The details I provided were minimal, to see how the article would come back. My logic here is at this price point, the writers know what they're doing without being micro managed.
I was correct - the article came with a relevant image and was very good indeed.

Ordered the 2000 words for $50.

The Pros so far:
Quick, easy check out via PayPal, returned to Google forms page on their site.

Before I could complete the order questionnaire, "K" had already contacted me by email checking in with me (not an auto-responder). Awesome!

The Cons so far:
Disappointed there's no WF discount for small orders. I wouldn't send $399 until I've tested the waters a few times, no matter the savings.

After placing an order, the questionnaire asks for the content type. The type of content wasn't clear as to what each type specifically means. Spending $50 and hoping that I order the right type isn't very fun. Just a sentence or two explain the focus or intent for each type would've helped. I chose "Standard Authority Article" hoping this is the best choice for a great article that's also SEOd.

After completing the order brief questionnaire, I would like to get a copy of order details sent via autoresponder. That didn't happen. There is no order backend to check these details either. Since the article guarantee is based on what you put in the order brief, this seems important. "...in case there are any mistakes made by us or if we have missed something from the project brief, we will make the required edits and corrections".

Questions:
Can 10K words be broken up into 5 2K articles?

What's next?:
I'm looking forward to the article as I've been looking for a service that provides more than just words.

• As you would find with most services, there are discounts on larger orders. We offer a 100% free, no strings attached review copy to senior members (in order to ensure that the service is not being abused) if you'd like to test our service out.
  
  You're always free to order smaller quantities like you have to test the waters, there's no pressure to take on the launch package (in fact, we're sold out on the initial packages and we'll have the next one opening up on Monday). I'm hoping we deliver up to your expectations!
  
  
• Thanks for bringing to my notice that you do not receive a copy of the responses. I agree that it's important for you to have a copy of the response you have filled out. Unfortunately, Google Forms doesn't currently support sending a copy of the response to the email address being collected. I'm trying to look at scripts that will send a copy of the form to the person filling out the form.
  
  
• The type of content is meant to just give you an idea of the type or kind of content you're looking for (authority article, company blog post, etc.). The types of articles are pretty self explanatory which is why we haven't detailed what each of them are - authority article, eBook, Amazon product reviews, etc. Although, if we do find that it's confusing for WaFo members, we'll include a line or two on each of them. Thanks for pointing that out.
  
  We do follow it up with a box that allows you to enter your project brief in detail so as to give you the opportunity to give us any details with regards to your project. This is done to ensure that there's nothing vague and you're allowed to give us as many details about your project as required.
  
  
• Absolutely! You can split your order into as many articles as you'd like (and also have multiple article types in a single order).

Pros:

• Fast turnaround

• Article was top notch
• Spelling and grammar (no problems)
• Article was enjoyable to read (not "SEO boring")
• Images were niche appropriate and commercial use approved
• Outbound links were well researched.

An error on my part, I didn't clarify the SEO of the article, but it was easy to sprinkle the keyword phrase.

I bought a 3000 word beginners guide for a niche product, and I am extremely happy with how it turned out.
I received a 3154 word document that was well formatted, well researched, and had no writing errors that I could see.

The pictures provided were relevant to the article and were on-par with what you can expect from stock images, but I really think that the main value of this service comes from the article writing.

The turnover time was something like 24-36 hours, which is absolutely fantastic compared to how long I have waited on other freelancers.

I think that the article was well worth the price, can be posted to a site as I received it with no changes, and I would be happy using this service again.

I've tried many article writing services over the years and LetterCraft is downright one of the best I've come across.

I’ve never paid this little for this quality of work and service. Seriously you should be taking advantage of the low price while it lasts.

The instructions I provided were followed perfectly, and the articles really seemed to indicate research was done. Article flows well, content is great, and grammar is spot on!

If you're reading this thread, I highly recommend that you purchase even a small batch order, once you receive it you'll be hooked at the quality and be asking yourself why you never purchased sooner.

I'm not trying to be negative, but I wasn't impressed with the samples. I only skimmed two, but one was hard to read & the other already had one mistake in it within the first 2 paragraphs. I just suggest you read these samples first.
