1) Write High Quality Content

4) Have Content that Is Always Providing Value to the Reader

Seems like a no-brainer to me. Unfortunately, in the pursuit of as much money as possible, even top directories have neglected one or all of these things. The sites that figure THAT out, and implement them the best, will rise to the top.

I am offering HIGH QUALITY PREMIUM articles for great prices. I have a friend who is a writer and has a MASTER DEGREE in journalism.

He explained to me that he was in need of some cash and I told him about this wonderful forum and that people would pay good money for his skills.

He is an excellent writer that can write on a large variety of subjects. He can also add different tones and personality to articles.

Here are some samples below.

SAMPLE 1
Headaches! It seems as if no one is immune to them. I am one of the unlucky ones who is definitely not immune. Headaches are common-and as difficult to cure- as the common cold. I've suffered from cluster headaches since I was 15 years old, but I wasn't diagnosed by a neurologist until I was about 20 years old.

Cluster headaches (nicknamed suicide headaches) are severe, recurring headaches that strike about 1 million Americans, and are widely considered to be the most painful type of headache. Thanks to a concerned nurse who I frequently visited on campus while I was a college undergraduate that took extra initiative to set me on the path to discover why and eventually how to cure my pain.

I understand the pain and frustration associated with headaches. That is why I sympathize with its victims and sought out to help others combat it! I always monitor by selflessness vs selfishness, so I'm going to do my best to cover the all the types of headaches without boring you to death!

Some believe the headache is a signal that is warning us of some underlying health hazard and its nature's necessary evil that pushes us to take an action. I totally agree, nevertheless, I'm addressing the pain relief because it's uncomfortable and counterproductive to suffer once you got the pulsating, sharp-pain shooting in your temple, and throbbing warning in your head. Now, let's run down the list!

Types of Headaches
  • Aneurysm-associated headache
  • Arthritis headache
  • Bilious headache
  • Caffeine headache
  • Cluster headache
  • Exertion headache
  • Eyestrain headache
  • Fever headache
  • Hangover headache
  • Hunger headache
  • Hypertension
  • Menstrual headache
  • Migraine headache
  • Sinus headache
  • Temporal headache
  • Temporo-mandibular joint(TMJ)
  • Tension headache
  • Tic douloureux
  • Tumor headaches
  • Vascular headaches

Experts estimate about 90% of all headaches are tension headaches and 6% are migraines. As the name implies, tension headaches are caused by muscular tension. As I mentioned above, headaches can be a sign of an underlying health problem. Some who suffer from frequent headaches may be reacting to certain foods, food additives( wheat, chocolate, monosodium glumate, sugar, citric acid, fermented foods, etc) and marinated foods.

Other possible causes to consider are dehydration,*hypertension, anemia, bowel problems, brain disorders, spinal misalignment, bruxism, toxic overdoses of vitamin A, vitamin B deficiency, and diseases of the eye, nose, and throat. Food allergies, lack of oxygen can cause headaches.

If you looking for natural treatment, here's a list of nutrients
  • Bromelain
  • Calcium & Magnesium
  • Coenzyme Q10 plus Coenzyme A
  • Dimethylglycine
  • DL-Phenylalanine
  • 5-Hydroxy, L-trypotphan (5-HTP)
  • Glucosamine sulfate
  • L-Tyrosne plus L-glutamine plus quercetin
  • Methylsulfonyl-methane
  • Potassium
  • Primrose oil
  • Vitamin B3 and niacinamide
  • Vitamin B complex
  • Vitamin C with bioflavonoids
  • Vitamin E

You can implement herbs as well. You can find these in herbs in capsule form at your local health stores. Herbs such as burdock root, lavendar, feverfew (caution if pregnant), brigham, goldenseal, lobelia, marshmallow, mint, rosemary, skullcap, and thyme.
  • Cayenne is useful because it thins the blood, which reduces pain and allows beneficial blood flow.
  • Jamaica dogweed is good for sinus headaches.
  • Ginkgo biloba extract is helpful for certain headaches because it improves circulation to the brain.
  • Chamomile relaxes muscles and soothes tension.
  • Gaurana, a natural caffeine, can alleviate some who suffer from cluster headaches.
  • Valerian root is a good sedative to take during a headache.
  • Periwinkle flower has been found to increase the cerebral flow of oxygen, which helps to alleviate headache pain.
  • Skullcap acts as an antispasmodic agent and has a sedative effect. It is good for headaches related to muscular tension and spasms.
  • Kava kava is helpful for tension headaches.
  • Several clinical studies have shown ginger to be helpful for pain relief.

