Thank you for your interest. Here's the answer to your questions.
1) I've worked with many popular SEO tools like RankerX, ScrapeBox, GSA etc. I can quickly catch up with any tool that clients may want to use. However tool's subscription is to be provided by the client.
2) FB ads cost and ROI differred from scenario to scenario. For example, a client wanted very targeted likes to his page. Another client doesn't care about page likes, he wants his posts to reach to greater audience. One plastic surgeon wanted very specific lead for his business and he was happy with an average cost of $50 leads. In affiliate world, till the time dating was allowed, it was goldmine. I generated system repair leads as well - They were getting huge ROI, of course once FB catches, accounts were banned as well.

To summarise, I am a consultant and can work for any type of client.

3) In PBN, again I am all ears to client's suggestions. Typically I go with only.com net org domains with 15+ DA, good PA, good number of links from different root domain (preferable 5+), no hyphen etc in name, no adult/ casino in previous history, check in timeback if the domain was ever used for link farming etc. Using these criteria I pick domains from deletedomains.

Every site in PBN should be different. The common plug-ins to use are
LimitLogin plug in, some SEO plugin, contact form plugin, sitemap plugin, spider blocker plugin among others.
