Be real careful about setting up an LLC. Or similar fancy-shmansy multi-letter tax schemes. You might have a lot of accounting costs, fees, filing schedules/deadlines to worry about. And the truth is, as far as I know, you might get away with some fancy footwork for a few years, but the Feds (or your state) could wake up and smack you for past mistakes too.

I was a PC (professional corporation) for a long time. Looking back, I don't think it was worth the extra fees. The benefits just are not so outstanding -- unless you're into really big money. Truly big money can be another story. But, as I say, moderate money doesn't make LLC worth it IMHO.

Hi domainrama,

First let's clarify - I am not talking of anything fancy-shmansy nor illegal tax avoidance schemes.

I am talking about setting up a legitimate business structure.

Having a corporation also significantly enhances your credibility and therefore people have more confidence in doing business with you.

Without going into other benefits of setting up a company, I suggest that every budding entrepreneur, who is serious running a business, reads at least Robert Kiyosaky's Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

My waaaaay overdue Review of BTKE Express -
I received review access to this product quite a while back, and (as is way too often the case) I let it slide for a while.

I have gone through all the course material, and barring another sprained back (made for a slow-mo week), will implement this concept ASAP.

In a nutshell this is in many ways the ideal concept -

• connect "desperate buyers" with...
• a "solution" that offers them...
• Instant (or at least very fast) Relief
• potential for large gains for...
• minimal effort

Very Cool!

Not only that, it's flexible (use it as list-bulder or not, or combine the primary offer with list-building in a hybrid system).

Why I think this baby has legs?
Because there is no BS about Sarkis wanting to "give back" blah, blah, blah...
(Although I'm sure he does and is doing so in part through this offer.)

But rather there is a (most refreshing!) Transparency about the whole system, i.e.-

• We know exactly why it is in Sarkis's best interest for us to succeed?
  i.e.- He makes money if we do! aka Win-Win
• There is no way for anyone to make an end-run around him to his "source".
• There is some downline/affiliate type of action available.
  But NOT (the dreaded) MLM type of system.

There are a couple of small (in the context of the overall value presented here) negatives -

1. This is a very simple concept/system and there is too much repetition of the basic principles in the videos.
   Flow charts, checklists, and (for newbies) more technical guidance would mean less need for videos and faster action-taking.*
   *Even if just a link to a tutorial about setting up a squeeze page.
2. The concept of offering MMO affiliate offers to the less qualified prospects really doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
   Here's why - having spoken to thousands of small to large business owners over the past 8 years, if they have one thing in common it is this -
   Focus Brain! (Especially the ones that are having less than great results.)
   
   The last thing they would be interested in is anything that would take away from their focus on their business (whether or it has a prayer of succeeding or not).
   
   However, I do agree (as mentioned) in the training that offering them (both the qualified and non-qualified loan applicants) services/products that would help grow their business could be a much more natural segue than talking to them about CPA offers for Plenty of Fish. :rolleyes:

All in all - 9.5 out of 10 - this WSO has a few rough edges.
But you can say the same thing about a "diamond in the rough".

I got your point that you're talking about legitimate tax schemes. I was too. What I'm saying is that legitimate tax schemes like LLC aren't free. They require special tax filings at least once a year, and probably also quarterly. That's an extra expense that can run into the thousands (or the high hundreds) depending on your accountant. There are a lot of less costly things you can do if you file normally (ie, not LLC) once a year using Turbotax or its clones.

The bottom line: if you're making around $100k per year I'm not sure if an LLC is wonderful. If you're making a LOT more than that, give it a thought.

An LLC doesn't require a special tax filing. It can be filed via your personal SS # OR you can elect to be taxed as a corporation, provided you make that election by March 15 of each year.

Self-employment, LLC's, S-corp's, and C-corp's should all be making quarterly tax filings to avoid a penalty at the end of the year.

There's really no downside to LLC's vs. filing as self-employed. In fact, at the minimum, I recommend all self-employed people get an LLC. Not only does it provide personal protection, BUT you can hold assets with your LLC as well, which has other advantages for you.

How long does it take on average to hear back on whether a loan request was approved or not? On the landing page for the business prospect says:

"FAST DECISIONS
Decisions in as fast as 1 business day, funding in as fast as 2 business days."

I've seen a few people on here say they've already gotten business owners to apply for a loan (congrats on that), but it seems like all of them are still waiting to get a confirmation on whether the loans were approved or rejected. If it only take 1-2 business days shouldn't they have been notified of the results of the loan request by now? Anyway that's why I'm curious what the average notification time is from loan application to the agent (us) getting notified of the results.

Once docs are submitted by the biz owner, they have to agree to the terms of the loan and send agreement back and then its ~5 biz days for loan to be issued and ~5 days for us to be paid.

I've been having some difficulties getting my ads to stick. Most appear to be ghosted. It's probably due to me using clickable graphic ads vs. all text ads. I am seeing a couple of others advertising the same offer in some of my target markets. Oh, well.

