I have a logo design already they sent me an EPS file and a PNG

I have photoshop and illustrator - the file will not open in AI but it will open in PS

I need to have the file reworked do I can fit it on a business card - I lose parts of the text and graphic when I try to enter it in Vista Print

I trained on PS and AI 4 - so I cannot run the current versions I have CS4 - no time to learn or remember LOL

Can you help?
