In the video you tell the strategy of getting in contact with the Bank manager through an outside source, meaning Facebook.

You say to find him on facebook and get in touch with him thru the email address found on facebook.

Are you referring to his business email or can we find his private email on facebook?

If you mean his bank email address, doesn't the bank monitor all incoming emails to their employees and that way leave a hint to what the business bank manager is doing on the side, possibly getting him in trouble?

that is EXACTLY what people are needing. this isn't a light switch. this is a BUSINESS and they want to learn about it. people can say just do this and this and this all day long without learning anything and it wont get you anywhere as fast as being informed

i remember when i was getting in to building websites. people kept saying you need a website you need a website. don't ask why. you just need to get one(this was in the 90's). well, people had a website but they didn't have any visitors or traffic. they needed a lot more information than just getting a website.

if no other information is going to be given or supplied, the LEAST people will need will be a blueprint in what to do everyday. sarkis supplied that info a little bit to people recently and i was actually happy that he did because that's the info people are going to be needed if in fact he wants to stay away from answering questions like how much is the interest or what are the chances of certain businesses being approved over other businesses or what types of loans are these. for example....this is what would help people....

1: how many ads do they need to post on craigslist a day and where
2:how many groups do people need to try and add each day how many ads should they be posting each day on linkedin.
3: how many emails should people be sending out per day to targeted businesses?
4: how do you find the targeted businesses
5: how do you approach and talk to cpa's
6: how do you approach and talk to bank managers or finance managers
7: after we get 10 businesses in the pipeline(as sarkis suggests) how does one go about getting affiliates and training them who aren't bank managers or cpa's

you know...a blueprint that is easy to follow so nobody is actually confused in what to do. people want to know how much time to spend each day doing this and the results they should be able to get from how much time they spend. this is what people are wanting and needing from reading this thread if you just want them to "turn the light switch on". just telling them to turn it on doesn't do anything for them if they don't know how. being informative is a key to success. sure you can learn on your own gradually and make mistakes and learn from them over time but people don't want to go through all that if there is already a proven method that works.

i am with sarkis 100%. this program should work great WITHOUT 3+ levels making it an official mlm. two levels are great and i am glad he incorporated it this way

also when you are going to create any levels beyond 2, you are risking a lot and it's almost impossible to track officially.

also, i don't recommend people doing this from the get go or working on an affiliate level from the start. i agree 100% in the philosophy sarkis has stated previously which is that he doesn't believe in telling people to do something that he hasn't done already. to have people do something that you haven't done already is bad business practice to say the least. how are you going to show someone how to do something effectively if you haven't even done it yet. doesn't make sense.

Things will sort themselves out. Sometimes the answers ARE found by watching the videos again and going over things a second or third time - it's a rare person that takes everything in the first time around. If there are still questions or confusion after that, then proceed with contacting Sarkis. I Skyped him briefly a few hours ago and got an immediate response, so not sure why you are saying he's unavailable. But, I do think a few group Q&A calls might benefit everyone and make things a little easier for him - but that is HIS call, not mine.

And as for your ridiculously nit-picky criticism of him suggesting we say "I don't know" when someone wants specifics regarding how the lender will handle a loan (or similar type questions that only the lender can answer after reviewing all the information), you clearly missed the point. You can say "I don't know" in a more elaborate fashion, as you suggested above. But the POINT you are getting across is the same. Of course you can answer the questions you DO know, but don't make yourself liable (or look far more unprofessional) by trying to answer questions you simply can't. We are NOT the lender, so it's imperative that we not try to answer questions that ONLY the lender can answer. Any professional we deal with should understand that.

I can't say to whom he is promoting what, but I can tell you he is emailing biz owners from the list I provided to you. His twist isn't a method, just a linked In group and emails using swipe #3. I would focus my attention on joining groups with linked in and establishing relationships there and while you are doing that email 50-100 business owners a day from the list of types businesses i provide and that should build a nice pipeline for you.

You don't need a scraper or anything... here is what I used when I first started...

Once you start making the big bucks, PayPal fees would be a ton more costly than bill.com, not to mention the possibility of PayPal freezing your account for 6 months (or more) because of the sudden influx of big cash.

In the application form, there is a phone number at the top. If businesses phone instead of filling up the form, and I imagine most would as it is the speedier option, won't the lead be lost? I cannot see a reference number they would need to quote to the person answering the call.

Hey Penang,

W9 form is for USA citizens only.

