I'm looking for 1-2 clients who need content daily/regularly.

ABOUT ME:
A few things you should know about me:

I have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. Writing has been my passion since I was a teen, and it remains that way until today.
I am NOT a Native English speaker, nor will I try to fool anyone that I am. I was born and raised in the Philippines.
14 years of writing experience. I may be a new service provider at warriorforum, but I have been working for clients since 2001, mostly on a retainer basis. Writing isn't just a "gig" for me; It's my bread and butter.
I know my strengths and acknowledge my weaknesses. I will tell you upfront if I cannot handle a project. Some topics, like cars and politics, are just brain-draining kryptonite in my book.
I eat deadlines for fun. I'm a workaholic, and I never go out (except for my kids' birthdays and a few holidays). I'm online every day, working Mondays to Fridays with content creation. I am able to complete 5,000 - 10,000 words daily, depending on the amount of research required for each piece.
I'm looking for a long-term business relationship. I've been on the hunt for a client or two, who I can work with for the long haul ever since my client died last year (we've been working together since 2008).

RATES:

My regular rate is $1.5/100 words. (Orders below 5k words)
Bulk orders of 5000+ words are priced at $1/100 words.

I'm also available for hire on a monthly basis at $750/month. You can expect 5000 words of content delivered daily, Mondays to Fridays. That's a whopping 100,000 words spread over 20 days in a month! I can also format and publish them on your websites without extra charge. (save $250!)

NEWS WRITING: Need someone to squeeze the whos-whats-wheres-whys and hows of news and turn them into a completely unique piece? I can do this too! Prices for this vary, depending on topic, number of words needed for each news piece, and how many news required daily. (As example, 10 (ten) 200-word entertainment news published on a website daily = $400).

I don't have a team and I don't outsource my work, so I prefer dealing with only 1-2 clients at a time. If you're looking for a professional writer who will be dedicated in crafting your articles without quality or turnaround times being compromised, this offer is for you.

I WILL CLOSE THIS THREAD ONCE I FIND A CLIENT WHO COULD KEEP ME BUSY FOR MONTHS OR EVEN YEARS. THE LONGER YOUR PROJECT IS, THE BETTER.

PAYMENT:

I accept Paypal payments.
50% upfront and 50% after delivery.
