Obviously no money yet but from this small test i can see how great this is going to be.

Thanks for your answers Cay78 and Sarkis. I have 30 hits now with no applicants. What is the conversion rate roughly of those that actually go to my link? All I have been doing is emailing targeted businesses with the swipe provided, at least i'm getting people interested at least.

Just a note on using your affiliate link when marketing....I personally do NOT think this is a good idea. It doesn't make you look very professional, especially in the eyes of the business owner. Although 95% of business owners don't even know what an affiliate link is, it will still be better for you.

ww.fundingforallyourclients.com (example) looks much better than your traditional affiliate link.

I had considered masking & forwarding, but I'm currently pointing all traffic to my page. Then, I'm linking to the lender via a couple of links & a "Register Now" button.

Just a note about emailing business owners.
There is a CAN-SPAM law that should you should be aware of before emailing them. Just make sure you follow the rules as there are penalties.

The law stipulates that you are allowed to email so long as you give them an option to OPT OUT (meaning they dont have to opt in first) and you have to provide an address. So long as you do that and dont email biz owners that opt out, you are fine.

I'm enjoying the training and the product. I did have a question about TRACKING the leads that come to my affiliate page when they call the 800 number rather than entering the form.

Will they be told to go back to the form? I read post #697 but it didn't answer this question directly. It just says that it's illegal for someone to enter someone else's financial information. What I'd like to get clear on is what happens to the callers when they call in, and how will they be linked to my affiliate code.

no doubt. and a little know tidbit of info about the can-spam act is that not only is the person who is soliciting responsible, the company being solicited is also responsible. most people think it's just the person sending the emails and that is not true.

the most basic rules to follow would be to not attempt to hide any information within the email including the header information. don't attempt to deceive at all. you also want to put your address(physical address or p.o. box) in the email. you also need to identify the email as an ad. if who you are contacting by email is on a list, you have to also state how the recipient can opt out of the list and if they request to be opted out, you have to opt them out.

violating the can-spam act is illegal on the state AND federal level. you can also be sued in civil court so it's important you follow the rules for sure!

So when you say "opt-ins" you mean that they completed an application, right? In other words, you're not linking to your own squeeze page with an opt-in form and then your auto-responder email gives them the link to the lender?

When an affiliate clicks our link they are taken to a small form to complete. There is no other information on the page, just the form. A couple questions...

1. If I was a prospective affiliate I would be expecting at least a little information on the page explaining what to do and why to complete the form, anyone else see this as a problem?

2. The form ask for our BTKE#. Do we give our number to the affilliate and ask them to enter the number? If so, it should be obvious why this could be problem, right? Our links are tracked and specific to each of us so why isn't the BTKE# filled out automatically? If the number isn't needed it should be removed from the form.

The "bankcpaswipe" in the members area explains this.

You would use the provided swipe so that the prospective affiliate knows what to expect and what to enter for the BTXE#.

You are right though, it does need a bit more on the page and the page title needs to be changed from newsletter to something more appropriate.

Sarkis.......any chance to get the suggested updates to the affiliate page, I also think the suggestions made regarding this page would help greatly with conversions! Think it makes sense too, to take away the confusion with the BTKE Member ID by just removing that field from the affiliate form as well since it is not doing anything and seems to be just adding confusion.

I think that Sarkis addresses the need for the BTKE affiliate # in the training videos. His original WSO got ripped off immediately on black hat sites. The number provides a safeguard against anyone other than affiliates getting paid through this system.

We only needed to enter it once (upon registration) so that our affiliate link would be verified and entered into the internal accounting system. I completely understand his reasoning for including this in his internal verification process.

John, people are referring to this field on the sub affiliate signup page.....where we are telling OUR affiliates to enter any random information we tell them as it is not doing anything. Think it makes more sense to just remove the field if it is not serving any purpose if possible.

