Hello there,

My name is Edward Rush and I am a Virtual Assistant based in the UK.

I'm a customer and product support specialist with over 13 years experience working with a number of internet marketers / digital product owners and I am contacting you today to enquire if you need any of your products supporting.

I am familiar with various support desks, billing UI's, auto-responders and membership site systems.

However, I think my most important skill is that I genuinely do care about giving good customer service. I have had many nice emails and phone calls from customers telling me how pleased they were with my help and obviously this has the knock on effect of giving a good reflection of the product owner.

Any leads will be appreciated and my fee is very flexible.
