Hello Mike and Nick,

I know you are probably resting today because you definitely deserve it!

This is an AMAZING and POWERFUL video plugin...a lifesaver and dream to hundreds of us here on the WF! The opportunities to capitalize on this are endless! Just use a little creativity and you are off to the races!

If I was your teacher, I would give you an A++++. This is definitely in the running for WSO Of The Year!

In addition to this plugin, I would like to compliment you both on the intro demo video for this WSO. I absolutely love it and would like to ask how it was created.

You see...I have always wanted to create eye-catching videos. This has been my #1 problem with all of my niche websites, Video Creation!

Yes,,,I know how to make a basic bland video with Animoto, Camtasia. etc. but nothing in the class as your intro video.

I am always paying video outsourcers but I would love to have the knowledge, tools and skills to make them myself.

Therefore, I was wondering:

1. How did you create your intro video?
2. Did you outsource the work or is there a particular software you use to accomplish this work of art?

Thank you in advance for your help.

I purchased the simple video pro and the fan buzz package and I have to say it is an amazing tool. Most of my traffic comes from youtube so I know my viewers like to watch videos when they land on my site. This is a great way to create call to actions that will convert strait from my videos.

Thanks a bunch guys

Hi PianoRosa,

You create a great blog post! Awesome!

Could i ask a question please:

How were you able to place the words, "Buy Simple Video Pro" on the sign that the dog is grasping in his mouth? Did you use the laughing bird editing software?

Thank you.

Just a quick note of support here.

I've used the suite that is now FanBuzz in earlier incarnations for quite some time now. Nick (the developer) has always impressed me both with his communication with owners of the product AND with his attention to constant updates and improvements.

Having purchased other WSO where the developer simply drops all support after a week or two, Nick it a real breath of fresh air. He truly wants this product to be the best and to give all you you his best.

It took me less than two minutes to set up my first video using this software.

Huge Win!!!
I must be missing something because I loaded the page and it came out tiny and not mobile responsive, it just shrinks down your website? Is your site set up for mobile? My site looks the same way. In the sales video, the video fills up the whole screen. I have no idea how to get it to do that.

I saw some others post about this earlier (yesterday) lots of pages here so I'm not sure if I can find them again.

I have Nod32 Antivirus on my computer and it detects "PHP/Kryptik.AE trojan" - says it is a virus and deletes it. Today Nick sent out an email with Install Helper as an attachment .. And Nod32 deleted that email because of this PHP/Kryptik.AE trojan.

I'm not too sure how to tell Nod32 that this file is OK .... and first I want to make sure it is indeed OK.

I did put in a ticket about this ... I know they are swamped ... so I wanted to see if anyone here can help .

Thanks!

I can't vouch for your mobile phone -- just mine.

I have an Samsung Infuse with the Android operating system.

It does shrink the video size on my phone too, but everything works just as it does in my Firefox browser.

My site is not configured for mobile, so my use of the software would not fill the screen as you are looking for it to do.

I simply offered one example of the software working on my mobile phone. Why it does not work on your mobile phone, I have no idea.

Thanks Bill,
I have to just set my site up for mobile I suppose.
I was just curious if it rendered automatically on it's own.
It sounds like yours is displaying the same as mine is.

that I'm NOT responding to (that's what we're supposed to do here ).

It's the multiple complaints on what's not working, what the
vendors are doing wrong, should have done, etc. and long waits
for support to respond to their individual issue.

Let’s throw some basic numbers into the equation.
If there are 3 people doing customer service
(plus updates) for this launch and each service
request takes a minimum of 5 minutes to resolve,
then the maximum tickets that can be completed per
hour would be 36
(60 minutes divided by 5 equals 12 times 3 people = 36)
600 sales were made within the 1st 10 minutes or so. If half of the
people had problems, and then there are 300 minimum tickets.
300/36 tickets per hour is 8.33 hours JUST to get through
those 300 tickets.

