I create billy basic, bog standard, highly ranking WordPress websites. I buy a keyword rich domain, host it on my server, set up WordPress, select and amend a theme, create content in English around the keywords you're looking to target (up to 6 keywords), add your RSS feed if you've got one and ultimately place some links back to your site using keyword rich anchor text. Once completed I'll send you the administrator details for the WordPress content management system and you can add posts and pages as you wish.
