I really hate to do this, because I believe Robin is a good person who is just in a little bit over his head with orders.

However, business is business, and the point of the Warrior Forum is to help fellow Warriors. So, even though I don't want to hurt Robin's reputation, I feel it is my duty as a member of this forum to let you all know about my experience.

I placed a very small order of only 5 articles with Robin for a test run before I ordered more articles from him. I placed this order on February 3rd. I asked if he was available for a small order and asked for a quote on the turnaround time. He told me, and I quote: "This is a small order so I would have no problem knocking it out in 3 days.". I sent an immediate payment and he thanked me for paying so quickly.

It is now February 15th, and despite me giving him multiple extensions on the project, even though I was the one who had to reach out and to him on multiple occasions to ask what was going on (instead of him reaching out to me to give me updates), I still don't have the articles I purchased from him.

On February 11th, I sent Robin a message to let him know that if I didn't receive my order in 24 hours, I would be filing a dispute with PayPal AND posting my experience with him on the Warrior Forum. He replied and asked me to give him 36 hours, and I had no problem with that. If I already waited this long, I can wait an extra day or two. Well, it has now been 72+ hours, and I still don't have the content I purchased.

Again, I really hate to do this, because the last thing I want to do is hurt anyone's business, but I also know that if I don't post this in here, another Warrior might have similar or worse experiences.

Like I said earlier, I believe Robin is a good person, but I will personally NEVER order from him again and I would recommend that if you are considering ordering from him, please exercise some caution unless you have an incredible amount of patience.

It has been a few days since my original review, and since then, Robin has issued a refund for my payment. While I wish this experience didn't go the way it did for both Robin and myself, he at least owned up to the problem and handled it professionally. Long story short, Robin admitted that he was overbooked and couldn't keep up, so he issued a refund for my payment.

As I said in my original review, I think Robin is a good person. I think it was just unlucky for both of us that I happened to try to start a business relationship with at the wrong time for him. I think once he get's caught up, he will be a good writer to hire for your projects.

To Robin - I'm very sorry that it had to go as far as it did, but remember - most of us are running a business (or multiple businesses) and we don't have time to go back and forth to try to get something we hired you to do for us. A little but of communication goes a LONG way! I wish nothing but the best for you in the future.

Paid for Articles a month ago and not one thing delivered since. Additionally after all this time he has offered to refund $75 of the $120 I paid him and he has delivered NOTHING. So I am supposed to be thankful he is willing to only steal $45 from me and deliver nothing.