Trying to bust my butt to get it out for you guys... the member area is nice and pretty for you to open the doors to your guests really soon. The trouble is I want complete transparency and tracking tools for you and your aff's to be able to stay on top of everything going on. I am spending quite a bit on it because I want a very robust system. I have been working on thinning the crowd to those that are going to work this system trying to give every excuse to them to ask for refunds. I wish I never even mentioned I would open up the thread again, so I am thinking when I open this up again on the 12th I will only do so for 1 day and shut the bloody thing down for good.

I am trying to keep the monthly bills low on this low so that I can just give you guys access without charging you for it, but if I can't it will be a very tiny monthly thing we all will spend. The trouble is we have so many app's that have come in that fall JUST SHY of the Goldilock zone and I don't want those falling through the cracks because they are totally fundable but I don't want to work with lenders that hit them up with ripoff rates. I have about 100 lenders atm... I've narrowed it down to 2 of them and for now I think all of us should just work with 1 other than Mark. Too many lenders can be spammy so I want to keep us an arms length away from spameration,

Now you see what I have not launched those OTO's... I rather have those of us that are going to use the bloody things use them then sell it to like 100000 people. If I told people in the intro vids what I was doing and the results we are already getting I would easily have sold 3000+ copies and I don't mind that so long as I have 3000+ people doing this... that is why those who have thought things like this can be saturated or not work, continue thinking so. I am excited. This is going to be great for all of us and I really appreciate you.

Be patient with me... I won't let you guys down!

I have just started with my solo mailings, and yes, you got that right - mixing in the original BTKE was slowing me down. So right now I've put it on the side and am focusing on sending out those 50-100 emails a day. Trying to KISS.

Sarkis, do we get notified if an applicant gets approved for funding, or only after the deal is sealed? Also, what if they get turned down or reject the offer, do we get notified so that we are not left in suspense wondering what is going on with XYZ business?

ATM I have no control over that and I don't like it one bit, because I know what you know. The minute they are handed off to the lender you and I will get an email IF they accept the loan and our commissions are pending. I know Mark pays and he is very loyal, so no worries there, but I like more transparency which is why I will see if I can do any better with the PROPLUS package. So instead of just handing our deals over, the lender will have to log into our system that is shared between us and update the status of each biz owner.

This sounds simple enough but the technology is a real pain in the a.. neck... I also only shared with you just PHASE 1 of what I am doing with the proplus package... PHASE 2 will take this freakin puppy and put it on steroids... tell you what.. give me 10 minutes and I am going to just go ahead and in the updates section I am just going to go ahead and share with you what the second phase is that I am getting to roll out... if you think it was good before... I am telling you, you have no idea!

Hey Ceri how are you? This system is ever evolving for the better... most of the information requested on 2 pages is really redundant and unnecessary... what we want to do is make the process for the biz owner to talk to the lender as seamless and as simple as possible. We want a warm, inviting and as non-intrusive process as possible to get as many of them in the door.. once in the door, we're going to find out anyways, but at least we now have an open dialogue with the biz owner which is 90% of the work. So that is why I have decided to reduce it to 1 page... another reason is because I am creating a 1 page system so that I can take that info and distribute it to multiple lenders, specially those that don't meet what Mark requires. I can also reduce the credit app to half a page, but doing that will make the page look like another spam lending page... it will not establish trust which is why I selected the questions to specific requirements.

The credit app for the proplus package is going to be even better with drop down menu and a smart system where after they complete the form it can tell them right away an estimate of how much they are qualified for before they speak to the lender. A smart app that will deliver an immediate value.

Thanks Sarkis for the updates. They're fantastic! I REALLY like the fact that we will be able to market to businesses that maybe haven't been in biz for a year or make $100,000 a year. There are new businesses popping up in my town everyday. Can't wait for ProPlus...I love the idea of pre-qualifying the applicant.

I do like scrapers because they allow you to work more efficiently. I have one that's basically for IM. But I did purchase the one in the back office because it's perfect for offline markets.

I've seen a few good WSO's, but nothing compares to this one!

Wow, you continue to amaze Sarkis! It's nice to see a wso vendor that cares as much about his buyers and see's them more as partners where we can share in each others success.

Do you have even a rough idea of when you may have the Pro version ready to go? A week, 2 weeks a month or maybe later this afternoon ? I personally don't mind the delay as I recently bought a new house and I have yet to find time to work this program, but I definitely plan too as soon as I whittle down my wife's honey-do-list! Right now between my regular 9-5 job (which I hope this will eventually eliminate the need for!) and then my work with the new house when I get home I only have time in the morning and evening before work or before bed to just check in on what's new with your system and I'm very excited to see what's coming down the pipe.

Alright I've been eating my cereal and now that it's gone I need to clean up a bit then get back to building more shelves for my daughters room to hold the worlds largest collection of stuffed animals. :p

Less money, the greater the need, more money, the greater the amount... this is perhaps one of the best questions and honestly I don't know... From the lender's perspective the 1 mill+ is the best because the amount of work is equal to get the loan so we prefer working on the bigger ones typically which is why I am launching the proplus to help businesses in general.

