No. Link Centaur is entirely web-based, which means that you can log in to your account and upload links for indexing wherever you are as long as you have a working internet connection.

What is your refund policy?

The exact method is not disclosed but every link generally goes through:

1) a whole bunch of pinging services
2) RSS feeds pinging
3) social bookmarking
4) others
