access! This was not ready to be launched.

I agree with many of the buyers above. I have bought both products. I have gone thru the course and i am up to video 6 and 7 and I still don't see the way to get around the main focus of this course on bidding own brand name keywords. Any one can do that and get your keyword to rank in Adcenter. It is specifically banned on all my affiliate networks an all my CPA networks. for which Im in good standing and want to stay that way. If you have made so much money bidding on the name brands and not getting banned , I need to see how you have done it. In you own cut and paste lists you have many brand names keywords. I would really appreciate a PM explanation that you sent to Lotus1 , explaining the way that you get around this. OR the list of networks that actually allow brand name keyword bidding. I haven't come across a explanation on how you get around it in the course. Which video do you explain it in?

I'm really confused by this. So, Nick, you were aware that a "trick" was required to make this method work, yet you did not include it in the WSO. Is that correct?

And now you are delivering access to the trick to selected buyers via PM. Is that correct?

I think I'm missing something here, because I can't imagine that anyone would actually put out a WSO and leave out the one crucial part to make it actually work.

Also, I would be very interested in hearing from someone with whom Nick has shared the trick as to whether you think it will work. I'm not asking you to share the secret, just to let us know if it makes sense, is within the networks guidelines, and it least seems like it might work.

Hi, Jeff (and everyone who has questions about the trademark bidding issues):

Thanks for such a fair question. To better answer your question, I think it's important to explain to you the core strategy of EZ TV Money®.

The most important strategy in the EZ TV Money® system is to test dozens of products to find the few highly profitable products--I call them gold mines. Since we only have limited time and fund, it is simply not possible for us to do in-depth keyword research for each product.

The criteria I use in EZ TV Money® can substantially increase our chance of finding those gold mines due to its unique formula. I call this Level 1 Screening: TV filtering.

The second level of screening is done using product name bidding. This is necessary for the following two reasons. First, this is a quick way to test if the product has a strong demand. Second, it's a reliable way to see if the product converts well. This is called Level 2 Screening: Product name filtering.

Level 3 Screening is to prune out mediocre campaigns and keep the highly profitable campaigns. I call it ROI filtering.

After the three levels of filtering, we have found our gold mines. Usually among 10 to 25 campaigns I run, I can find a gold mine.

Here is why the system works (the so-called trick):

1. In Level 2 Screening, since we only bid on a large number of product names for a very short period of time, there is less chance for us to get into any trouble with adCenter and affiliate networks.
2. Even if an affiliate network contacts you about the trademark issue, I have a strategy for you to negotiate with your affiliate manager so that your account would stay intact. I have used this strategy many times and I have never lost any of my affiliate accounts.
3. In addition, I usually choose newer, smaller and less popular affiliate networks because they are less strict with their policy.
4. The ultimate strategy is to start expanding the keyword lists for those gold mine campaigns and generate even more revenues. Then copy those campaigns to Google AdWords.

I have taught everything except for bullet point #4 above because I do think that beginners should just stick to my EZ TV Money® formula and stay away from Google AdWords because it is simply too competitive and too expensive to use.

As I explained earlier, this is really my first product launch and WSO. I could have presented my strategy in a clearer way. But I will make those changes in the next week so all members can get to see the whole strategy. If after 7 days, someone still thinks this strategy won't work for him/her, you will still have plenty of time to ask for a refund.

However I do suggest that everyone gives this system a little more time because although it is relatively a simple system, the learning curve is still steep for many. It really takes at least a few weeks to learn the ropes.

Again Jeff and all of you who may have questions about the "trick", I am sorry that I can't really reveal everything here out in the open. If you carefully read the above 4 bullet points, you should have a pretty good idea about what the "trick" is and why the system works.

This is an excellent WSO and I am glad I purchased it and the OTO. I am going through the manual now but the downloads require a user name and password and I was never given one. I appear to be "logged in" when I'm on the site (because there is a logout link) but when I try to download it asks for a user name and password. When I go to the Homepage, all it says is that it will be live on the Warrior Forum on April 5. How do I get a user name and password?

Hire someone in the US through Fiverr.com, Elance.com, Guru.com or oDesk.com to record those programs for you and send you the information you need from those programs.

This can easily solve this problem.

Hello Nick,

I understand that you may have a workaround regarding the trade/brand names and the affiliate networks but what about dealing with the product company themselves?

I ask be because quite awhile ago and before I knew better I purchased a review site with the product name in the domain name. It wasn't long before I had a letter in hand from the company's legal department strongly urging me to cease and desist before they landed on me with both feet.

Needless to say I surrendered the domain name to them and called it a day.

In affiliate marketing, if a merchant has a problem with you bidding on their trademarked name, they would usually contact the affiliate network running their affiliate program and then the affiliate network would contact you about it. So in most cases, you would still be dealing with affiliate networks.

In rare cases a merchant or company may contact you directly (this happened to me only once but it was not because of a PPC campaign but a blog), they would just ask you to stop your campaign. I would just do what they ask for and it should be fine.

After running over 700 PPC campaigns over the years, I have only seen a few times (less than 5) when a merchant contacted me directly. Mostly I dealt with affiliate networks.

Again, as I stated earlier, I do have a strategy to make sure the EZ TV Money system works well with different affiliate networks.
