I have seen pretty awesome results from these guys lately. Their links stick well and all my websites have survived all google updates within the past 3 years and are ranking at the top of page 1. In fact some of my websites climbed up after the last penguin 2,1/hummingbird update.

make sure you have a good anchor text diversity and spread links also to internal pages with the seo packages. also add some content every 2 weeks to your website, u will do good.
