A little about me. I'm a Loan Officer with Bank of America, looking for a program that will help me quit the 9-5 grind. Forgive me if I may have looked over this, but what's the average/approximate time that takes place from a potential borrower's submission to when we get paid? I know when it comes to loans & paperwork, it can be a long, drawn-out process...other times, smooth.

I realize to literally make $500+/day, as stated, we'd need to keep our sales funnel full.

I took out how much money you make and any reference to any income claim because I have enough (awesome) people who opted in that personally don't want to attract the type looking to get something based on dollars.

As for how long till you get paid its a great question and here was the answer from post #143

Here is the process for the biz owner

STEP 1: Fill out the app
STEP 2: If even remote possibility of a yes they get a call from a team member
STEP 3: If the team member fails to reach them they are emailed
STEP 4: They are requested to provide supporting documents

IF AND WHEN STEP 4 HAPPENS AND THE BIZ OWNER COUGHS UP THE DOCS

STEP 5: We validate the documents
STEP 6: If the affiliate had a genuine BTKEX MEMBER ID as described in the video course
STEP 7: Funding is issued
STEP 8: We get paid 1 week after the issuance and acceptance of the loan from the biz owner via PAYPAL, BILL.COM or Check

So, the answer to your question is depends when the biz owner provides the docs.

Some states have strict rules that prohibit people from referring people or business owners to lenders and receiving finders fees, referral fees, etc. Wouldn't this fall under that?

Yes, but that rule applies to Banks that have Federal mandates. The lender I am referring to is what is known as a secondary lender. Those rules apply only to primary lending sources. So we are good or in my 5 years of doing this I would have gotten maybe 1 warning email or infraction and in all my years of business I have not. And if that does not satisfy you as an adequate answer, the lead is not going directly to the lender... you are sending it to my system to a department of the lender which is legally registered and licensed as a financial broker. I can't speak to the potential saturation problem, as I have no idea what your "twist" involves. What I can suggest, however, is that you consider discussing it with Sarkis (he strikes me as trustworthy, and not someone who would share it with the group without your permission), and get his take on whether or not saturation might be a problem - he should have a very good idea. (Perhaps I am misunderstanding and you KNOW that saturation would be a problem, so disregard my suggestion if I just missed the point....)

Anyway, hopefully those of us who implement this will be able to get results similar to yours with just the info Sarkis provides. (I've yet to have time to really sit down and go through the course, as I've been buried in other work and need to stay focused until I have more time, but can't wait to get this going!)

Well the issue is this. Remember I have access to his account so I know exactly what he is doing. In fact just today I was on skype with him. Due to my unique access to peoples accounts, requires that I act on a more professional level. That being said, even if he consents that I reveal the information (even if done in the written form) I will not because that violates every business principal and professionalism I am trying to uphold.

That also being said, it does not mean that I cannot, in my part, (try to) convince him to release his methodology which I have been trying to do despite being in lockdown mode at the moment to get this offer launched.

Speaking with him via skype, I can tell you he comes across as a nice guy and one thing about him is that he is a God fearing and not greedy at all, but I think atm he is in shock from what he was expecting to what he is getting in terms of results. He's never been exposed to that amount of business ever so I think he is somewhat worried about the volume and is trying to figure out what to do with it. As for his technique, there is less risk of saturation then a 12.0 magnitude earthquake during a super massive solar flair that happens exactly at 6 pm in a town called Mumbasa.

The only thing I am at liberty to say is this... he is using my system exactly the way I intended it to be used in the course you will find in the member's area, but he's doing it on steroids. He took the word XPRESS literally. But at the end of the day it will have to be HIS choice to or not to reveal it and I suspect soon enough he will find out that it can't be saturated which will lead him to hopefully open up with us

I really appreciate and am continually impressed by your integrity. While I knew you had access to everyone's account, I didn't realize you also would, as a result, know the exact method he was using.

I guess his use of the word "twist" suggested he was adding to your system, and/or doing something differently than you teach, but, your response suggests he's just perhaps doing things on a bigger scale. Anyway, I do hope at some point he'll consent to us being given access to his "secret sauce", for lack of a better term. But very glad to know that saturation is not an issue!

Oh I know exactly what he is doing, my issue is I don't know where or how he is doing it and how he is doing it so quick. He is actually one of the reasons why I turned to the forum in the first place. A guy like him with almost NO background or understanding of Internet Marketing who we label as a newbie to take my system and apply it to something he learned here on WF.

You know me Cali16. We've spoken many times on skype if I remember correctly. I am sorry if we have not, I cant keep track of wf usernames, real names, skype names, email addresses. The reason this offer is doing well with people is because if this system is an explosive devise, you guys n gals represent the Uranium which makes this go nuclear. You have skills others don't. Some people I have spoken with want to use email marketing - fine, that actually converts pretty darn good. Others are good at creating ad copies and posting them on places like Craigslist while yet others are good with SEO and can create backlinks. Now none of what I mentioned above is even what this guy is doing, but I do know he does not have a website, squeeze page, or anything. In fact to this day he has not spent a penny. He is using EXACTLY the same thing you will get in the member area. So let me expand on this (again this is NOT reflective of what he is doing and is meant to be used as an illustration of my point). One of the things I talk about in my videos is the use of Linked In. So while, say I would know his traffic is coming from Linked In, I would not know from what groups. See? All I can say is watch those vids closely because honestly, he is doing exactly what I taught in those vids, using the same document materials I provide.

I can't speak to the potential saturation problem, as I have no idea what your "twist" involves. What I can suggest, however, is that you consider discussing it with Sarkis (he strikes me as trustworthy, and not someone who would share it with the group without your permission), and get his take on whether or not saturation might be a problem - he should have a very good idea. (Perhaps I am misunderstanding and you KNOW that saturation would be a problem, so disregard my suggestion if I just missed the point....) Anyway, hopefully those of us who implement this will be able to get results similar to yours with just the info Sarkis provides. (I've yet to have time to really sit down and go through the course, as I've been buried in other work and need to stay focused until I have more time, but can't wait to get this going!)
