These are through tools or manual? Seems a lot to do via manual. If tools is also against Google guidelines?

Hello nanohits! Thanks for showing interest. Power booster phase is done by tools because these are tier 2 links pointing to the first one for indexing/crawling/boosting purposes. I hope that helps!

P/S: First tier links are 100% made manually. We only use automation tool for 2nd tier links for indexing purposes.

Any attempt to manipulate rankings or any link buildings (as a matter of fact) are against Google guidelines but that's not stopping anyone from SEO. It is fairly common that first tier links are pointed with many more other second tier links to ensure the highest indexation rate in Google search engine. We drip feed the second tiers across 3-4 weeks and I gotta say, we've had pretty awesome results so far! Would you like to try out our package and see the results for yourself?

No thanks, with automation there is always a risk of being penalized. I for one do not want to take that chance. There is no guarantee against it.

For clarification, we build all our first tier links manually (100% handmade) so that's pretty safe. We only use automation for second tier. Hope that changes your mind!

You're welcomed! These sites are carefully selected, analyzed and links manually built. The sites we select are usually of high metrics or the top 5 best sites in each category. They are unique and are none of those spammy sites you get from other cheap services. I hope that helps!
