I am starting my own SEO consultancy so I'm offering expert SEO analysis for your or your client's site for a deeply discounted fee of $70 per individual site, up to 200 pages.

If after receipt of your report you're not satisfied that it meets the expectations set by the following description, you don't pay. Simple as that.

The turnaround time for delivery will be within 3 business days. Because I use a variety of tools -- one of which I've been beta testing for the developer over several versions -- to automate portions of this service I am able to baseline the timeframe with confidence.

I will create a detailed and extensive report about what you can do to improve both on and off your website to get on the first page of the SERPS for your chosen keyword with suggestions on how and what you need to do to achieve the best results.

Each report includes 2 sections:
1) Top 10 Optimization - tells you what exactly you have to do to get a top 10 ranking for a particular keyword in a particular search engine, including:

* meta tags analysis (description, keywords and title, alt tags, image tags)
* search engine compatibility
* Alexa ranking of your website as opposed to your competition
* link popularity of your website
* factors that could prevent your top ranking
* keyword position, keyword density
* links from social networks
* anchor texts of inbound and outbound links
* analysis of your top 9 competitors

2) Search Engine Ranking Report

All I'll need from you to get started is:

* your chosen keyword/phrase
* website url
* search engine you would like to improve rankings in, the default SE is Google.
