You can do that, but make sure you fill out a dummy credit app. Make sure you type test, test, test, etc so that the lender knows and we don't tick him off.. and then IF you get a copy of the credit app in your inbox in your email it means its working. If not don't do it.

STEP 1: Give him your aff hoplink... when he clicks on it, he is tagged under you forever.

STEP 2: He will get the same things you got with the lender and he will log into the infusionsoft backend.

STEP 3: Give him Mark's number

or

STEP 1: Give him your aff link telling him he can learn a lot about the lender's backend system by clicking on that link.

STEP 2: Give him the phone number

or

STEP 1: Get a hold of Mark and do a conference call with him and Mark.

1. Am I correct in assuming that if we receive a confirmation email that we input the correct Transaction ID and will be paid?

2. You mentioned a Bank Manager PDF guide during the conference call - is there any ETA on that?

I think meeting expectations is a big deal to a lot of us. We're going to be passing this off to colleagues, partners and friends and we want to have other answers then "I'm not sure, but fill in the form though". I understand it's very difficult to get everyone up to speed on this industry, but any information in terms of speaking to others about this is greatly appreciated.

with one account, post 2 ads with different content(including titles)in the same city to be on the safe side(i suggest choosing the biggest city in the state before they get saturated with other posters doing the same thing. every other day you will be able to renew your ads. a good system is post 1 ad on monday, 1 ad on tuesday(remember to post a different title and different content), renew your first ad on wednesday, renew your second ad on thursday and keep renewing your ad every day. this should help you get started the right way with craigslist.

if you aren't getting the results you expect, edit your titles or a little bit of the body until you do. don't forget to renew your ads though. make it a routine just like the other things you plan on doing. feed the pipeline and don't stop feeding it no matter how much or how small you plan to feed it.

after your account is aged a little, you might be able to work your way up post 3-4 ads a day. go to google and type "how to post on craigslist". a lot of articles have been written about it. read the terms of service. a link to it is on the front page of craigslist. also, let sarkis help you with the basics so you don't get anymore ghosted ads or reported ads.

You are informed correct. Even if you don't get a conf. email, you are active unless I email you specifically and tell you so. But from my member's area I know who is and is not a member, so I have many ways of checking that.

Let me say again. You don't want the FTC all up in your business. You do not have a series 7 or 9 license and doing anything OTHER than telling business owners, "hey listen, I know of a good lender if you want to check him out" including ad's, banner's etc can cause potential issues. Banner ad's work very well for the viral system -- THEY DO NOT CONVERT WELL. There is a lot of scams associated with this niche so your banner ad will be just another among many.

The way I have it set up currently there is no risk to you... zero... my team has been posting those swipes for years and they work. No need to reinvent the wheel. Try to be there for Tuesday's call, because the focus of that call is marketing tips and methods. If you can't make it, we will have the session recorded. So no worries and thank you for a wonderful question.

Folks I have never done any marketing myself. I had employees do that. And the marketing they did was through the use of the swipes I provided to you for they convert very very very well. It's just a copy and paste job. Those of you that know me from my last offer, I don't put out garbage and I don't talk about things unless I am an expert on it. you show us two links, both circled in red

The first one you say is for our affiliate link to sign up people that want to work the program.

The second circled link is to give to our leads looking for loans, meaning business owners that are interested in applying for a loan.


But when you look closely, both the links are the same.

Both links in video say:

Honestly, it's irrelevant. When you join, you will clearly see 2 separate links for 2 different purposes. One for affiliates and one for loans. Regardless of what HIS links are, the point is, make sure YOU'RE using the appropriate links for the right purpose.

I understand that, but what about the username and password? Are we creating a new username and password for our CreditWise affiliate account?

Regarding changing the username, I've been told by CreditWise support that it's not possible. Here's their email -

"Our suggestion is to either use something like tiny url or any other way to mask your url if your name is of concern. We cannot change the link internally. It's based on your account info when you signed up."

If you need to light up a dark room, do you turn the switch on or are googling answers to questions like:

"What happens when I turn the switch on, how do electrons fly through the wire, at what speed are they flying, why are they flying in the first place, what is the cosmic constant that makes them behave like that, how many furlongs per fortnight, etc, etc"

The lender has 95% success rate - what more do you need?

Empirical verification - you get that when your prospect clicks your link.

It would be nice if Sarkis (not Narkis) and Mark could come with an extra 0.5% - 1.0% level, but if that does not happen, this is what I intend to do:

I actually have a good friend Joe who is in such a position and I will propose to him to form a Joint Venture with me.

Whenever he finds a Accountant, Joe will give him MY LINK and inform me about his name.

So whenever an Accountant signs up a Business Owner he gets his 1.5% and I get 0.5% deposited in my account.

Then every week/fortnight/month I supply to Joe details of Accountat's Account and I transfer half of the 0.5% commission to Joe.

Yeah, it ain't exactly smooth and you must prove to your guy that you are not going to cheat him and he is getting half of what he would normally be entitled to, but ...

1. Without you telling him about this opportunity he'd have a big fat $0

2. He still can sign up business owners directly and get 1.5%

If there is a better idea, I am having my ears wide open.

Correct, there must be a reasonable degree of trust.

But, remember, he gets account details of all "aggregators" that he brought in on regular basis.

If we decide to be dirty rotten scoundrels and to pay him no more he can:

1. Complain to Sarkis and Mark and that could result in eviction and gets into our spot.
2. Take us to court as we breached a Joint Venture agreement (which we presumably signed beforehand).
3. Send a few "gorillas" with baseball bats to "negotiate" with us

Re: clawbacks. Well we would be informed about it and if he would not want to pay us back 0.25% we simply would not pay for him for that amount.

I don't see it as "risky", but it is a bit cumbersome.

Unless Sarkis and Mark come up with some kind of special category to take care of this situation, I would love to hear what other creative ideas people may have.
This could be a thing to discuss at the next webinar.

So after I purchased the product I Skype Sarkis and you know what, he answered and started our first coaching session for free, that alone was priceless to me. I been through some IM coaching programs but you had to pull out your credit card out before they would say BOO, so Sarkis is the real deal in my book and guess what I have not made a dime yet because I understand business and I hadn't started yet, but I can smell a scam 5000 miles away but this guy is a real business man and I hope to know him for a very long time.

emails today and had two opens. Well back to work

I thought maybe I should explain a little. So I bought the program and set up a couple of craigslist and then was able to Skype Sarkis and he explained to me how the swipes in the download area would get opened if I sent them out. So I went to a tool I have and grab some business emails then set out to send some emails with the swipe provided to the business's suggested and boom 12 emails got 2 opens. Just go to the training area and follow the video instruction, I just can't believe if you get this program and take the video instructions and run with it you can't see some success. By the way the craigslist listing according to my tracking also recieved 16 hopes to the application page.
