Is this really free?

I am not asking for money in return for these 500 words. What I am asking is that the Warriors who take advantage of this deal provide me with a brief written testimonial that I can use in my personal communications with other potential clients, and to advertise my services. I hope that the Warriors who take advantage of this promotional offer will consider me for future projects at a discounted rate. Are you a qualified writer and editor?

I have been a ghostwriter and editor for over eight years but have always been contracted through third party agents. As my son has gotten older I have found myself with more free time to take on some private clients. I am offering the opportunity for three Warriors to test my service, to determine whether or not they would consider working with me for future ghostwriting and editing services.

What are your standard rates?

My standard rate is $25 per 250 word page (50 for 2 pages, or 500 words) for writing and $10 per page for editing. Revisions are $5 per page.
I am offering a discount rate to clients who take advantage of this promotional offer. Each of the three clients who respond in time to request a free piece of content will receive a one-year 40% discount, and pay just $15 per page for writing, $6 per page for editing, and $3 per page for revisions. Content that requires a substantial amount of research, like a non-fiction eBook for example, may be subject to an additional fee. Standard turnaround time for orders equal to or less than 1,000 words is 48 hours. Two days turnaround ensures that I have time to provide your order with proper consideration and attention. Faster turnaround is generally available at an additional fee.

Why wouldn't I just pay someone $5 to do this?

There are a lot of writers online advertising that they will write or edit content for as low as $5 per page, sometimes even cheaper. With so many cheaper options, why would a Warrior choose to pay more for my premium service? Unlike many other ghostwriting services online, I do not out-source my work. I personally write and edit your content with my friendly professional tone and attention to detail gained from nearly a decade of experience in this industry. I will personally respond to your communications to effectively assess your business needs. You won't need to go through a third party customer service representative, and instead can communicate more efficiently directly with me, the ghostwriter. Communicating directly with a writer/editor will save you time and money. I won't suck you in with a low price and then hit you with crazy costs for revisions. Instead, my revision pricing is competitive and stated upfront. I am transparent with my pricing strategy, to help clients avoid the unexpected or hidden costs charged by some other ghostwriting services.

Undercutting the rates of other ghostwriters means that the writers and editors working for $5 a page must work very fast; as fast as humanly possible to make a competitive hourly wage.
