My name is Scott Dudley, and I’m a full time direct response copywriter from Australia. I write emails, squeeze pages and sales letters for information products.

I've written a chapter on email marketing in a best selling book, and I've also been featured twice in a major internet marketing magazine. You could say I write copy without hype or trying to hard sell the prospect. Instead I prefer to use timeless sales techniques such as identifying the problems and roadblocks the prospect is experiencing, and writing about that. Once the problem has been agitated enough, I PRESENT YOUR PRODUCT AS THE OBVIOUS SOLUTION.

The other method I like to use is story based selling and this is based on the Heroes Journey method. This format documents the rags to riches experience of the hero and gives the prospect an expectation that they can do it too. Bottom line, it converts.

Emails: US$40 each
Squeeze Pages: US$60 each
Long Form Sales Letters US$600

These prices are great value for money considering the quality you’ll get, but I’m open to being flexible if there is ongoing work.

But I’m more interested in working with people who are looking for quality and making sales, other than those who just want the cheapest option. Cheap copy is a waste of money anyway.

Ideally, I’m looking for long-term clients who want a reliable and talented copywriter to BOOST THEIR BOTTOM LINE. But that’s not to say I would refuse one-off projects if we were a good fit.

Whilst I’d prefer to write for information products, I may consider other opportunities as well. The niches I have the most experience in are dating and internet marketing.
