Terrible service! I bought the Golden SEO package back in late April 2018. Every single month I had to send repeated messages/emails to get a report. For the last 3 months I got tired of baby sitting and stopped asking - and never received a single report while seeing Zero results. My experience is that if you don't ask for it you will never receive it, and that should never happen with a service.
No results in the first 4 months, when asked about it Joe said apparently one of my keywords main anchor text ratio was too high and needed to be below 5%. I found it very odd and did a check, reputable sources (like MOZ) say that main anchor text should be 10%-15%! Basically the 4 months he was trying to bring it down below 5 and I kept seeing my kw disappearing from Google.

Service was cancelled. I was offered complimentary 3 months service; this time I said I want main anchor text 10-15%... haven't seen a single report or evidence if or what links were built even after sending a message on Skype twice in Sept. After that I just decided I'm not going to chase him down anymore and see what the results are by end of the 3 months.

After cumulative 7 months here are the results:

Before
KW1 - Top of page 2
KW2 - Between page 6&7

Now
KW1 - Top of page 2
KW2 - Page 8 - sometimes not in Top 100

Mind you, KW1 I would maintain on the first page with one time SEO packages for last 3 years. This time I just wanted something steady and nothing came of it. It's just sitting there.

Ahrefs DR went from 31 down to 27. UR went down from 25 to 23

Maybe the only Pro is he appears to be a nice guy and I wish him well. But honestly 7 months was wasted when I could've gone with a different service that works and where customer service is responsive.

I had a quick question. I placed an order yesterday for your Platinum SEO Package - order number: 87035531 and submitted the target website and keywords that I want to promote but I noticed that the order was cancelled and refunded today. Just wondering why my order was cancelled.

Order#87035531 was refunded since the website you provided for promotion had very poorly spun and unreadable content along with content that did not pass copyscape (On the homepage and literally every single internal page). I did email you the reason prior to processing the full refund on yesterday's order.

Can we can work on that SEO campaign? YES
Will it ever deliver any positive results? NO
