Direct mail is the most successful campaign when it comes to advertising and scoping out new customers for your business, blowing e-mail and telemarketing competition out of the water. In a consumer study 39% preferred direct mail and considered it as less intrusive, as opposed to e-mail at 9% and telemarketing at 3%. It's been proven that handwriting the mailing and return address on envelopes as opposed to having them pre-printed increases the chances of your prospect opening your letter by upwards of 300%, increasing your customer response and sales 5-10x! The problem is that most companies don't want to hire a full-time, or even part-time employee to simply hand-write envelopes, and in our current economy most companies are understaffed as it is, making it nearly impossible to add this daunting task to an employees already overflowing to-do list. That's where I come in!

I hand-write the return and mailing address on each envelope for $0.25 per piece, charging an additional $0.10 to stuff your marketing materials. For envelopes and stamps I will charge cost of materials, so I will supply you with receipts and only request to be reimbursed. I will either drop off the mailers to the post office for you, or if you would like to see the work I can ship the finished product to your office, shipping cost not included. You can also pick and choose what you'd like to have done, whether you just want your envelopes addressed, just want your marketing materials stuffed, or both.

Hi there, I would like you hire you for this exact purpose of handwriting direct mail envelops.
but if you are going to stuff the envelops would you do the printing too?
I would liket o send you a pdf of what I would like to see stuffed in my envelops but i need to know that they will be printed out and stuffed.
I need to only have the shippind address and not the return address so that means less work. would you consider give me a discount for that reason.

Please let me know if this is something you will be willing to do.