Conventional medicine provides drugs like lidocaine (Anestacon, Xylocaine) sumatriptan, also known as Imitrex, for relief of migraines and cluster headaches. Lidocaine used as a nasal drop form gives relief in minutes. Women suffering from migraines may benefit from applying progesterone cream topically. I read that one study reported taking 10 milligrams of melatonin near bedtime was effective in reducing the frequency of episodic cluster headaches. However, the study unveiled people with chronic cluster headaches did not show improvement with this treatment.

Eating a well-balanced diet with protein every meal and practicing deep-breathing exercise among a regular exercise regiment is always beneficial to your well-being and prevention of headaches. Include almonds, almond milk, watercress, parsley, fennel, garlic, cherries, and pineapple in your diet as well. You can try eliminating foods containing tyramine and amino acid phenylalanine. Then introduce one food at a time back into your diet to learn which one produces headaches.

Phenylalanine is found in aspartame (Equal, NutraSweet, and other products), monosodium glutamate, and nitrates(preservatives found in hot dogs and luncheon meats). Foods that contain tyramine include alcoholic beverages, bananas, cheese, chicken, chocolate, citrus fruits, cold cuts, herring, onions, peanut butter, pork, smoked fish, sour cream, vinegar, wine, and fresh-baked yeast products. Tyramine can be the culprit for some because it causes the blood pressure to rise, resulting in a dull headache.
Good posture and sufficient sleep are recommended as well.

Documenting your headaches in sort of a “headache log” will help you keep track of the frequency of them which can provide valuable insight to your health care provider who can use the information to accurately diagnose your condition.

Lastly, always seek and treat the cause of any disease, not the symptoms. You must, if possible, find the root cause of your headache and reduce it at the least, if not completely eliminating the cause.

Let's cut to the chase. Stretch marks are not the end of the world for your beautiful body. Some people accept them and ignore them. Some have issues with them. I remember a comedian joked that real men don't mind stretch marks on a woman because it only means two things. You were pregnant or you gained a lot of weight in a short period of time.

Stretch marks look like wavy stripes that usually appear on the abdomen, buttocks, breasts, and thighs. It depends on your complexion, but they start out sort of reddish in color and gradually turn white or a lighter shade than your original hue. They are caused by rapid weight gain such as that typically associated with pregnancy and appear when your skin becomes overstretched and the fibers in the deep layers tear. Once they appear, they most likely tend to be permanent, but do become less noticeable over time.

Despite the misconception, stretch marks do not have to occur during pregnancy. My mother has proven it 3 times! Nevertheless, she has NEVER developed stretch marks on any part of her body. She and other females who bore children in our family have never had a stretch mark either. My mother believes that stretch marks will be prevented by simply using petroleum jelly.

Now, ladies, if you're already pregnant and showing it may be too late (but I would not dismiss it)! For you readers who are interested in having children, here's your opportunity to see if it is true! Its best to topically apply vaseline or petroleum jelly around your entire abdomen everyday early on in life to become “immune” to pregnancy related stretch marks. The sooner you begin to apply petroleum jelly on your belly, the greater chance you will have not developing marks.

Another recommendation for a natural prevention is gathering a half a cup of virgin olive oil, one-fourth cup of aloe vera gel, liquid from 6 capsules of vitamin E, liquid from 4 capsules of vitamin A and mix all these ingredients in a blender. Pour the blend into a jar and store it in your fridge. At least once every day, apply the mixture externally all over your abdomen, hips, breast, thighs-the places where stretch marks commonly appear. If you do this religiously everyday, you may be successful in preventing stretch marks.

You can also try cocoa butter and/or elastin cream topically as instructed on the product label. These substances are very good stretch marks as well. Another method of prevention is to rub your breasts and abdomen every day with a massage oil made of a half cup of sweet almond oil in addition with 50 drops of mandarin essential oil.

