Hello Fellow Warriors:

We need someone who can make 10 ... 1-2 minute videos. We also need an actress who can play the part of a lesbian (or an actress who actually is a lesbian to play a lesbain). She will need to answer viewer mailbag questions for our viewing audience. The questions pertain to lesbian related issues: when to come out, dating, tolerance, relationship issues, etc. as our site is geared towards helping young lesbians.

The actress needs to speak english fluently, and preferably be caucasian. Slender, attractive, with a natural camera presence would be a necessity. Personality would be key here. She needs to be able to connect with viewers -- a strong, confident, witty personality. She needs to be able to take a subject matter (question) that we present and look into the camera and expound upon it (without looking at notes) and be convincing. Must be believable.

Preferably, she needs to be between 18 and 32 yrs. old. She needs to come across as trendy and have a new wardrobe change for each video. She will also be given a backstory/profile on our site (fictional, most likely).

The videos must be high quality (mp4 format, but not too large of a file --video needs to load quickly on our page), have excellent sound, and be in a natural environment with good lighting (preferably indoors and not made to look like a set). Close up shots required.

If you believe that you can offer all of the above, then we will need you to send us a 30 second to one minute audition clip -- also a photo or two of the actress.

If you are hired, you will be paid $40 per video = $400 for 10 videos. You will be paid after each video is sent to us via an attached email file ... if it meets all of the above quality guidelines.

Of course we would be happy to work with you beyond this and have other videos made. We need videos in bulk and cannot afford to go any higher in dollar amount, so please understand.