That estimate does not even include the:

Duplicate tickets
Forum Complaints
Upgrades
World time Differences
other issues
Sleep for the vendors

So I'd say that 24-48 hours would not be an unreasonable
expectation to give Nick and the crew time to get to your
issue. Now add that someone said 1900 copies were sold
and you can multiply the above estimates by 3.
Somewhere we have seem to lost the fact that the Warrior
Forum is technically a "Beta" platform.

We get products cheap; tell the vendor the problems,
they fix them then go and launch to the general public
at a higher price somewhere like Clickbank, Commission Junction,
etc.

If customers would remember these basics, MAYBE we could
get a little more patience and less name calling.

It's not that hard a thought.

1) If you don't want the hassles, wait and buy at a higher price
on a different venue.

2) If you want the discount price, buy on the forum, submit your
ticket and wait for the problem to be fixed [if ever] and understand
there are going to be delays and pruduct issues.

Sure it's frustration to have to wait hours or days (I've waited a week)
to get something that you purchased with your hard earned money,
but again remember this is a Beta forum and those kinds of issues are
to be expected. This is the fact that some customers won't purchase here
and many "Gurus" have stopped selling here {and why I don't post that often}

Simple, the choice is ours, but let’s please be respectful adults.

Rico

PS
Nick and Mike, thanks for making this product. I've purchased and
am patiently waiting for the bugs to be worked out. I have lots of videos
that I can do many things with this :-)
I agree totally
Picked this up as soon as it was released yesterday.
Then proceeded to read this thread the rest of the day without even opening
the delivery email. Had to laugh at some of the comments.
Finished reading the latest post a few minutes ago and finally downloaded the product. No problem with the install at all. Now to go play for the rest of the day!
Patience is a virtue my friends...

Hi Bill,
I went to your site, Live Marketing Chat (great review by the way). I'm just wondering if you have any more insight on using someone else's video and adding our own info to it. I'm thinking that's going to set us up for a lawsuit?
Thanks,

here is my answer
no I dont whine we all know those plugin that need to have free update because youtube and other social sites do upgrade their codes regularly we have right to ask you about this free upgrade to keep this plugin working .. i have EVP2 and they have update their code multiples of times due to social sites and youtube updates

there is nothng wrong from my feedback here
A one year pricing for this is extremely cheap. Or, he could have gone the alternative, route, and said: LIFE TIME UPDATES FOR EL'CHEAPO PRICE and then not give updates.

Seriously people, what do you expect from WSO sellers? That we sell a software for a once-off life time fee and expect us to update it, provide unlimited support for absolute peanuts... forever?

Geez. After that year is done... just buy another yearly subscription. And you're SORTED. Surely, you can afford to pay X amount per year for the features found here. It's called 'running a business' and having 'expenses' for a reason.

I've been looking for something like this - AND - it is one of the cheapest alternatives I've ever found. Gonna press the buy button tomorrow... too tired now and I know I'll want to immediately go and change absolutely all my videos, on all my sites.

I've been impressed with Nick's product since I bought it under the AIOVT brand. I've been asking for transcripts with photos because it is much quicker to yellow highlight and turn the corners down on those instructions that are most critical or easily forgotten until one runs through the steps a number of times?

Would any one else like written instructions with illustrations instead of having to watch a lengthy tutorial repeatedly?

With all of the browsers available, including on mobile devices, I'm sure it will take some time to satisfy them all.

I have two androids, one ThinkPad Tablet and one Galaxy S2 both running ICS4.0 and using the same exact browser and on the S2 PayPal and social buttons pop up just fine. On the tablet however, the social buttons do not show. Go figure!

It will take some time folks. Let's give it a chance

I supposed that we can take someone else's video and use as we like cause the product creator and everybody else's doing it, but I have the same question. I had a look at YT's TOS and it sounds like it's ok, but would prefer a legal person confirming this. Thanks, Di

Mike Lantz, how exciting to see your WSO.

Like most Warriors, I'm tired of hype, and you haven't disappointed with Simple Video Pro and Fan Buzz. The features and ease of use will attract many still waiting to use videos in more creative and profitable ways.

