Belinda, I am glad you got to see some ranking improvements with our smaller packages. Once all links get cached, your rankings should be rock solid along with some extra link building.

Uncached links are the links that have not been noticed by Google or other Search Engines yet, thus, not delivering LINK JUICE for your SERP boosts (Uncached links are of no much use from an SEO prospective)

It has now been almost 2 months since my first order of 100 links. So refering to the link guarantee I checked all my links.
It was down to 66%, so contacted Joe for a refill.
He provided 100 additional links to make sure it got past 90% again.

However of the 100 links provided, at least 15 had already been used in some of my later orders for other anchortexts.
I even provided order #s of previous orders to not have this happen(although in a separate mail just after first one).
I've already commented on this before as it was an issue with my last order aswell. No matter the size of the order this shouldn't happen.

As I remember you have some sort of script doing the actual posting of comments.
And so it should be a simple matter of having it check if a comment for domain xxxxx.com already exists. I'm only up 3 orders sofar for this domain, so I figure the possibility of this happening will increase with every order I put in.

I'm really happy with the results from this service, but I'm considering holding back on orders,
until I get some feedback on how this issue will be addressed.

Kardi, as I mentioned earlier, this is not a 100% automated process and lots of manual work is involved (I work 12-18 hours a day to get a couple of completion reports ready for my clients)

You mentioned 15 Common links between your previous order.

15 Common links out of your 6,700 links ordered is a 0.22% error which is very minor. If that kind of error upsets you, then I am sorry but I have nothing to do now. We are constantly upgrading our database and scripts to bring that down to a 0% error and we are nearly there.

You can't put it that way. If the error was only 0.22% I would be very satisfied.
However it is not 15 links compared to the total amount.
The correct calculation is no. of common link compared to no. of links in package.
From this single 100 link package there were 15 out of the 100 overlapping with previous orders.
So that would be an error of 15%..., not 0.22%

As I stated previously I really like your service, and would like to continue using it.
But when a 100 link package had 15 overlapping, what would that be with another 5000 link package?
I will gladly buy many more links from you, just need to know how it will be handled to avoid this...

When he said he did the work and sent the reports, he did.
The completion Reports do get filered and blocked by some ISP. 2 of my email servers blocked his email, but hotmail had no problem with his report email, so i suggest you use them.

i picked 10 of the 600 posts at random and found 10 unique/different posts. some of the sites have a bunch of junk posts on them but most did not!
The service is fast and killer inexpensive. If it ends up showing some positive movement in my site, i will add Joe and his service as a must do monthly service. thanks Joe
