Hi Jeremy,

Woo-hoo!!

Congratulations on your first sale!!

That sounds like an interesting situaton that you're describing, with a Party A and a Party B having a connection. I'm trying to figure out what you're saying happened, but it's a little hard to translate since you are super cool and not revealing too much. Please do me a favor and email me the situation in detail, so I can understand what happened there and see if I can provide any helpful insights.

Once again, congratulations on your success so far with the program....cha-ching $$$!!!

I emailed Party A's on Monday and Tuesday night, and then after I established Party A's in 3 different cities, I went back to getting Party B's.

So, this is a completed deal.

Now, I did screw up once. However, I believe this will be (at best) an isolated incident.

I set up a Party A, whose CEO has a connection with a Party B (from her email address.) Well, rather than using Terry's direct script, I essentially told her the program, and I asked her if she wanted to use her own Party B to provide the product for Party A, and she emailed me back, rather curtly, I should say - that she was NO LONGER interested. Darn.

Many of the Party B's I emailed I emailed later into last week, and even after hours on Friday. I am expecting to get a "slew" of emails tomorrow.

Thanks so much, Terry!

Jeremy

I have been looking through the posts and I have to say that it seems to be very different from as much as I could gather about the business model.

From what I have read it seems that several people have made a couple of sales but I havent seen any post where people have had numerous sales.

Not looking for gross profit but how many completed deals did you average a month? Of those competed deals how many party "A" s did you have to contact and how many party "B" s did you have to contact. Were you having to work 6hrs a day 7 days a week. If you where averaging $100 a day as indicated, that would only be $3000 a month. If you were having to work 6hrs a day 7 days a week that does not seem like a very good payoff for having to work 7 days a week.

I know you cant go into detail about the business model but of those 6hrs a day what are you doing?

As the middle man are you exposing yourself to any type of liability?

I just cant understand why someone (not directed towards you but toward all WSO)would sale a business plan that was producing money for a small amount of money. Kind of reminds me of those late night infomercials selling plan on how to become a real estate tycoon. Is there more money in sale of the product than the product can create. During the Gold Boom the people that made the most money was Levi jeans and the people who sold the picks and axes. I realize that you have other full time jobs but if this business model had such great potential it seems that you would have ditched the other businesses and stuck with this one.

This business model definately has me interested but I would just like some clarification on the these questions.

So far everything sounds good but would just like some more input.

Thanks in advance.

Hi cnwoods303,

Thanks so much for your interest in the course and for your questions!

This is in fact a rather unique business model, in comparison to the majority of other WSOs that are being sold.

As a general rule, folks will usually come back here after their first sale, just to let others know it's working, and then they generally just shift over to concentrating all of their time into their new business. At least, that has been my experience, because I've seen many people post their first sale and then they'll email me every now and then to let me know about subsequent sales. To be honest, I'm completely honored and humbled that anyone even takes the time to share their success with others here, because I never incentivize people in any way to share their success and they really have nothing to gain by letting others know this is working, other than just knowing they're doing something nice, by posting their successes. I've also noticed that a lot of people email me about their sales but then they either forget to post it here, they don't want to search to find my WSO thread, or they just choose not to for whatever reason. The nice thing about this WSO, though, is that it can really never become saturated, because there are literally millions and millions of customers for everyone. So, in that regard, many people often find their way back to this WSO thread to share the good news of their first sale.

This was a business that I had a lot of fun with on both a part time and a full time basis, so my income would vary each month, depending upon how many hours I was putting in for the month. Personally, though, I remember closing around 4-5 deals per week when I was doing this on a full time basis (30-40 hours per week) and around 2-3 deals per week when I was doing this on a part time basis (15-20 hours per week). The embarrassing thing that I reveal in the course is that when I created this little business and ran it, I knew nothing about the idea of tracking conversions or counting how many contacts I had per day or per week. Of course, now everyone knows to do that, but I never came from a marketing background, so I was kind of the classic example of the business lady who didn't know her numbers at all.

I think you may have misread the salesleter, because I don't indicate anywhere that I was averaging $100 per day. I actually state on there that it's possible to profit anywhere from $100-$500 per day. The reason why it's such a big range is because there are large programs and smaller programs. One of the most important lessons that I learned when running this business is that it's just about as easy to set up a large program, where the profit is much higher ($400-$500 profit) as it is a smaller program which has a lower profit ($100-$200 profit). When I was running this business on a part-time basis, I'd usually earn around $300-$600 per week. When I was running this business on a full-time basis, I'd usually earn around $900-$1200 per week. Again, this range is solely attributed to the size of the programs I chose to work on each week.