For non USA citizens we need to fill W-8BEN form and you can get it at the USA irs website link here: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8ben.pdf

If we were not to fill it in, we would be automatically taxed 30%. With the form we are taxed at 15% and the rest you have to arrange with your country taxation office. (if your country has reciprocal agreement with USA).

CreditWise sometimes answers immediately sometimes it takes them a few days.

I wanted to be paid directly into my Account in Australia and they said that was possible once when I earn $25K/month. Something to strive for.

In the meantime they'll pay me via PayPal. I did not ask them about the cheque though.

Thanks Alan for the useful information. One question - I'm affiliated with other US companies, but none of my earning have been ever withheld for taxes. Is the 15% tax something specific to the finance sector in the US?

no, you can leave that form empty.

If you are getting clicks it probably means they are filling the app (IF THEY are targeted. Sometimes you can be using targeted method but they may just want to click to see who the lender is which means they are tagged under you forever anyways.) Another issue could be that you are hitting the wrong group of people as well. All I can recommend is just to keep trying and please don't forget about LinkedIN

yea. most likely nobody is going to take a guess where you are from unless you call them up and have an accent. just make sure that if you edit any of the swipes, your spelling and grammar are correct.

i know a few friends of mine that live oversees that do just fine promoting their services in the u.s.. this is not a drawback. in fact, it's a bonus because the economies are sometimes poorer but you still get paid the same as someone living in the u.s. for example....if you live in the philippines and just one loan for 30k to go through, that's a month worth of wages over there

so don't let living abroad hold you back. don't think negatively and make excuses. take advantage of it and think positive.

Hi Mbhatnagar,

I must say that I am somewhat mystified how USA companies that we are affiliated handle this.
Some specifically ask for W-8BEN some don't.

If you google "is w-8ben form necessary" you'll get heaps of answers and in a Computershare PDF (link too long to include here) says:

"Why should I complete the Form W-8BEN?
The standard withholding tax rate on dividends applied by the IRS on non-US residents is 30%
. However, you may be entitled to claim a reduced withholding tax rateunder a tax treaty which may exist between the country in
which you are subject to tax and the US.
If you are anAustralian resident the present tax treaty rate is 15%."

In University of Pennsilvanya it says:
"If there is no treaty, 30% of your U.S.-originated earnings will be withheld." Instructions for Completing W-7 and W-8BEN Tax Forms

Extrapolating the above, if you did not lodge W-8BEN then IRS should automatically deduct 30% because they don't know are you in the country with treaty or not.

If the tax is not deducted, it could be possible that the Tax Free Treshold has not been exceeded.

Otherwise, it implies that some affiliate companies do not give a list of non-USA citizens to IRS, so we don't get taxed, but that would be against the law.

Since CreditWise wants W-8BEN to be filled in, it is a moot point - in any case it is better to be fully legal. After all, all USA affiliates must fill W9 form, so why should we be exempt filling the appropriate form.

Did CreditWise ask you to fill out W-8BEN form?

It seems that non-US residents don't have to fill out any IRS forms, such as when getting paid by Amazon , Clickbank, PayPal, etc. Isn't it up to those people to pay their taxes to their own government?

Yes, you will get a "Noreply" email from infusionsoft when either a business owner fills out the application or when you get an "affiliate" to sign up under you.

Just make sure that everything is setup correctly and you should be good to go!

I think a good thing to point out with a system like this is that its really a numbers game. Sales is powerful in numbers. The more businesses you contact, they more chances you have of them signing up. Same goes with getting bank manager/CPA's/Lawyers, etc.

Granted, you can INCREASE your signups by taking a more direct approach. A sniper approach as opposed to a shotgun approach.

EITHER way, nothing is going to happen unless you just start doing something....anything.

Whether it's using FB, LinkedIn or Twitter, E mailings, Flyers, Postcards, Cold Calling....

You get an email of an applicant that has gone to the lender if they filled out a credit app. with a copy of what they filled out. If they don't fill it out you won't get an email. It may be that they are and your email somehow is blocking the applicant coming back in. Either way if we have one or two that are approved, trust me you will know.

In the video you tell the strategy of getting in contact with the Bank manager through an outside source, meaning Facebook. You say to find him on facebook and get in touch with him thru the email address found on facebook. Are you referring to his business email or can we find his private email on facebook? If you mean his bank email address, doesn't the bank monitor all incoming emails to their employees and that way leave a hint to what the business bank manager is doing on the side, possibly getting him in trouble?

If businesses phone instead of filling up the form, and I imagine most would as it is the speedier option, won't the lead be lost? I cannot see a reference number they would need to quote to the person answering the call.
