I got a set up where you brought in first 20 subscribers with a requirement to set up with get response however, I had some difficulties and tried so many times to try resolve and get some help with the follow up. however, I ended up having to give up as I could get a reasonable response in that I kept getting promotional e mails but not a answer to my queries

. Sorry but that was the situation. I don't doubt that something was a miss as your reputation speaks for itself I am sure,,

but ,I ended up having to retreat. However, my get response account is still going so I hope that was of some continued help commission wise.

Got nothing. its been 3 days, I will have to say I don't understand why some ppl can get it while I just get the run around with the same continuing email.
Very disappointed, followed directions, got no results, just empty promises. That's really not fair, and very unprofessional.

I was traveling yesterday, back in the office today. I did clear all pending set ups on Tuesday though but maybe your email needed to be confirmed still or something... Can you please pm me your email address or help desk ticket id so I can look you up. (7DF-014-C92 looks like an order ID, not the help desk ID)
