Its time for an update -

A week ago I was getting worried because 5 weeks passed by and I didn't see any changes in the SERPs. And the only reason I was getting worried is cause the last 2 sites I gave to Isaac he had #1 on Google in less than 6 weeks (which was crazy). So it was weird for 5 weeks to pass by and see my site was nowhere to be found.

But yesterday that site popped up >>#6 on yahoo! It didn't even crawl up the SERPS. Like there was no page 10, then page 9, then page 7 etc etc. Our rankings literally went from NA to #6 on yahoo in 1 day! Which I've never seen in my life. I have seen it happen for low competition keywords but never for competitive local keywords.

Then today our site popped up in Google for multiple keywords! The site went from nowhere to be found straight to page 3 of Google. And I know from experience when Isaac gets a site moving that site moves like a tank and doesn't stop till its #1.

I'm not sure why I was getting paranoid but I think its the fact that I rely on Isaac for 90% of my income.

And till this day, I still have this innate paranoia that something awful is going to happen. Almost like if you hit the lotto and became so paranoid that someone was gonna take all your money away. Its extremely irrational but I can't always help the direction that my brain goes.

ALSO. On top of the good news with our new site, our other site with Isaac generated a call yesterday that resulted in a $11,500 sale for me and my brother (the guy called my brother back today). As far as earnings go, January 2014 was the MOST PROFITABLE January of both me and my brothers life. In total, we managed to close over $65k in work (thats total sales not gross - my cut is 12% which was close to $8k). And the icing on the cake is that today, Feb 2nd, we started the month of with an $11,500 job.

So seriously, Isaac, I have no idea why I was getting worried but I got love for you like I got love for my own brother. You have allowed us to license our own business, pay for insurance, get our own crews, and grow our own successful small business WITHOUT the risks that 98% of small business owners face. You have given us TRUE INDEPENDENCE. Something you can't really put a price on. And for once in my life I have enough capital in the bank to grow a business both economically and effectively.

I'm doing more keyword research, getting together 2 more sites, and I got to get them to you asap. Cause if this continues in the direction its been going .... a year from now ... I honestly can't imagine the position I'll be in. Just to think about the potential, the possibilities.... the money.... it really blows my mind what you've helped us accomplish.

And yeh, the rankings are dancing a bit but today I noticed we have 2 keywords on page 2 of Google and another on page 4. 1 keyword specifically is very close to hitting page 1 of G and I don't think its a keyword you're tracking because its not a keyword we paid you for.

But either way I'm loving the improvements and our other site with you is KILLING IT RIGHT NOW.

We sold another job today for $14,000.

So our stats for February are already -

Feb 2 - $7,500 job.
Feb 5 - $14,000 job.

No problem. The first one is serpbook the second one is callfire.

I actually use Serpfox, serpbook AND proranktracker.

Serpfox you get 10 free keywords per email address. And I already have like 3 email addresses registered with 3 accounts. I have no idea how much it costs.

Serpbook is like $5/month to track 25 keywords.

Proranktracker I like because they give you free tracking for >>>1000 keywords. And not a lot of people know about it. So I use proranktracker for all of my geotargeted YT videos and my CB YT videos. Those are videos I just spam with GSA. But all my "safe projects" with Isaac I use Serpbook for.

After my last money site was hit by the Google stick, I talk with someone who recommended you. They recommend I create a new site and use only you. So, I registered a new domain, created new articles and then set you on it. That means, I wasn't even a blip on Google radar and the site had no backlinks whatsoever.

It's only been a month but I'm already appearing in the SERPs for related keywords. Obviously, I need to give it time but so far I'm really impressed with what you can do with a virgin site in so little time.

I'll update this thread with my results as they continue to climb the SERP ladder.

ISAAC I F##KN LOVE YOU BRO. (no gay) Its time for an update - A week ago I was getting worried because 5 weeks passed by and I didn't see any changes in the SERPs. And the only reason I was getting worried is cause the last 2 sites I gave to Isaac he had #1 on Google in less than 6 weeks (which was crazy). So it was weird for 5 weeks to pass by and see my site was nowhere to be found. But yesterday that site popped up >>#6 on yahoo! It didn't even crawl up the SERPS. Like there was no page 10, then page 9, then page 7 etc etc. Our rankings literally went from NA to #6 on yahoo in 1 day! Which I've never seen in my life. I have seen it happen for low competition keywords but never for competitive local keywords. Then today our site popped up in Google for multiple keywords! The site went from nowhere to be found straight to page 3 of Google. And I know from experience when Isaac gets a site moving that site moves like a tank and doesn't stop till its #1. I'm not sure why I was getting paranoid but I think its the fact that I rely on Isaac for 90% of my income. And till this day, I still have this innate paranoia that something awful is going to happen. Almost like if you hit the lotto and became so paranoid that someone was gonna take all your money away. Its extremely irrational but I can't always help the direction that my brain goes. ALSO. On top of the good news with our new site, our other site with Isaac generated a call yesterday that resulted in a $11,500 sale for me and my brother (the guy called my brother back today). As far as earnings go, January 2014 was the MOST PROFITABLE January of both me and my brothers life. In total, we managed to close over $65k in work (thats total sales not gross - my cut is 12% which was close to $8k). And the icing on the cake is that today, Feb 2nd, we started the month of with an $11,500 job. So seriously, Isaac, I have no idea why I was getting worried but I got love for you like I got love for my own brother. You have allowed us to license our own business, pay for insurance, get our own crews, and grow our own successful small business WITHOUT the risks that 98% of small business owners face. You have given us TRUE INDEPENDENCE. Something you can't really put a price on. And for once in my life I have enough capital in the bank to grow a business both economically and effectively. I'm doing more keyword research, getting together 2 more sites, and I got to get them to you asap. Cause if this continues in the direction its been going .... a year from now ... I honestly can't imagine the position I'll be in. Just to think about the potential, the possibilities.... the money.... it really blows my mind what you've helped us accomplish. THANK YOU BRO. I have tried a ton of different SEO guys and have to say that this is by far the best service to date.
