We have recently started our digital marketing company called Agileweavers Inc. We are a group of digital marketing people in the Philippines with diverse skill sets. All our people have no less than 5 years of experience on SEO, SEM, Social media and web development.

We work on SEO, SEM (Adwords, Bing Ads), Social media management and advertising, web design, web development, graphics and small tasks such as building business listing profiles, copywriting and the technical ones, such as Google Tag Manager events setup, Google Analytics ecommerce tracking, schema tags (via Google Tag Manager or injected directly in the source codes) and many more.

Our pricing is very simple and straightforward. We usually quote on a project pretty quickly with quick audits on the project for feasibility.

Our SEO service starts at $300 per month, SEM at $100/mo minimum or 10% of ad spend. Web design and development starts at $300. From this pricing, you can mark them up anywhere from 50% up to 100%.

If you mark up 50% to an SEO package, for example and if you managed to get 10 clients, you will potentially earn around $1500. Per month.

Here is one of the websites we have optimized in the past; SEO and Google Ads



● We’ve started working on the site’s SEO last December 2015 with organic traffic of 2,971 for the whole month of December. October 2017’s organic traffic was the all time high and is just 200 or so away from 11,000 (10,731 sessions).

● Ever since we’ve started working on the site’s SEO, the organic traffic never touched the 2,971 mark again and the monthly sessions are always above 5,000, except for that 1 month of 2016, December, which was 4,990 sessions.



● Goal completions, which we are tracking in Google Analytics, increased by 166% on October 2017, compared to the first month of our SEO effort (December 2015, as seen in the chart above).



● The Adwords campaign started with A$85,000 monthly budget when we’ve started building the campaigns December of 2015. Now the whole account is spending A$200k per month and have already spent A$3.7million since we’ve started.

Things We’ve Done for the Site
1. Initial audit of SEO (On-page and Off-Page) as well as their Adwords account.
2. Setup tracking via GTM and GA.
3. Setup external tools such as Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster tools.
4. Optimised all the page’s on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, images etc.
5. Implemented technical SEO elements in the website such as Open Graph and Schema.org snippets.
6. Created social and web 2.0 profiles.
7. Optimised the Google My Business account.
8. Continued monitoring the website’s errors such as 404’s and fixing them right away.
9. Link building campaigns especially guest posting.
10. Built the structure of their Adwords account.
11. Optimised the Adwords account by regularly creating ad copies, optimising keywords by regularly examining “search term reports” and adding negative keywords and regularly updating ad extensions.
12. We have also worked with the client’s designers to craft landing pages according to the services that we are promoting.
