What happened to the Facebook group idea? Support here is really sucking. It is taking far, far to long to get answers to questions. I will bet that a large percentage of the questions in a group would be simple ones that can be answered by users in the group, instantly.

That would take some of the pressure off of Reno and allow him to work on the added features that he has mentioned.

What do you mean support is taking far too long?

My support team answers questions daily from Mon - Sat usually within 24 hours. Personal questions to me may take slightly longer but are usually within that time frame too.

The FB group thing never quite took off as people generally go here to post support queries, plus private messages here on the forum, plus emails in the help desk. If I were to add FB too it will just go crazy!

There seem to be a few people who are emailing numerous times each day, expecting an answer within the hour. (Sometimes I have 4 emails of the same person within 60 minutes) You have to realize we don't outsource support to the Philippines or India or something, but have local, trained New Zealand support staff and even personally provide ongoing support to members.

This complete system, plus custom set up, plus ongoing support is provided to you as a bonus with a only a $15 investment for your auto responder. That's a pretty damn good deal you are getting here.

My coaching clients, who pay me a few thousand dollars a month, generally only email meme once or twice a week.

That puts things into perspective doesn't it?

I answered this to you via email a number of times and again on the 4th of September. Please check support ticket with ID ZHC-442-54010. Commissions for AAS referrals never get transferred instantly to your PayPal but checked and verified for refunds/charge backs the following month, then paid out into your PayPal.

Commissions generated for hosting or auto responder referrals may have a different process and payment terms. Please check with those affiliate programs you signed up to.

Yes, the traffic campaign usually lasts 1-3 days. You can go onto driving traffic straight away, just don't change the AAS squeeze page and/or auto responder web form I set up for you as part of the custom set up. (At least for 3 days)
