Hey,

are you able to help me with a real estate website (for me). I live in Calgary AB and interested in a wordpress theme with graphic design.

My focus is:
1. getting found organically (I know this will take some time and energy, so willing to compensate for good seo, if you offer this).
2. professional looking, but not all about me. Too often agents brand themselves and I'd rather be different and unique. I can share my philosophy on RE with you to explain in more detail privately.
3. Capturing prospects (buyers and sellers interested in discount brokerage). Not by offering the same old crap reports on all agents sites- but actual real, thoughtful resources, including MP3's and video interviews with top people in the industry that can add real value to a buyer or seller expereince.

I just got back the first draft of my wordpress blog and all I can say is "Holly Crap!" you blew me away with your amazing skills. It looks awesome and cant wait to get the final draft which is already 99% there!

I am truly blown away, and with many more sites I need done I can honestly say so far so incredibly good. I'll keep everyone posted for sure on this one! Too many "Warrior Specials" out there that truly suck. This one is looking like a gem!

Signed up for an initial design/theme/install by Nitin (a.k.a. Fizik) and submitted all the revisions. Was told 3-5 days for coding, via skype messaging which I have recorded every and all conversations with him.

I then submitted another site to be redone (Fizik's design work is awesome to say the least...seriously great stuff although haven't seen the new one yet), but have not seen anything in terms of my site. Was told last night I would get the coded demo on server for me to review within an hour, GOT NOTHING.

So I will be staying on top of this and reporting/reviewing the progress. I'm expecting Nitin to come around and make it happen as he said he would. I'll keep everyone posted.

Nitin your designs are truly awesome. Hoping your service stands behind them and we have a long lasting relationship as I have many, many sites for you to do.

Well another update, feel like i'm getting the run around as Fizik has still not produced a working website as agreed upon. Told me it was ready today and to take a look at the link and it looked exactly like it did a week ago. Trying to be patient but losing my patience as each day passes.

Will keep updating but for those looking to order you may want to keep tabs on my reviews as time will tell.

OK for anyone reading my reviews...... in the business world (at least in my business!) hours seem like days so yes I'm incredibly impatient at times. We all read a great sales page here on the WF and get our hopes up with high expectations.

I did so with Fizik (Nitin), and while I may have complained about the timeline and feeling like I was being told one thing and given another, in all reality as we are now 99% complete I am literally BLOWN AWAY.

Granted we're not quite there, however any doubts I have had towards Fizik admittedly had a lot to do with my experience with others on this forum. And that's not fair to Fizik. Given the fact that we are both working on different ends of the clock adds to the opportunity for misunderstanding, however in my mind now there isn't anyone else I would work with regarding web design and install.

Even when I thought I was being put off, I still put in another order for one of my larger sites on a re-design because I knew his designs are so awesome. I did take a chance, however what he came back with was JAW-DROPPING. I've worked with several designers here in America and they could not even come close to Fizik's talent nor his prices. Then they would just complain when you wanted revisions, and give you their lousy opinion. Fizik asked everytime what I wanted revised, then did it perfectly and believe me there were not many.

I'll post one final review from my two-site project with Fizik after the second is installed and the final revisions are made on the first. I will say that Fizik absolutely goes above-and-beyond with his level of communication, service, and incredible design work. And he probably does it faster than most here on WF, I'm just not a patient businessman!

If you want to be blown away on your design, give it to Fizik....hands down the best.

I ordered and paid for four banners on the evening of 9/16/2011. Funny thing, no response from the OP since I made the payment. I still don't have the banners. Next stop PayPal dispute.