I never worked on this business more than 5 days per week. I only did this five days a week. You can actually do this on weekends too if you want, because it really doesn't matter when you decide to put time into this. This entire business can be run from your computer. You're right in that I can't say much more than what is on the salespage, but just keep in mind that as long as you have an internet connection, you can run this business. You never have to speak with anyone over the phone or meet with anyone face to face.

I'm definitely no insurance or legal expert, but I can't think of any potential liabilities associated with this business. This is a very "family-friendly", feel good type of business. I never once ran into any liabilities and there aren't any I can think of.

I used to think exactly like you and always say stuff like, "If it really works so great, why are they selling a course on how to do it?. Couldn't they just do it themselves and make their money that way?" I can't speak for other WSO sellers, but for me, I do this because this is something that makes a hugely positive difference for children and families. By helping other folks set this business up for themselves, the positive difference that this business makes becomes far greater than anything I could ever do on my own. For me, this is something very near and dear to my heart and the money is really just a side benefit. I suppose you could call it a "labor of love". It's interesting that you just asked me about the money motivation, because just this weekend, I decided to finally take a look at the sales for this WSO and see how I've done so far. I kind of smiled, because I think about the many hours I've spent answering posts like this and answering support emails, and it is almost like working for minimum wage, when you figure the hours against the sales. As funny as this may sound, I'm actually ok with that, because I realize what a great deal of good is being done for the folks who are starting their own businesses, as well as the immense good being done for the children and families they're helping.

Thanks again for your questions and your interest in the course.

Ok, Terry. I've been watching this WSO (among others) for many days now and I've finally made the decision to purchase (just purchased it actually) and commit myself to making this work according to your blueprint.

I already make all of my income online by performing services and selling plr material, but I have been looking for something to add to my workload, because I have a lot of free time on my hands.

Since moving to the Philippines from the USA, I've also been trying to stay alert to WSOs that my fiance' can do as well and we both agreed that your WSO makes the best sense and has the greater appeal above others as it actually serves a useful purpose helping kids/families.

So I'm glad to be on board and will set this in motion within the next few days. I'll be going at it part time at first, and I have a couple of lead generation tools that should help. I'll definitely post here as I go along; plus I'm starting my IM and software tools review site this week also, so I'll post to that....maybe even chronicling my experience with this system...might be interesting.

Hi Depsie,

Thank you very much for your question and your interest in the course.

I provide you with everything that I personally used to earn a full time living for over a year in this business. Obviously, though, there are never any guarantees in life and there is no way that I, or anyone else selling a WSO, could ever make a guarantee like that to you. Making such a guarantee would be highly unethical, as there is no way that one person could ever guarantee the success of another person. If you read the first post on this thread, you'll see that I've compiled many income results that have been shared by other folks who have purchased this course. This is a very real and very legitimate business, so the more you put into it, the more you should get out of it. It doesn't matter what country you're from. I do, however, recommend that you start out by taking on customers that are in the US, for reasons that you'll see inside the course. Since you never have to speak with anyone over the phone or meet with anyone face to face, however, you can run this business from any place in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.

Thanks again for your question and your interest in the course.

Well, I was about to go to bed, but, I needed to give a testimony.

I reported last night that I got my first sale around 7 CST. Well, I received $240, and about $100 of that was mine.

Well, today, out of the blue, I received a payment for $670, of which, $280ish will be my profit.

Now, I say out of the blue. I purchased this course last month, but due to getting settled into my new job (I work full time in the post-secondary school system,) I didn't have any time. I finally got my site set up week before last.

I spent 2-3 days last week after my son went to bed emailing "Party A's." I went to work on Wednesday/Thursday emailing "Party B's," and did that some on Friday (as I am off on Friday.) I did some more Friday night, and got a few "trickles" of emails on Saturday/Sunday, but, got more today.

Now, I have no clue how to track the response rate. I'd say it's pretty low, because I just set my music and started copying/pasting. (It's that easy.) I have no clue.

I made roughly $830 this year from a method that John Durham taught me, and those were $60-$80 at a time, and it's pretty dried up, at least now.

This is a great thing, for right now.

