First off I want to say, I didn't want to write this review. Honestly I wish no one else would buy this product because I don't want to see it become saturated, but I promised Sarkis I would give my honest review after I went through the course. So begrudginly here it is...

Sarkis is a frigging genius! I have to compliment him on how well he did this WSO. No games. No stupid sales funnels that bounce you around like a pinball. No vague or blind copy to leave you wondering WTH is this about. It's straight and to the point. Heck; he's even giving some of the course away for free in the sales page! Nobody does that! No upsells, no BS, just straight up, no fluff information.

Once you get inside the members area, there are videos that explain every step of the program in bite sized chunks so you can understand and absorb the information easily. Each video takes you through a process, making it very simple to understand. If you have any questions, he doesn't leave you hanging...He gives you his Skype handle and his cell phone number. Once on Skype, you can talk to him and get his inside information. He makes everything crystal clear.

I'm signing up on the creditwise page.

On the BTKEX Member ID box, it's supposed to be the Paypal transaction ID.
I looked at my original Paypal receipt and one that came later called
Orders from expressbtke and it also has a transaction ID.

They are 2 different ID's. Which one do I input?

I have no personal experience using scrapers. I have emailed biz owners when I first started and conversions were really good, but I found them through yellow pages... The reason I did that was because it really does not take a lot of traffic to get conversions... typically via email my conversions were 1 out of every 25 emails sent. I don't know if that's good or bad, but thats what it was.

Linked in is typically 1 credible optin with the lender (credit app filled) per 10 hops.

In the member area Garret has put in a scraper software if you want to take a look at it, but i have never tested it out.

I have been using Gerry Cramer's Yellabot - excellent scraper but pricey (I think around $150).

I also bought the Mobile Renegade Scraper as suggested in the Resources section in the BTKE Members area.

What I like about it that provides additional fields than Yellabot gives) and also scrapes USA Yellow Book (in addition to Yellow Pages of USA, Canada, UK and Australia).

It even provides latitude and Logitude (excellent for Google Maps)

With a few great bonuses it is a steal for $37.

I followed the videos Sarkis put up for the team members and applied those strategies on Linkedin and posted the swipes in the groups on Linkedin that i am part of and i got 5 options with 47 clicks, now its time to join more groups

Its strange people are complaining while others are making money so better concentrate on driving traffic instead of complaining.

Well I normally do not give reviews till after a month or so of testing. I never, ever promote anything as an affiliate for at least 4 months of a proved positive record, then it’s has to be a real gem. Honestly they are few and far between on this forum in the past few years.

Now my review. I will start off with the bad and yes there is some not perfect stuff. The training is lacking exact details on how to do key areas of the marketing, some grey areas are left open. This can leave the user who does not have a basic understand of those type of marketing tactics wondering how to proceed.

The training refers to some other material that can leave the user slightly confused. As the OP talks about stuff that well we should use and but not yet and well not covered yet. Could the training we laid out better …yes but that is almost on anything or any WSO.

The positive- A service that businesses need without doubt with a high profit for the WSO buyer and one of the lowest amount of set up and work on a WSO I have seen in 3 years… and I seen a few


But it is STILL WORK …Some testing ..ALWAYS TEST FOR YOURSELF. Never ever trust your business to another user until you done some testing, that being said the WSO gives you everything to do that testing and to tweak

Here is some breaking news, I purchased this WSO for the info on the WSO, not how to do basic marketing 101. I am guessing there are about 75 WSO’s on each of the above subjects. These WSO will go in to great detail on the subjects, . So do search read the reviews of one of thee marketing WSO and pick one that sounds like the OP knows the material. This WSO is a financial type WSO, not how to do basic marketing .He does give you some good direction on many of the above marketing media’s That being said it’s impossible to do into each area in detail and frankly he would not be able to cover each in depth as needed and someone would be unhappy anyway.

Sorry but I do not want to have a 200 page pdf and 75 videos …. No thank you!

Support has been far above the typical WSO on this forum and I am a huge believer of support, to many Warrior sell a product then run after 30 days leaving the buyers high and dry…

His mistake, was trying to give such a high level of support. I think he got overwhelmed. I mean honest how many WSO’s have you bought that gives you the OP’s Skype Info, a ticket system, email, and phone number and then the OP does weekly calls all for a lousy $17.00 WSO?