I hope my information proves to be helpful for you and other expecting mothers who you may like to share these recipes and solutions. I'm confident this will be beneficial, however, good luck and I wish you an early congratulations and Happy Mother's Day!

Hair loss or baldness is a worldwide problem that affects men and women. Hair loss is referred to as alopecia; alopecia totalis is loss of all the scalp hair. The term alopecia areata means your hair falls out in patches. This particular condition is usually temporary and rarely leads to baldness, but this is for people suffering from the one that isn't temporary.

Unfortunately for victims of baldness, researchers have yet to discover the exact cause of hair loss, but many suspect it's a genetic component. Other factors involved in hair loss include hereditary, hormones, and aging.

This prevalent type of hair loss in males is called androgenetic alopecia (AGA), or male pattern baldness. AGA is common among men. As its name implies, a genetic or hereditary predisposition to the disorder and presence of androgens-male sex hormones-are involved in this condition.

Recently, the term DHT has been implicated as a cause as well. DHT, similar to AGA, is an acronym for Dihydrotestosterone which is an androgen and by-product of testosterone that attacks susceptible hair follicles and prevents hair growth, leading to male hair loss. It mainly effects the hair folliclesat the temples and crown of the head.

In addition to hereditary, factors that promote baldness include poor diet, poor blood circulation, stress, acute illness, sudden weight loss, surgery, radiation exposure, high fever, iron deficiency, diabetes, thyroid disease, drugs such as those used in chemotherapy, ringworm and other fungal infections, and chemicals such as hair dyes and vitamin deficiencies.

Now, besides the conventional medical treatment such as Rogaine, Minoxidil, and prescription drugs such as Propecia and Finasteride, there are nutrients and supplements that you can consume to prevent baldness.

I listed them here for you below
  • Biotin
  • Flaxseed oil
  • Raw Thymus Glandular
  • Ultra Hair from Nature's Plus
  • Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin B3
  • Vitamin C with bioflavonoids
  • Vitamin E
  • Zinc

Important
  • Coenzyme Q10 plus Coenzyme A
  • Dimethylglycine
  • Kelp

Helpful
  • Copper
  • Dioxchlor
  • Grape Seed Extract
  • L-Cysteine and L-methionine plus glutathione
  • Methylsulfonyl-methane
  • Silica

Herbs such as apple cider vinegar and sage tea as a rinse helps hair grows. Ginkgo biloba improves circulation to the scalp. Horsetail is a good source of silica and necessary for strong, shiny hair. Green tea, pygeum, and saw palmetto may aid in reducing loss of hair. Tea tree oil combats bacteria and mites that might cause hair loss. You can massage 10 drops into your scalp, then shampoo your hair as usual.

It is recommended that maintain a diet plentiful in fruits and vegetables and low in starch. This may aid in slowing down the process of hair loss. Eat food high in biotin because biotin is needed for healthy hair and skin, and may prevent baldness in some men. Excellent food sources of biotin include brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts.

Including soy foods such as soybeans, tempeh, and tufu in your diet appear to inhibit the formation of DHT. You would safe and healthier in general to avoid crash diets and diets that neglect any of the food groups because they can cause deficiencies in nutrients that are detrimental to your hair.

Lying down on a slant for 15 minutes daily to allow the blood to reach your scalp can be beneficial, as well as massaging your scalp. Make sure you use shampoos and conditioners that contain biotin and silica. Jojoba oils, aloe vera gel, vitamins C and E are very good on hair. Conditioners that contain chamomile, marigold, ginseng, and/or passionflower help to keep your hair healthy as well.

Keep in mind that your hair is fragile when wet, so gently pat your dry and let it dry naturally. Avoid rough treatment! I mean do not use a brush or fine-toothed comb, blow dryer or heated appliances, or towel-dry your hair. Wait until your hair is dry to comb it because wet hair tends to break off. You can use a pick to put wet hair in place. Do not wear styles that pull on your hair such as tight pony tails or cornrows.

It's perfectly normal to lose 50-100 hairs a day, but if you are losing large amounts of hair, see a physician.