I do have some challenges, related with organization that I need to do. If I had a good, trustworthy VA, I'd have him/her doing all of my initial emailing, and I'd be doing the follow-up emails that come back.

I will tell you this - I have 2-3 more interested parties in purchasing now that I have to go back and find "Party A's," again.

Hope that helps.

Hi Jeremy,

Congratulations on your second sale!!

That's wonderful! It sounds like you've profited around $380 so far....Not bad for a few days of part-time work at night last week!!

As far as the issue with tracking your results, here's a really simple way to do it: Count up the emails in your sent box each day, total them, and then just divide them by the sales. I think it's a better idea to divide your profits (so in this case $380) by the total emails sent. This is a cool metric to track, because it will actually show you what you earned for each email you sent out. So, if you've sent out 380 emails, you've just earned $1 for every email you sent out - pretty cool, right? I remember, when I was running this business, I'd try to get out around 40-50 emails per hour. So, if you're earning $1 per email, as in the example I gave above, that would equate to around $40-$50 for every hour of time you put into this business. In my view, the amount you earn per email is far more important than the conversion rate, and here's why: Let's say you have a 3% conversion rate on a product where you only earn $20. If you send out 100 emails, you'll get 3 sales, which would be $60 on a $20 product. Now, let's say you get a 1% conversion rate with my business model and we only look at the absolute minimum amount of money you're going to profit...That would be $100 you earned (1 sale per 100 emails) on the smallest possible program that I recommend setting up. Of course, when you earned $280 on your last sale, that's even better. So, the conversion rate is actually far less important than the total dollars being earned for every "x" amount of emails that go out, because it really just all comes down to what you're earning, for the time that you, or someone you hire, put into this business.

Also, I can appreciate your "cautious optimism" by saying, "This is a great thing, for right now.", because you're new at this business, and you don't have time on your side, to see how great this works over the long-term. At the same time, I ran this business for over a year and I see it working great now with you and many of my other WSO customers. So, I have the "long view" on this business, that you don't have yet, simply because your business is brand new, and I can appreciate that. That being said, I don't want people to misinterpret your comment and think that this business might be some sort of a "flash in the pan" thing that will work today, but might not work tomorrow. This is a business that will always be needed, and the need actually goes up greatly every year. Also, there are millions and millions of potential customers, so there will always be a massive market for this.

Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your positive feedback and your super success so far with the program!

Another testimony from a satisfied WSO customer.

Terry, you won't recognize my screen name, but I purchased your WSO in August and sat on it until last week. Out of the first batch of 30 emails sent out to Party A, I received 3 responses. Out of the first batch of 30 emails sent out to Party B, I received several "interested" responses and 1 confirmed response.

Today, I just "cleared" my first profit from this course at $106. And it was absolutely painless and actually quite interesting in a way.

Needless to say, I can understand that when you get in the "groove" with the emails for Party A and Party B, that it would be possible to close several deals per week and make a nice, tidy sum per month.

There is work involved to make this all happen, but that process makes earning this money all the sweeter.

Thanks Terry!

Hi Guy,

Congratulations on your first sale!!

Thanks for taking the time to come back to the thread to let folks know that you've gotten results, in the form of money in your pocket!

You're absolutely right when you refer to "getting into the groove" of things to see consistency in this business. This absolutely is a business where the more you put into it, the more you should get out of it. For many people, it's nice to be in a business where you aren't relying on the "Google Gods" to look favorably on your site to rank you higher. I believe this business is very well-suited to people who like to see more of a direct relation between the work they put into their business and the income they actually earn. I think that many people on here have had the experience of building a website and trying to get it ranked in Google. After months of doing all crazy things to build backlinks, optimize the site, etc., many people find themselves in a spot where they still can't find their site anywhere in Google. To me, it's too risky to put the success of your business in the hands of another company like Google, YouTube, etc.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your success and the income you've earned so far....Keep up the great work!

-Terry

Hey folks,

I sent out my first batch of emails yesterday...........I did receive 4 replies back today. Combined order is slightly over 1000.

Time to get the Party B's now.

This could be huge!

Hi TheNewGuy2010,

Woo-hoo!! Congratulations!!

I'm so glad to hear that you have started taking action yesterday and you've already gotten 4 programs in the works!!

