[Closed] Expert PHP/MySQL Web Developer Wanting to Build/Repair Your Site

I'm all booked up at the moment and can't take on any new projects at this time.

Thanks for your responses!

I'm a PHP web developer based in the Chicago area and am looking to take on your project.

I'm an expert programmer and can help you accomplish just about any goal you have, whether it is building a large-scale web application or just a simple shopping cart installation or repair.

Click here for my portfolio site:

Over the past five years or so I've developed a shopping cart, two live chat programs, two ticketing systems (for different companies), a knowledge database, a survey program, two email marketing programs, an RSS autoresponder service, and a podcasting service.

Here are some URLs of projects I've coded:
Internet One System
Free Traffic Bar

My rates are determined per-project. Basically how it works is you can call me or email me with your goals and I'll give you a quote. This way you will know exactly how much it will cost and won't have to worry about any "surprises" or additional costs. Or if you prefer an hourly rate that is fine too, I charge $75/hr. (the thing is, an hourly rate can be very misleading when working over the internet, but I know some people prefer hiring based on a rate)

Send me an email at and tell me about your project goals

Or if you'd like more info on me, click

Here are some benefits from working with me:

1. We will work closely together throughout the project. You may have an idea that can be expanded upon or simplified, and I always try to analyze your problem first so we can work through a solution together. Some developers have a tendency to be "robotic"...I am not like that. You'd be surprised how many times a few simple brainstorming sessions can change your expression from "I'm not sure about how this should work" to "That would be perfect!"

2. Because I am a native english speaker from the US, you'll never have to worry about system error messages or documentation sounding strange to your native english-speaking clients.

3. Because I have marketed products myself, I understand how important marketing is to the success of any project. This means that your marketing needs will always come first, and ease of programming second.

4. Because I write quality code in a modular fashion, you should be able to easily add features to your project later on. In fact, many times throughout the process the code will be written so that a feature can be easily added in "Phase 2".

5. I have developed a wide range of projects from start to finish and am not intimidated by challenging projects.

I would encourage you to check out my URLs since I believe that should give you the confidence you need to trust me with your project.

If you are considering outsourcing your project to "cheap" programmers with low hourly rates, just beware!

I can't tell you the number of times I've spoken to people coming to me after they've shelled out thousands for a website only to be left with a buggy mess, and then have to start over from scratch! Boy do they wish they'd done it the right way the first time.

You definitely get what you pay for with programmers. My advice is to hire someone quality even if you don't hire will save yourself money in the long run and most certainly time!

Here are some testimonials I've received from several of my clients:

From Mike:

Here's what I have to say about Kent based on my personal experience with him:

I was introduced to Kent by my trusted friend, co-creator of the superb Nanacast

1. Super developer: I have dealt with many software developers and Kent is one of, if not the best out there. This is taking into consideration his coding/programming/development skills and other factors.

2. Honest and Trustworthy: To me, I can trust Kent with my Paypal account. Need I say more? I'm not telling you to do the same, nor am I responsible for what happens with you. I'm just telling you that on a scale from 0 to 10, I personally trust Kent 10.

3. Support and assistance: Kent does not just develop a software, throw it at you and run away.

Here is one statement in one of his emails to me, when I asked him for serious support that he could have asked me to pay for, but didn't.

"It is important to me that my clients stay happy so I would just consider this as part of the original delivery, so no additional fee is necessary."

In short, Kent is 10/10 and that's why I've paid him five figures to develop for me.

Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend him.

To your success,

Mike Mograbi

From Garland:

I am the owner of the Free Traffic Bar that Kent mentioned above.

Kent is my programmer/partner. I will say that he is the best programmer I ever worked with. He adds new features in days rather than weeks/months and often comes up with new ideas to add that I hadn't thought of. Our profit and membership is growing every month because of the system he designed.

If you are needing a programmer for your project, snap this guy up quick because he won't last!

So there you have it...feel free to email me at and we can set up a consultation via Skype or phone. A basic overview of your project would be helpful in the email.

P.S. Send me an and let's talk!

I have one php/mysql script developed by a guy who is no longer in business.

He created the script according to my speciffications (a catalogue like script with admin backend and mysql database) but the script does not produce search engine friendly urls.

URLs are now like : ../index.php?task=cat&catgid=1&catid=1&page=2

Do you think that you could make the script produce search engine friendly urls ( like joomla, wordpress, etc), based on category group titles, caregory titles and pages ? ( there are category groups(catgid) containing categories(catid) and categories have pagination feature).

No links :)

Hello Almin,

I believe it would be entirely possible to do this.

Please send me an email at and we can discuss this further.
