WARNING: 'JonnyPean' does NOT do this work himself, I dealt with him for over a year, and it was a never-ending nightmare. The scam is, he gives you a few mockups and 'starts' the work, and then draws out the process for a very long time while you're thinking it's being worked on. It's not. He does absolutely none of the work, and I don't think he has any experience in web-design, period. In my case this was going on for one year while I had only a bare skeleton of a website. Presumably so he could run out the clock on the paypal dispute.

Then his employees began to contact me telling me that Jonnypean (not his real name) has never paid them, and that was the reason that they did not do the work or complete the website. Jonnypean did none of the work himself, he hires a few guys to put together a mockup, then doesn't pay them the money to complete the site and
runs off with the cash. I soon put 2 and 2 together and discovered that the site was not being worked on for this reason, and he was scamming both his employees and me. At this time it doesn't look like I'm going to get much of my money back, but I hope anyone reading this gets the point.

Its true that there was some issue in the beginning but we have completed your website as promised. what my employee says that is not the concern, the main issue you faced from the server end where they wanted you to but the sitelock, as per recent threats people use sitelock. We had a miscommunication for which this situation arises.

If I get a chance I will prove it.