Without giving too much away on here, I just want to give you a bit of advice on this: Be sure to only invite the Party B's to work with one Party A at a time. It might be tempting to give the Party B's the options of working with all or some of the Party A's, but I have actually found that it can work against you when you give them too many options to choose from the first time they're working with you. There's a really famous and well respected marketer named Joseph Sugarman and he has a saying that goes like this, "The more choices you give a buyer, the greater the chance that they will make no buying decision at all." I have found this to be very true the first time Party B is working with you. Then, once they've gotten their feet wet with one Party A, it works great when you start letting them know about several other Party B's down the road. This, at least, has just been my personal experience. The only exception to this rule is if you have a total of 2 or 3 Party A's who need a total of 100 you-know-what's . In that case, it's ok to let Party B know that you'll be providing 2 or 3 Party A's with a total 100 you-know-what's to the 2 or 3 different Party A's. This is different, though, because here you're only giving them the option to work with all of the Party A's or none of them, so it's still just one yes or no decision for the Party B to make and there aren't any options for them to pick and choose from.

OK, that was a long-winded way of explaining it, so please feel free to PM me or email me if you have any questions about what I'm saying here.

Keep up the great work and thanks for stopping back to update your wonderful progress after your first day of taking action!!

Hi Terry,

Purchased your WSO on 8/31/12, read the whole program that night and had everything setup that week. I sent out 21 emails to Party A that week and unfortunately I got distracted with other Offline WSO offers.

Yesterday, out of the blue, I received an email from one of Party A with a possible order of 300 to 400. So now I'm focused on marketing this WSO and on finding a Party B for this surprise email.

Thank you for this step-by-step Turn-Key/Business in a Box WSO. Now it's time to help some people and get busy.

B.J.

PS. Congratulations on the continued success of this WSO. So when are you closing it down? :-)

Hi B.J.,

Congratulations on your wonderful progress so far with the program.

Getting distracted by other businesses is definitely the leading reason why most people fail at running a business online, so I'm glad you got that "surprise email". It's so important to be consistent in this and treat this like a real business, in order to get real results. When you spread yourself too thin, over too many different businesses, it can become very difficult to make any substantial progress.

No worries about saturation. As I've said, there are literally millions and millions of potential customers for everyone, so you don't have to worry about saturation. Also, keep in mind that you can work with the Party A's once a year and the Party B's many times per year. Saying that there's more business than enough business to go around for everyone is a huge understatement, because this market is massive!

Keep up the great work!

Hi speedakias,

I recommend domain names on page 16 of the course!

Please email me directly at the support email that I provide in the FAQs of the course, if you have any "post-sales" questions.

Thanks!

Hi Depsie,

I'm so glad and appreciative that you've decided to purchase the course - thanks!

I'm really confident that you're going to find this to be very different from the majority of WSOs being sold on here. Making a really positive difference for children and families, while earning a nice income for yourself, is a really gratifying and rewarding position to be in!

Please be sure to let me know if you have any questions at any point!

Use the Google Keyword Tool. Type in some keywords related to the offer.

Then use Instant Domain Search and type in some of those keywords.

Don't be afraid to use a .org domain extension with this type of marketing. I registered an excellent .org for this.

Hi JabMonkey,

Thanks for fielding speedakias' question.

Just to be clear though, for anyone who reads your post: This business has absolutely nothing to do with researching keywords. I know that you meant to just use that tool as a way to brainstorm for domain names, but I wanted to clarify to folks who haven't yet purchased the course, that this business has nothing to do with finding keywords or niches of any sort, and this business has nothing to do with Google rankings, PPC/PPV, or SEO.

Thanks again!

Yeah, I can confirm this has nothing to do with keywords. You absolutely DO NOT need them or SEO or anything else remotely related.
As Terry already mentioned, my suggestions are only for brainstorming ideas; in fact, I just registered another domain that is a pure brandable domain which I'm probably going to use instead of the brainstormed domain I found by using the Google keyword tool.
I do domain research for a big reseller company on a daily basis...all brandable domains, and I can assure you that catchy brand domains are the way to go rather than exact match, aged domains and all of that...
This offer does not depend on the domain to be successful. I just like nice domains.

Hi there

I was just wondering since this WSO has been going on from the 15th May how people were finding it? I can see that people have made money with it, but was wondering if anyone had started to get regular work/money from it. IE Is it working out to be part time or full time income for you.

I can see by the great and regular feedback that Terry who put the WSO together seems a very genuine and caring person.

I now have some time on my hands and would like to get stuck into something a little different. If anyone could shed some light that would be great.