Hell every webinar I been on after one of these “inexpensive WSO, they try and upsell you some B.S. 300.00 program with a monthly cost of 79.00 Crap and “the coaching or software will really take it to the next level” (yada yada Bull, everyone here knows what I mean)

He is giving this coaching to us for FREE!!!

My review- don’t buy, if you buy don’t take action, if you take action and don’t get results within 24 hours QUIT right then!.. Honestly that leaves more for me

This may already be answered in the members area video's of which I'm only about 25% through thus far, but I thought I'd ask this question in the wso thread for everyone to see.

It's my understanding that if we send a business owner to the lender through our link and they get a loan that any loans that business owner gets in the future through this lender results in our getting our 1.5% commission each time that happens basically creating reoccurring opportunity to make money from a single client. That's simply awesome! Now my question is does that same formula holds true for affiliate should we sign them up? So for example say I sign-up a CPA as an affiliate and he goes out and sends a business prospect to the lender and the business owner gets a loan. The CPA (my affiliate) get his 1.5% cut and I get my .5% cut on that loan, but lets say that business owner comes back a year later and gets another loan through our lender does the CPA get his 1.5% cut again on the new loan and I again get my .5% cut and this will be the case for life?

The reason is that is considered spamming and I do not advise it. 1 post. In a big city converts very well. I give you 3 swipes of which you should use #1 and #2 so you can actually post once per swipe.

If you want to scale it up, either use another CL account or pay someone on fiverr to do it for you. Best times to post is @ 11 am their local time on a weekday.

My update: after getting a sub affiliate yesterday, I now have an actual loan applicant (I found, not the sub affiliate) that requested $100k loan and stated they do $500,000 a year in sales. They have been in business 14 years so hopefully they will qualify. I have tried promoting loan affiliate programs in the past so was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get these results in such short time, and on a weekend to boot.

This WSO Rocks.. Buy it!

Answer is very simple, having 25+ years experience in the financial services market, the reason people will flock to this lender is he can get them the money without jumping through all the hoops the banks and other lenders require.
The idea is you funnel the leads to the lender and that's it, if Mark cannot come up with an enticing offer, the customer is free to vote with his feet.
If you are trying to pre-qualify them with a selection of lenders you are trying to do to much, customers want 2 things, the money and a reasonable rate.
As Sarkis says, the less risk on the lender, the better the rate to the customer, from 5%-15%.

Without pre-empting Sarkis, I would say very difficult. The beauty of this WSO is the funnel that has been created. As has been mentioned, once the applicant is in the funnel, there is a team that does all the background work. All lenders have this sort of processing backroom, prepare the paperwork, confirm the details are legit, follow up with the applicant and so on.

My understanding is if someone was to go straight through to the lender they would be required to perform all the back office work on their own clients or the door may be shut and they will be referred back to you.

May question would be, why bother with someone that tries to go around you, make it clear that thru you or direct they are only going to get 1.5%. Ask, now would you like a side of headaches with that or would you like our team to do it all and you get the same size piece of the cake?

Hey Defacto, I know you are excited brother, but let me warn you a lot of people say things and then don't back it up or have an open bankruptcy. That's why you need to make sure you have ~10 biz owners in your pipeline at all times. Usually if a biz owner goes that far through the process however they are telling the truth. Now comes the nail biter... is he going to provide the docs needed to prove what he / she said as the truth... you also had another guy apply btw but he did not complete the app so on Monday we will be calling his butt and see why he stopped filling it out. So think about it... you just need 10 biz owners A MONTH getting 100k each and you are sitting pretty with 15k in your bank account. Good job!

There are many advantages, but none great than the fact that Mark can do loans that only 3 other lenders in the United States can. If that answer does not satisfy you I encourage you to listen to the call and fast forward to the part of the call where the lender is speaking to all of you. I hope that helps

Yes I did buy, and No I have not made a Dime yet, but I will tell you I have also bought other wso's that were not even half as good as this one potential wise and paid much more, at least I can understand the concept, it is simple we are referring businesses who need financing and for one reason or another can not go through traditional banks, which is over 75 % of all businesses, It is Not our job to Pre-Qualify leads or ask questions, Hell I would not want the Legal liability for quoting rates and handling objections, that's the lenders job, and I bet he is pretty at handling objects than I am.