Yes, if you are charging people money to help them obtain credit, you should have either a series 7 or 9 license. But if you want to show a house for sale, you need a realtor's license. But if you are saying... hey I know a lender click here to go there you are 1000% within full compliance.

Yes, you are technically an affiliate to them. But just give me 2 weeks since with the proplus package you will technically be a member for multiple lenders.

If you are targeting targeted business owners who are targeted through the targeted method, that statement is true

Yes to all... biz owners working from home want to expand to an office, while those in an office need equipment or hired help or need cash for marketing. But once you start working with specific industries you will realize the needs for each industry is varied for that type of biz owner... dentists have different needs than a pizzaria for instance.

6) What is the maximum credit we are able to offer to larger businesses? For some reason I thought it was 500,000, but it says on GoCreditWise it's 250k, and CreditWiseAdvisors listed a number at 300k. Which is it?

If you tell a biz owner you can get 500k they think you are spamming them... 250k seems to keep the spammy thoughts away. The truth is there is really no cap... its all reflective and proportionate to their income.

On the footer of your loan application page I would get rid of "Powered by OptimizePress", delete the hyperlink, or have it open in a new window. You might lose the odd distracted customer who clicks away there.

There is enough money for all of us here... no reason the next offer has to be just mine... it can belong to all of us. Now you see why I did not want to start a forum. I wanted to roll everything out and try to thin out the herd by separating those passing through versus those who are tired of the IM grind and want to actually do something unique.

At least everything I have seen on the forum is based on the ME ME ME philosophy which I think is sad. I am not one to hide behind a thread. If I posted in the sales page everything I could easily have sold 3000+ copies and we were headed in that direction. But now instead of them working for me, me, me, they are now working for you and if they have questions they can reach out to you.

I am getting a ton of pm's and emails of people asking me to have them join but I just can't stretch myself that far. The proplus package will help those that still want in to be able to get in and I honestly don't want more members, so instead of me getting members I will give them to you. In fact I am trying hard to get people to ask for a refund.

There is another issue and that is control... I know we all want to be able to login and see our applicants and what they qualified for... we want to know what to expect and even I don't have access to that. The proplus version will solve that problem while delivering to a biz owner a true solution.

There are many lenders out there that are simply put, crooks and I want nothing to do with them... these biz owners need us and we need them. As with anything I suppose, this industry is riddled with false promises and false hopes... we want to be the trusted resource. I am doing this for the lady who just found out her 2 year old has terminal cancer. I am doing this for the internet marketer that is in a hole and despite his or her hard work can't seem to get out of it. I am doing this for those when I said we don't need a forum and out of blind faith trusted me. The people I am not doing this for are those who already made and are making money with this system... what good is that for the rest of us? Using skype I have spoken to so many of you and you have shared and opened your lives to me.... I don't know about you, but it's hard.. very hard to hear from a woman who wants to do this because she wants to be with her daughter as much as possible... This can be a huge opportunity for you, for everyone and I WILL do right by you whether you agree with me or not on how I do things.

I will answer to God one day, hopefully a long time from now... and I want to make sure that when I do, I have earned His respect. What I am about to launch is just the beginning.. what you are about to get is just the start of something much larger and no this time I'm going to keep that a secret. Just know one thing... we are a community and we will do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.

Thanks Sarkis, I am one of those people you where talking about, tired of the IM none sense and not helping people. I believe I was created to help people that's why I went in to medicine and worked for 33 yrs, but I got cancer and had to change careers and came into this rough dog eat dog of IM and continue to search and worked hard at doing what I was instructed to do with little to no results.

I had decided to not read another WSO, or Clickbank or anything as a matter fact and start consulting in medicine but it would require some physical things that my body has new struggles with, so I prayed and ask for help, guidance and I took my fair well look around the Warrior Forum and you where the first one that pop up on the page and I knew when I read the thread that this was sent from God to me because it had all the elements that I needed to be able to help someone and it was a real business not some shiny object. I thank God for you and I pray for you and your family.

i liked the new videos and swipe, i liked the new updates. i always liked that you were able to talk to people on skype and even on your phone. i am also really liking this opportunity.

i haven't had a lot of time, but this weekend i have started spending some time with craigslist, linked in, and emailing. i think my list wasn't too good with emails because i am getting like a 60% bounce back. i posted a couple things on linked in but they got deleted(they went to an approval proccess and weren't approved). the ads on craigslist were easy to set up. it was a weekend so i wasn't really looking for results. just trying to set up a system for myself so it will be easier to manage my time on a daily basis when i start using this system and the opportunity you have given us.

one thing i did do on linked in was i started a new group. everything i plan on posting on other groups, i am going to be posting on my group first. i don't have any experience on linked in at all but i felt it made it easier to post stuff since all i have to do is enter a url. after i have a good system in place and getting good results, i am going to be concentrating on the affiliate part and getting affiliates and training them in what works.

anyway, thanks for your recent posts and updates sarkis. you're the man with the plan even if some people don't know what that plan is....haha good job buddy. keep it up. i especially liked the part that you are trying to weed through people to get to and help the serious action takers and the people that need the most help.

remember to take time out for yourself and relax so you don't get burnt out and keep your sense of humor!