The speed of sending emails is very important to me, I need a software that can email 1000 email, in 30 minutes or less. While trying your program (that i love, did i mention that i love it ?) I estimated teh speed of sending at the beginning at 480 emails per hour (8 emails per minute), which is not what I'm looking for, but close enough. Then, strangely, later the speed dropped in a very obvious way to around 150 emails per hour (2-3 emails per minute). I have 2 questions: 1. how can i restore the original speed, and 2. is tehre a way to make the sending process faster? whether by the program options and settings, the smtp server, or the ISP provider? Anything that will allow me to send 1000 emails in less than 30 minutes?
Success and speed in send depends to you SMTP service, so if we suppose you have a good internet connection (DSL) a good SMTP server (provided from your ISP) and emails size is around 10 kb, you may use SendBlaster bulk email software to send around 7.000/10.000 email per hour.

My internet connection speed is 512 KB download / 128 upload , I use the SMTP server of my ISP, and the avg size of each email is 100 kb , how many emails/hour your bulk email program is supposed to send under these conditions?
We strongly suggest you to avoid emails with 100kb, since it is quite heavy, even spam filters may be alerted. Usually customers insert the image file in a web server with a link inside the email message in order to keep message tiny. Moreover speed of send depends in you ISP, you may try sending 100 of those email and check speed. Since Sendblaster Bulk Email Software sends every email separately, we guess you may send around 500 emails per hour with size 100 kb. Obviously 1.000 email x 100kb each one means a total of 100 MB of data to send, that means that your ISP may block you in sending such amount of data.

Thanks for your response but what I was asking is what has been your experience with SendBlaster's delivery percentage? Do they provide stats that show you what percentage of your emails were actually delivered? They claim a high delivery rate but wanted to know your experience. When you sign up affiliates, they get EXACTLY the same access to the lender and there is no cost to them whatsoever to join. The only thing is YOU MUST TELL THEM that the ONLY hoplink that is valid for them is the TKGOCREDIT one or they will not get paid.

I have an AWSOME marketing training video series I am putting together that I think will help based on the results of my successful members... which is thus far linkedin, craigslist, backpage and email marketing. So we know it's working.

As for your question regarding your affiliates let me say that the ONLY account that matter's that the info is correct is the master account which is you. So what YOUR members use as email can be anything they wish and they can assign any btkex member id to them SO LONG AS YOURS IS CORRECT... and IF IT IS NOT CORRECT, you will have received an email from me telling you.. that email would come from me directly.

But if you want to monitor the progress of each of YOUR members, I would advise you to give them each their own unique code.. so for instance... the bank managers I have working for me currently in my personal account have GOCREDIT01, 02, 03 etc. The email they sign up with DOES NOT have to match the email with which they get paid. They will identify the method of payment they want through either the W9 or W8 form they get. If that don't make sense, hang in there... the vids should help you A LOT! + I HAVE AN AWESOME FRIGGING TIP THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND AWAY!!! TAKING MY REAR END BACK TO THESE VIDS... i only hope you guys are not sick of me talking, sigh.

We haven't had a chance to chat on Skype so I am gona ask you a question here. I contacted accounting businesses to get them to sign up as sub affiliates and one of them applied for a loan. My question is: do I stilll get the commission if his loan is approved? I ask that because he signed up through the sub affiliate link.

If the answer is no then I don't think it's fair since I was the one who sent you the lead in the first place.

Please let me know what happened to that lead. I'm not sure if accounting businesses even qualify for this kind of loans.

If they signed up as your affiliate, they get paid 1.5% and you get paid 0.5% and yup, accountants are fair game! The upshot of it is they will go flippin nuts when they see the type of service they are getting so guess who they are going to sign up next? THE BEST OF THE BEST WHO CAN GET THE HIGHEST LOANS AMOUNT! DUDE... YOU JUST OPENED UP THE DOORS WIDE OPEN!!! Now not only do they get capital to grow their business, but their customers are going to LOVE them. Accountants are the best resource for you, bar none!

Sarkis, I don't think that's what Ioan is asking, because I'm in a similar situation. What I want to know and I think the same goes for Ioan...is that if we sign someone up as an affiliate and they also get a loan, will we still make 1.5% from them getting the loan and 0.5% on their loans?
