To be perfectly honest, I was not satisfied with the first draft of my book. I don't know if it was my fault in not explaining what I wanted or just simple confusion. The answers to your questions:

1. Yes if you PREPAY and this is contingent on the kind of work, frequency etc. If you ask for a discount from already discounted prices and for one job only, absolutely not.

2. We have signed NDA's in the past - and we have never disclosed anything anyhow - except for being able to show potential clients samples of work with the full copyright explained in advance to potential clients. If we have to sign an NDA now we will consider contingent on the work done / amount of PREPAID work.

3. Yes images if the package you purchase says so. For example the $99.00 no frills offer has NO images or book cover.

Well I can see from your English that you obviously need my services.

We ARE the lowest pricing because all the other companies usually OUTSOURCE to places like CHINA and even though you might think you are saving a few dollars, in the end it always costs more once all the "add ons" are done.

Share on: Where do I begin. Such awesome service first of all. I have noticed a tendency on several of the WSO to take forever communicating back, almost like they don't need or want the business. After several great dealings with you Mike I know I need to stay close by my email for your reply. You are awesome. As for the product itself, I cant praise the product enough. I get genuine great feedback. I make it a habit of investigating the other feedback left by my Amazon Kindle customers and I have gotten five star feedback from customers who don't normally leave five star feedback. Share on: Hey, I wanted to give a quick note to say that I recently finished a product with Mike and I must say the experience was fantastic. Mike and his team was very professional and his customer service was excellent. To be perfectly honest, I was not satisfied with the first draft of my book. I don't know if it was my fault in not explaining what I wanted or just simple confusion. But that does not matter...what is highly important is that I explained my dissatisfaction to Mike and he took the extra time to listen to my concerns and re-worked the book to the point I was overjoyed with the product that I received. That, my friends, is customer service and doing what is necessary to make the customer happy. I will be using Mike again and I highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again Mike... Thomas