In the words of Nike, "Just Do IT" try different ideas, see what works and does not work, besides if we all did the same things NONE of us would make a dime. Be Original, and get paid.

I am not asking him to answer a question that has been asked 10x before and answered. I have read every post in the 14 pages for this offering so far and have not seen a detailed explanation yet!

The point i am trying to make is this:

The more confidence we have of the lender and knowing why his services are so superior to other lenders, the more confidence we have in working the program and the greater the incentive we all have as a result of knowing this information, the more effective we will all be.

He has answered all kinds of minor questions in detail here, so I dont see why he cant take the time in explaining a question of such significance and magnitude that would have such a great effect on all of us!!!!!!!!!!

Your request is very legitimate and you are not at all being difficult. As stated, the reason I like to work with the lender is because he does types of loans and can approve people no one else can. He has over 20 years experience doing this and I picked him because he's been through the financial good times and bad times and is the only one who has emerged strong.

As a former employee of Dun and Bradstreet I was in a position where I could see business owners who were getting funding versus those who were not. I could see clearly ratios and dollar amounts because its reported to D&B as a UCC 1 filing which normally is reserved for equipment leases, but loans are placed as catagory 1's. I am not going to complicate and confuse people, but will only say this... 9/10 biz owners I looked into their files that had a loan, Mark was behind the scenes. What got me was that the loans being underwritten were not credit cards!!! WHAT?!! Nor was he taking control of the business at all.

So I quit D&B and started working with him and business owners, but because I was under a 5 year NDA I could not do the things I really wanted to do. Trouble was, I knew nothing about marketing, so I hired a team paying $30 an hour each to do marketing and send leads to Mark... but at the time I was working trying to collect the paperwork from biz owners. I was working on the business credit aspect of the customer and Mark was dealing with the loan end.

You see the process to do a loan for 250k is the same as trying to get one through for 10k so that is why I did the first WSO where I gave you guys the things I wanted you guys to have biz owners do, because if they did that I could actually get them closer to a higher dollar amount thus less work and more money for the lender and I.

During this time I did not want to share the lender because I was worried greatly that 1000's of warriors were going to send biz owners with loan requests that obviously could not get approved for anything so Mark and I worked on a backend system where we could make that happen. We found it with Infusionsoft which as you know is very costly a month. We played with the idea of charging you guys monthly for sending biz owners, but Garret was against that from the beginning as was I. So we did it the current way which I personally am happy about Xpress. But with regard to Mark, dude, if this guy can't fund them, no one can and I am convinced of this.

We have created (what I think) as a seamless funnel for the biz owner to bypass the bullsh@t and just find out whether he/she can or cannot get a loan without spending money upfront or any out of pocket costs. We do all types of loan packages. Mark is what you would call in the secondary funding market with many resources to get a loan through if it is at all possible and it all begins with a simple free 1 page credit application. When completed, the biz owner gets A LIVE PERSON calling them; learning about their business, etc. We request a copy of their driver's license to know they are a real person and we ask for the 1st page of their tax return to make sure they are a real business. Then finally we ask proof of income they claimed and if all checks out where they don't have an open / undischarged bankruptcy we get them the money. 1st the biz owner gets the loan at that point, then a week later the person who referred the biz owner gets paid. If the person who sent the lead over get's the loan, that is when Mark and I also collect our funds.

So even though we do have a lot of competition we still have a great offer.
When I am able to speak with a prospect I try to sell the benefits and move on.
If they are serious they will go to CW site.

You are correct. That is why I was hesitant and was vague in answering his questions at first, but he also has a point and I agree that inquiring minds should know. It's one thing for you to ask so that you know, its another thing to tell a biz owner what rates and terms they can get because then you are sticking your nose in the business that the FTC can look at you. When you say I don't know and have the biz owner contact the lender, then you are good and safe, because you are just saying the same thing as, hey I know a good hairdresser or mechanic, etc. But Mydream, you are 1000% right, less you involve yourself the better.... as you so well put it, just get the lead to the lender and the rest is automated... why make it more complicated then you have to?
