1) What is your English level?
I am proficient in the English language including reading, writing, speaking and comprehension. In fact, many of my clients are surprised and compliment my English.

2) How do you communicate?
I can talk to you via phone, email, skype and any collaboration tool like basecamp.

3) What are your timings?
I am available Mon-Sat from 3 am - 3 pm EST. We can also arrange a meeting up to 5 pm EST.

4) Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If we cannot improve your client's campaign within the first 30 days we will return the management fee. There is no setup fee and we cannot return the advertising expense paid to Google/Bing/facebook.

5) What industries do you specialize in?
I have managed ppc campaigns in dozens of verticals including ecommerce stores and even electric vehicle chargers but I specialize in local business and lead generation. I know dentistry, real estate, property management, fitness/personal training and legal (personal injury and employment law) like the back of my hand.

6) How will you access my client accounts?
We recommend you create a sub mcc account within your main company mcc account. Then shift the accounts you want to outsource to use to the sub-mcc account. Then give us the login information of the sub mcc account

7) Do you have any contracts?
No there are no contracts and you can cancel any-time before the next billing period begins.

8) Will you sign an NDA?
Yes we will sign an NDA to protect your IP and relationship with your clients.

9) How will reporting work?
I recommend using an automated reporting tool like swydo and give us user access to add our recommendations with each report.

10) Do you create landing pages?
Yes we can create and optimize landing pages. There will be a one time charge for each new landing page created. However, there is no extra charges for improvements to an existing landing page. I recommend unbounce.com for landing pages.

11) What about call tracking?
You must supply call tracking numbers for your clients. We will add the relevant code if necessary. Google also offers landing page call tracking in USA and Canada but they don't supply call recordings.

12) Do you offer free PPC Audits to close new clients?
Yes I do free ppc audits close clients for my own agency and can offer you the same service free.