Thanks so much! This marketing video platform fits perfectly into my business plans.

Cheers,

I'm not too sure how to tell Nod32 that this file is OK .... and first I want to make sure it is indeed OK.

I did put in a ticket about this ... I know they are swamped ... so I wanted to see if anyone here can help .

Thanks!
I am using nod 32 as my protection as well. I had problems as my pc said it couldn't download the software but I didn't know at the time it was related to this. The (Clickbank) help desk suggested clearing my cache etc which didn't cure the problem.

Eventually I realised it was my anti virus. If you go into your system tray there is a small icon for nod 32. If you left click on it a menu will come up and then you need to click on "temporarily disable connection".

You will find time options. The shortest is 10 Min. so click on that and you will be able to complete your download. It worked for me anyway so best of luck.

Trevor.

Hey guys,

Looks like your busy answer questions, so I will be very specific. In the WSO it say's "works on Mobile" devices, but, thats different than saying " It's responsive on mobile devices".

So my question is, does the player detect a mobile, and reduce the video size, so it's not off the screen on an iPhone (for example). So far, my testing says no, but maybe a settings issue. I await your reply,

Thanks

Easy install, easy to use, great features.
Would like to see transparency option for banner (like we have for logo).
and improvements for mobiles/smartphones.

Why did you quote the entire front sales page and take up 3/4 of this thread page?

Was that really necessary?

You tube is a sharing site, that is the whole point of it, if they didn't want you to put videos on your ite then they wouldn't allow embed codes.

SUPPORT UPDATE:
1. Disappearing buy buttons may still disappear, but there are now text links you can click on to buy! (YAY!)
2. Nick (and Mike) are working hard on the support tickets because they want you to feel supported and taken care of ... because they DO care.

BUT...They put in a LOT of very LONG hours before the launch...and haven't had a lot of sleep since the launch ... in spite of that, I know one marketer complimented Nick on his super-professional response here on the thread.

As someone who has read LOTS of WSO threads, I agree. Nick's support comments are quite impressive, and I think reflect the degree to which he wants you to have a great experience with him and with his products.

Nick already has hundreds of super-happy customers, and I KNOW both he and Mike appreciate you, your trust in them and are working hard to make sure that you are deliriously happy.

Hang in there!

If it's not worth it yet ... it TOTALLY will be.

Will the banner,Buy Now button, etc also appear on video on mobile phone?

Will the previous evp owner vet any free upgrade or at least discount?

I've done a lot of testing today and so far TRUE Mobile device support is limited to "it will play on mobile", but if you use the iphone skin for example, so far, I can't get it to resize to Mobile browser (responsive)

I've opened a ticket to confirm if this is true or not.

I might agree that Nick's comments in this thread are impressive.
But I wish Support would give more priority to actual issues.
I sent a support ticket 2 days ago, and it hasn't been addressed.

Installation of the plugin is different from others.
First you install an "install helper" that tells you
if your website is ready for the main plugin. [My
website passed the test.] Then the install helper
gives you a link to a version of the plugin most suitable
for your website's settings. When I tried to upload
that plugin, I got error messages. .

I've tried this on two different websites, and had
the same problem. One of the websites has no
other plugins except Akismet, so I don't think it's
a problem of interference.

I don't know if others have had the same or similar
problem. If they have, maybe they have a solution.

Thanks

paypal and social buttons appeared on my Galaxy S2 but only the paypal button showed on my ThinkPad tablet. It's a hit or miss!

my 2 cents, I didn't have that issue. But, one key point they didn't mention until I figured it out, if you bought the OTO , you have (2) different downloads you could choose from, just upload the OTO plugin you downloaded, and it includes (takes care of) the SimpleVideoPro install AND the OTO plugin.

Not sure if that made sense, but the plugin you install makes a difference, or, it did in my case anyways. I deleted the plugins, started over, download the OTO file (by way of the Helper), and uploaded, activated, then validated with the Paypal email address. That worked.

So it's working now, and I'm opening tickets for any issues I find. Make sure you uploading a zipped file etc to the WP Admin panel.