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

I have been at this for just a couple of days. One word of caution - don't send to many emails to the Group "A"s"! This is the easiest group to get, and with about 80 emails sent I have 7 groups totaling about 1,000 orders.

Send a batch of emails to Group A's and then wait 24 hours to see the response - I have been amazed.

I started searching for the Group B's yesterday....nothing to report there yet, but it will happen.

Good WSO so far!

Can I ask how you all are sending out the100+ or even 1000+ emails?

Not sure if I missed this but can you let me know what you use to email the Distributors and Sponsors?

Should I email one at a time?

25 at a time?

or use something like Icontact?

thank you

Hi Darren,

Thanks so much for your question and your kind words.

I think the general point of leaving a testimonial, to let folks know about their first sale, is just to give the thumbs up on the program. Honestly, I'm completely humbled and appreciative when people even leave a testimonial, documenting their income or the first sale they've made. Of course, they definitely don't owe it to me or anyone else on the Warrior Forum, to let folks know that they're doing well with this. I don't incentivize my WSO customers in any way when they leave those comments and they're just doing it purely to be nice and to do me a favor, as they realize that this business could never become saturated. I wouldn't expect to see any of them keep coming back to this WSO thread, to keep posting additional testimonials, or to keep trying to convince others that this is working well for them. Posting one testimonial, stating that this works and is making money for them is more than I could even expect anyone to do. These folks are now running their businesses. I don't believe they'd keep coming back here, to keep posting more and more testimonials. I have noticed that a few people have come back or referenced ongoing sales, but that is the great minority of people who are running their businesses. I only mention this because I wouldn't want you waiting for people to start using this WSO thread as a journal of their ongoing results. I don't think they're going to keep coming back to the Warrior Forum to search for my WSO thread, so that they can keep trying to convince others that this works, because they've already posted their testimonials. In my view, their voluntary testimonial goes above and beyond anything that I could ever expect from someone who invested their money into my course.

I've seen many WSO sellers employ all sorts of sneaky tactics for getting lots of reviews on their WSO thread. I've seen everything from giving away free review copies to discounting the price if people give reviews. With so many WSO sellers employing sneaky tactics like that, I think that people have started to have unrealistic expectations of the volume and frequency of reviews that paying WSO customers should give. Since I don't play any sneaky games like that and I don't incentivize any of my paying customers to give reviews, any review they voluntarily leave is a big deal, and any voluntary reference to income they've earned is an even bigger deal, since it's something they're completely deciding to do on their own. I don't think it's realistic to expect my paying customers, who are now running their businesses, to keep coming back here to provide additional testimonials. They've already gone above and beyond by documenting any income at all.

Thanks again for your question and your interest in the course.

-Terry

Hi bsnrjones,

Great job so far and great advice!

The situation you described can vary, of course, but you are correct in that the Group A's usually have a very high response rate to this.

Keep up the great work!

Hi Jasan,

Just for the record, I recommend sending out one at a time, just to ensure the best deliverability.

Feel free to email me at the support email that I provide in the FAQs, if you would like me to provide you with anymore specific advice in this area.

Many thanks for your reply.

I set up my site for this project... got a good domain name and spent almost 3 hours on Friday emailing 40 party A's... About half the email addresses were bad but I did get one response back for 1200

Will switch over to emailing the B parties on monday. Chances are it's going to take a lot more emailing of B's to complete this first gig but if I complete it in a total of 12 hours of sending out emails the profit will work out to $100 per hour.

If it takes a total of 40 hours it will work out to about $30 per hour.

This will work if you stay focused and do the work.

Cheers,
Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks so much for sharing your positive feedback on the course.

Congratulations on the success you've had so far!

I'm really glad to hear that you're taking action. Please shoot me an email when you have a moment, because I'd like to hear how you're sending out the emails. I'd like to take a closer look at what you're doing in that area, because I'd normally see maybe 2 or 3 emails come back as undeliverable for every 100 emails sent.

Also, at first, when I read your post, I thought you were saying that you got 1 response back out of 1200 emails, so I just want to clarify what you meant, in case anybody else misread it that way too: Steve is saying that he got a Party A who wants to do the program, and on this program, Steve stands to profit $1200 on it, upon securing a Party B. When I read your second paragraph, where you said that you'll earn around $100 per hour if you secure a Party B within 12 hours, I then realized what you meant in the first paragraph of your post.

Thanks again for stopping by to post your positive feedback and share your great progress so far!
