Yes, we do phone support along with other support types such as chats and email.

Unfortunately though, at this time we don't have any phone support staff free from other projects, but if you are interested, we can find and train someone in a few weeks time.

Phone support is a less popular option among our customers, but we always have such people in place. Only for this service we need a solid order a few weeks ahead, so that we could train someone, or make the transition from another project.
